Grey is an amazing artist; I recently had three pieces completed by her. She is extremely professional, kind and talented. I'm so pleased with the work Grey has provided and will be back. The shop overall is very calming and inviting. read more

Extremely disappointed with both the tattoo and the way I was treated afterward. The quality of the tattoo is not acceptable for something permanent and expensive. The lines are uneven, the thickness is inconsistent, and the geometric elements are crooked and poorly aligned. The shading is patchy and inconsistent, with areas that look unfinished and overworked. There are multiple OBVIOUS imperfections that should have been addressed before considering the tattoo finished. What made the experience even worse was the artist's attitude when I returned to discuss the possibility of a retouch. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. He also made insulting comments about the amount of tip I gave him. A tip is at the customer's discretion and should never be used as a reason to insult or disrespect a customer. I paid for a permanent piece of artwork and expected professionalism, attention to detail, and basic respect. Instead, I was left with a tattoo that I'm unhappy with, an uncomfortable experience, and the possibility of having to spend even more money with another artist to correct the work. I would not recommend getting a polynesian tattoo here, the reason I came back to this spot is because of Gary, he did me a solid for doing a tiny dragon behind my ear. And for the artist that said he could have charged me more, but instead gave me a discount, buddy..... look at your work! This does not cost $2,000. I would have been more happy to get turned down and I mean, come on, if this ain't your forte and can't do these types of design, then just say so! I could have gone somewhere else and find an artist that is actually specializing in Polynesian tattoo. For me, the poor execution of the tattoo combined with the way I was treated afterward made this an experience I would not repeat. read more

This shop has the best tattoo artist I've found. Chris has done my other tattoos and they always come out great. The tattoo place is very calming and it doesn't get too loud which is good. Kilee and Simon were both really great to work with. They each have their own artistic approach, and I really appreciated how helpful they were in making sure I got what I wanted. They were kind, welcoming, and always quick to reply, which made booking appointments fast and easy. I'm really grateful for the care they put into the whole experience, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out! I'm most definitely coming back again for my next few pieces. I had a wonderful tattoo done by Vivi here. She was focused on giving me the best possible design and the details really showed in the tattoo. I would love to come back and get another one done. The art work at this studio is great. Definitely a lot of care went into the work they do. Check them out on instagram to see if any of the artists match your vibe/style. They'll definitely work with you to get you a design just for you. Will post an update when it is fully healed. read more

This shop is on a main street within a large outdoor shopping. There is plenty of parking. Shop is very clean and well lit with nice decor. Everyone here is genuinely nice. Chris is the shop owner who is a Master Tattoo Artist. This is a tattoo artist who has reached a high level of skill and expertise in the art of tattooing. Chris is an incredible artist with impeccable detail skills. She is Extraordinarily kind and genuinely intends for patrons to have an excellent experience. She has some very gifted and talented apprentices at the shop. There is quite a diversity of style amongst them. My experience was a little rough in the beginning but it's not even worth mentioning after experiencing sharing space with Chris Xu and being the recipient of her gifted talents. Thank you Chris. I will definitely be back! read more

I had reached out to Kilee via instagram after seeing some of her work and she was super responsive. After providing her with a brief description of what I was looking for (a (black & grey, floral/realism piece), a reference photo, as well as a photo of myself for placement, she quickly provided me with a quote and further instructions for securing an appointment. I ended up with a beautiful orchid branch on my right ribcage and could not be more thrilled -- from the experience, placement, to the tattoo itself! Kilee absolutely nailed the vision. I definitely recommend Kilee for anyone looking for fine line or floral work. read more

The shop is super clean and well maintained. Our overall experience was great, the 1 star deduction was due to (what I'm assuming) a miscommunication. My mom, sister, and I had an appointment with Vivi on 10/18/2025 at 12:30pm. We arrived at around 12:20/25, which I know is cutting it close, but nonetheless, on time. We were greeted by the receptionist, who I informed of our appointment time and artist. She gave us the iPad to sign the consent forms and upload our IDs. By the time we finished, it was probably a few minutes after 12:30. We sat around for like 10-15 mins, when I noticed Vivi stepped out of her station. Her station was the first on to the left of the entrance btw. I thought she was coming to greet us, but we saw her go to the receptionist and say, "LATE...3 PEOPLE." We then saw and heard the receptionist point to us and in a quiet voice say, "those are your clients." The next part we didn't quite hear clearly, but it was something along the lines of "they just got here" OR "I just finished their paperwork." Either way, I would've assumed that the receptionist let our artist know we were there right when we walked in, or when we were filling out the consent forms. It honestly made the vibe super awkward...and not going to lie...we felt a little rushed. Like we had to approve the design and felt awkward asking her minor changes. BUT...it didn't take away much from the overall experience. Vivi did great with the tattoos and she gave us exactly what we wanted. It was my mom's first tattoo, and she was happy with what Vivi did. I'm sure it was all just miscommunication and doesn't happen often. So I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo. Observing the other artists, everyone was very kind and welcoming. They produce great work and I saw that they had several returning clients. read more

Booked Element through their website. They ask for $50 deposit. We didn't see our design until we walked in. Another tattoo artist acknowledged our presence and told us to grab a seat. We filled out a form on their iPad. Element finished my tattoo and my friend's tattoo in 1 hour. Element was very calm and confident in their skills. It was $150 for my 3" tattoo. We went on Friday the 13th in January and this place was absolutely BOOKED to the brim. We were allowed to pre-pay for our tattoos and then book an appointment to get them later. I did try calling based on the hours there were on Yelp, but it sounded like I had just woken the person up... They told me they were closed (it was a Wednesday at 1) and that I had to call back the next day. So I hope they do update their Yelp hours. The tattoo experience itself was wonderful. The location is clean and very organized. My experience was great even though I am deeply terrified of needles, the artist took great care of me. The tattoo healed so fast and so well I even forgot I got a tattoo for a while! read more

Very easy to schedule an appointment with the artist via email and a deposit is required. I've been to Kilee for two separate tattoos. The studio has a modern minimalist vibe. I gave reference photos to Kilee and I love the sketch she cam up with for my tattered butterfly. I was a bit nervous because this tattoo was going to be very visible, more detailed and larger than my other tattoos. I was so happy how my butterfly turned out. Kilee did an exceptional job and my tattoo was a reasonable price for the great quality. I'm a nurse and I get compliments from patients all the time. I love my tattoo and if I get more I'll definitely with Kilee in the future. read more
