I spoke with Vince on the phone and he apologized for the inappropriate behavior from one of his employees on the phone. Apparently she was just standing in for him and he is the full-time manager. While it was disappointing to be treated that way over the phone, I do feel that Vince did his due diligence to make it right and accommodate me appropriately. Henry did my French tip pedicure and Emily did my acrylic French manicure. Both of them are a pleasure. I have had them in the past and I always enjoy good conversation with them. And they are great with French tip. No complaints. Emily always makes me laugh! Even though I had a bad experience on the phone, I still genuinely enjoy my experience here. I first went to Angie's Nail Garden in July because I needed my nails done for a family vacation. I booked my appointment online, and when I arrived, I was greeted and offered a drink. Everything seemed fine at first. When it was time to paint my nails, I specifically asked for a pink and white ombré French tip. Instead, my entire nail was painted white, and then the tips were painted pink. I was very surprised by how they turned out and told Angie that I did not like the way they looked. Instead of removing the white gel, she painted another color over it. I wanted to say more, but I also had an infant waiting for me and did not want to stay any longer. The following week, I went to another nail salon to have them fixed. Even the new manicurist pointed out that the second color should not have been painted over the first one. This made me feel that my frustration with the experience was valid. My second issue was being blocked from scheduling appointments because of cancellations. I had booked several appointments, but there were times when Angie did not respond in a timely manner to confirm whether my appointment was approved. Because I had not received a response, I would cancel about an hour before the appointment. If there is a cancellation policy, I feel appointments should be approved or denied in a timely manner so customers know whether their appointment is confirmed. Overall, I was not happy with my experience. Being blocked from the scheduling system may be for the best, as I do not plan on returning.

Upon the conclusion of the 2nd attempt of the same technician trying to redo my nails by just taking the white tip off.. I pretty much had it figured out that she just didn't care to do the entire job over though the gel builder was not stabilized and consistent. When my husband and I approached the counter upon our last service explaining to the man in charge that the technician could not provide the simple services I requested " thin white tip " along with sticker ( Chanel ) design, including the gel inconsistency. We were brushed off given $10 off our total and told to come back if we wanted it redone...now this was done after the previous frustrating 20 minutes spent with the technician on her 2nd attempt as explained above. She attempted to correct my nails but couldn't quite. Instead she only made things worse is what I explained at the front desk, two coats of gel builder as you'll see the inconsistency in product and coverage. It would have been courtesy seeing that I am a repeat customer to have someone else correct the my nails. But fortunately the shops concern was that each technician had already been occupied. With customers waiting to be seen. In other words it felt like they weren't concerned at all just wanted my husband to pay. This is not how you demonstrate concern for existing customers. I for certain along with my husband will not be coming back here nor do I recommend anyone who cares how they are treated and serviced as customer care is not top priority whatsoever. I cried because my nails have never been this fugly .. it's really poor servicing !! I do not expect a response from this company nor any reassurance. I will not partake in any services or comments regarding the unprofessionalism.
