However, the pricing and communication were frustrating. The acrylics were $60, and French tips added another $25, making it $85 for a basic look. My daughter wanted simple polka dots, but we were told that would cost an extra $30, which felt excessive. I said she'd do the dots at home, but during the second hand, the French tip was done diagonally, leaving no room for dots later. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30. I just wish there had been better communication before the nails were finished. A quick check-in about the design would have helped, especially for the price.
