I was welcomed right away to a pedicure chair. Greeted by Jennifer and Janette I believe those were my nail techs total sweet hearts very kind and they transformed my nails and toes I went in there feeling like I needed a little treat for myself and that's what I got I got treated with great customer service and feel absolutely ready for this easter weekend I went with basic colors but I absolutely love them. Just what I asked for
Went in to get a full set. Asked for square and french tip and they came out too fat, not narrow at all. They look like duck nails. The lady was super rough and cut me while cutting my cuticles, didn't even care. They also burnt my mom's eyebrow while waxing them. Will not be coming back. Payed $55 for these nails and my mom payed 55 for gel pedicure... overpriced.
Who hurt you, Dalena's Nail Spa? I had thought I found a hidden gem when I found you a few months back, but now I see you're just like the others. It truly is very hard to find a good nail salon -- especially during a pandemic. This place was decently priced and I was here only a few months ago for a $35 dip. I came in to have a pedicure and dip powder and was told that the dip powder was $45. I thought that was crazy, but I have a wedding this weekend and figured I'd pay it anyway. What I found interesting is my nail tech did the most to talk me out of it! When does this happen?? She said the gel manicure was much cheaper which I thought was weird to talk me out of an upsell, but I begrudgingly said okay. After some time, I realized my nail tech was rushing through and presumably wanted to be off on time at 7pm since she still tried to upsell me on other services. I understand wanting to be off on time, but why accept my 5:30 appointment if the services requested will be rushed? It was really disappointing. Additionally, I wanted a nude or cream color to match my dress for a wedding. The variety was another disappointment. I could've sworn there were more nails to choose from the last time I visited, but I tried to make a selection from the choices given. The "nudes" the nail tech suggested were not nude at all! They were pink or mauve. After trying three different colors on my nail, I opted for white since the nail tech was visibly frustrated with me. I don't like being a hassle and just did the white color like the nail tech previously suggested. I didn't like the color at all, but I just let it go. Next came my manicure and another let down. I had two broken fingernails and notified my nail tech. She agreed to fix them with dip and charged me $7 which was fine. Upon completion, I disclosed that I had another nail which was broken and the nail tech glared at me and said, "why didn't you tell me sooner?!" I couldn't believe her tone. I told her it was fine and that I didn't need it fixed even though I really wanted all my nails the same length. She also continued to make inconsiderate remarks about my nails. I had recently painted my room so my nails needed some TLC, hence, the nail visit. She proceeded to be extremely rude throughout my manicure and I stopped trying to make polite conversation altogether. Once my nails were dry, I tipped her, paid and made a note not to come back again. Nails are a service. Customer service is important. I'm so disappointed with this place. Fellow Yelpers, if you know of any nail salon recommendations in the Riverside area, please let me know!!!
Ladies are always very nice. I have been lucky to just call in the day of and get a same day appointment. Very clean and fast.
Love this place! Always fast and great work. Prices are reasonable. The ladies are very friendly. Walk-ins are welcome and if they are busy they'll let you wait or come back when they slow down.
My family has been coming here for years and it's stayed the same. The same people have been working here since I was a little girl! This is the only place I will get my nails done comfortably without worrying about infections and such. Lisa is amazing and probably one of my favorite people here. She is so sweet and always caters to your needs. Victor is also really nice and great with the nails! The quality of their work is really worth the price and beats other places. The acrylics last a while and the colors never chip/fade. If you are debating whether or not to come here, just do it. Prices are decent but the service is great. :)
Tom did a great job. It took long but I didn't mind because he was very detailed and I could tell he was proud of his technique. He cleaned each nail after the polish job and didn't rush it at all. I got my eyebrows done too and they were perfect. Pedicure was great too. Only took 1 star off because I thought it was weird that I had to pay $5 to get my feet scrubbed. Isn't that a part of the experience ? Next time I come in I will definitely book an appt. instead of walking in. I liked how they were really respectful of their customers time who did have appointments. Nails: $32 Pedicure: $23 with the foot scrub Eyebrows: $10 clean up

I moved out of state a couple of years ago & still come here every time I'm in Riverside with my sister in law. The nail techs are always really friendly and do a great job. I see Lisa for pedicures and she always does an amazing job! They make a point to try to remember people when they come multiple times and always make everyone feel welcome. The prices are reasonable and my nails always look great when I leave there. read more

Ugh I really tried to like this nail shop but I had to come back twice in one week just last week bc one of my nails broke and the other chip and once again my nail broke! & it's my real nails. All I got was hard gel. I'm soooo upset. read more
I went to Dalena's Nail & spa to get my pedicure and manicure before a vacation trip. I had 2 different nail technicians working one on my hands, one on my feet, In the middle of the process the lady working on my hands, cut me on my pinky :,( Too bad for me, right? She didn't even apologize for her carelessness. I kept bleeding and she kept working, she paint my nails on top of my own blood. Not nice. The lady working on my feet did a better job, but still their demeanor is not the best, probably I'm asking for too much. Idk. But nice manners and a bit of conversation would be cool. But a good vibe would be nice! Some money later My nails look red and shiny, so mission accomplished Right? read more

Jennifer is very welcoming at her salon. Jennifer and Justine are great and fast at doing my nails. They seem to be proud of their work especially with all their experience. The other ladies that work there are also proud of their work but their standards and expertise are lacking. read more

My family has been coming here for years and it's stayed the same. The same people have been working here since I was a little girl! This is the only place I will get my nails done comfortably without worrying about infections and such. Lisa is amazing and probably one of my favorite people here. Came into this salon after going to another with an extremely long wait despite the OK service I usually get and decided to try something new. So far there is a wait but everyone is really friendly! Will update once my gel mani is done :) ----UPDATE---- The service here is EXCELLENT!!! I've never had a better experience with a nail salon... extremely attentive, happy, considerate, and conversational manicurists! Will be coming back. Had to get a natural nail due to my work. Will be coming back on vacations for cool colors and designs as well! read more

Tom He's still the best . Very talented . He's takes his time , I work in a environment where I constantly bang and ruff up my nails , & Tom's nails seem withstand all of it and last up to a month before fill . read more

I have a really important event in Las Vegas this weekend, and I really wanted my hands to look beautiful. That's not what I got here. The nail technician was more focused on bashing the person who did my nails previously (and I loved their work) than focusing on giving me a flawless nail application. The technician cut my finger so deep and applied a lotion to it promising that it will heal. My nails are extremely thick and have many bubbles on them. Also, they only had to do a fill, not a full set. Last time I will come, and I'm hoping my cut doesn't get infected read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and it's one of The BEST in Riverside. My grandma and myself come every 3-4 weeks for my acrylic nails with Jennifer and Lisa for our feet. They do a wonderful job and are fast, they never turn you down and will fit you in when they are busy. Jennifer does my nails perfect and knows exactly what I want when I change things up. I almost hate to write a review because I don't want everybody to know this gem........but the service is great. The evolution of nails has changed to an expression of art. Tom is the Artist who made me feel beautiful today. He is very meticulous and gifted. My gel nails are thin, not clumpy, not sticking to my skin, no bubbles and all even. read more

I like my nails that were done here, not the best but definitely would go here again due to convenience of location for me. I gave 3 stars instead of 4 because of two things. 1. The girl that did my pedicure was not friendly at all and she didn't even massage my legs, I think it lasted 30 seconds and never offered to put the chair on for me. For let that's important, I paid way too much so the least they can do is give you a decent foot massage. 2. Is the price, I think the work was good but I feel they overcharged me for a simple design. I paid $65 for gel mani / pedi and $8 of that was for the design. I'll include a picture so you be the judge. Also one last thing I feel they can improve on is the selection of colors and offer or let me know of additional services they have. One very important thing I liked and is why I would go again is they use brand new files and scrubber's for each pedicure, I love love this part. You watch the news, this is key when looking for a new spot. Also I went on a busy Saturday and had tons of staff to fill the demand, I walked in & was seen immediately. read more
