My three daughters went there yesterday for a pedicure and all had bad experiences. My youngest…read moredaughter had a cut under her foot that the tech doing the pedicure should have seen but ignored it and really hurt her with the pumice stone or thing they use, no attention to detail or care at all. The middle daughter got a tech who didn't speak a single word of English and the nails were not done the way my daughter wanted, she ended up having to change her design choice due to the lack of understanding and the constant having to get what she needed translated to which all the women would talk in their foreign language then laugh and "translate" back to my daughter making her very uncomfortable and leaving her feeling humiliated due to the talking and laughing in their language. In addition to that when the lady lifted the small side table for my daughter to get out she sent my daughters phone flying to the floor (thank goodness for the screen protector and cover). Just so careless and lack of attention. My third daughter woke up today with two bare toenails, no nail polish on them at all although she paid extra for the gel manicure. I would not recommend this place nor would pay again to have services done here.

Original Message: I have given this place a few too many second chances . The quality of the nails is mediocre. Today was my last straw...long story short. I got the Gel X nails, and since all they are fancy press ons, I didn't think much of it. Who could get that wrong right? The lady designed them very nice. However, once I got home, I noticed that there was tons of glue underneath the gel nail and the nail was a quarter inch lifted up off my nail.
