My previous set was a full-color set, but when JEFF asked if I wanted to do full color again, I clearly said that I wanted a French tip instead. He agreed, but seemed hesitant about it. While preparing my nails, he brought up again that he thought a full-color set would look better. Since I had already stated my preference, I felt a little uncomfortable being pushed toward a different option. Later, when it was time to apply the color, he asked, "Full now, right?" and I ended up agreeing because it felt like he was rushing through the appointment. I later realized I was his last customer of the day, which may have contributed to the experience. After I agreed to the full color, he proceeded to paint my nails but didn't clean up the polish around the edges or cuticle area. As a result, there was visible polish on my skin around several nails, which made the finished set look messy and unfinished. The service felt rushed overall. When applying the cuticle oil, he was standing and not really paying attention to where he was putting it, and the appointment ended with a quick instruction to wait a few minutes and then wash my hands. The nails turned out okay, but I left feeling like my original request wasn't really respected and that the service lacked attention to detail. I believe clients should feel comfortable getting the design they ask for without feeling pressured to change their minds, and I also expect the final result to be clean and polished.

It is clear that the manicurists and estheticians here are passionate and proud of their work beyond a means of obtaining money. On 6/21/26, Celine and Mimi did my cat eye manicure and pedicure in an hour, which is much faster than other locations. They took the time to massage me and apply a generous amount of cuticle oil. There were lots of different cateye, acrylic, gel, builder gel, regular polish, and jelly polish to choose from. The equipment was new with no nail polish stains and was dust free.
