I returned the next day for a color change due to the poor outcome. The receptionist was very kind and professional, however my experience with Annie was unacceptable. She repeatedly said, "I told you not this color," which came across as rude and unprofessional. If a color is not suitable or recommended, it should not be offered for clients to choose in the first place. The application itself was poorly done, and the quality was not up to standard. The color began chipping in less than 24 hours, even after returning to have it corrected. The same issue continued after the redo. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and results. Customer service needs to be improved significantly, and staff should be mindful that professionalism and respect toward clients is essential in this business.

The pedicure is probably one of the best I have had in Menifee. Very detailed with cuticles and the nail shaping. Great massage, thorough, all the things. My daughter got acrylics and they look so good!! They are a master of their craft in the designs on nails, however he was a bit rough with the sanding and cuticles and didn't clean out under the nails very well after shaping. Left her bleeding a couple of times, and rough with the alcohol to clean after. We will be going back, will just give heads up to be more gentle with my daughter for future acrylics.

They also ask you to pay before the service, which makes the pricing clear upfront and probably helps avoid awkward situations iykyk. She took her time and ensure every toenail was cleaned meticulously especially the two big toe where I always get an ingrown. I'm glad that I have found her online as there aren't too many who are certified by the meticulous manicurist (see YouTube or IG) and also to apply the Onyfix band. The nail shop was bright and clean so it was very comfortable.

When the disgruntled middle aged lady called me to the pedicure chair, she setup up the soak tub with plain cold water. i told her it was cold but didn't care. They told me to sit in the seat, i sat down and the lady came and turned the water on. I told her i wasn't getting a pedicure, she turned the water off went to her desk got a mug put something in it and start moving real slow. She then start speaking in a different language so the lady in the front asked what i wanted to get done. I told them for a second time and they proceeded to just talk in a different language about me. Not coming to say they wanted to refuse my service. I got up because it was very weird and rude. Everyone in shop customers and all were just staring at me. When i got up the lady who was supposed to do my feet touched my arm and said sorry. I told her not to touch me and that she shouldn't be saying sorry considering I'm declining her to do my feet not the other way around and that it's disrespectful they were sitting there talking about me in a different language.
