Located in a Perris shopping center, this place was a bit hard to find but I found it, right next to Starbucks. I came here because my usual nail place was closed. This nail salon was your typical nail salon, plenty of pedicure chairs and more than enough seats for nails. I was here for just a pedicure and the lady who did my toes was a long standing worker here for 10 years. I can't remember her name but she did a good job on my toes. I came about 2 weeks ago & asked for French tips with a thick line of glitter. Not only did the process take over 2+hours, I was burned twice, the acrylic was chunky, and in the same day two nails broke. I wanted to come back but by the time I decided it was too late. & just when I thought she was finally finished she then started to file my nails even more underneathe. Honestly most of the process was constant buffing filing and fixing mistakes. I usually go to someone in meniffee but I decided to try somewhere new for a change, anyways I ended up paying 85$ with a tip. Probably won't be returning. read more

My $30 manicure from Exotic Nails is pure trash. The lady who did my nails literally got upset just because I said no GEL on my toes, and third day in my GEL MANICURE chipped- waste of money! Look for another nail salon, unless you want horrible service and chipped gel manicures and pedicures. Also, I paid $5 for this feet scrub to get 100% softer feet- and my feet are definitely not soft. My feet scrub from Walmart worked better. read more

The lady with the blonde highlights broke my nail while filing and I asked her to fix it and she said that since I am so picky, nobody can do my nails, so I ended up walking out because they let me go. If I am an owner of that place, I would not have an employee like that working for me. This is exactly what is wrong with today's society not only not admitting that you made a mistake, but actually telling the person that they have to go on top of it after blaming them about being picky. The same lady was telling a young girl that she has to pick a color or that she will pick for her. The young girl was saying that her mom will pick. I literally heard the lady say that this is too much going back-and-forth and that she does not want to do that, she painted the toenails of the girl, a color other than what the mom had requested. The mom was sitting next to me and I heard her say this is not the color that she requested. She had a terrible attitude with me prior to breaking my nail and prior to me, asking her to fix it. She was arguing with me about the nail shape I requested. Employees like that should not be in Customer Service. I really do not understand how she even has a job. No!. Thats all i have to say. Behind on appointment time as are most nail shops. Waited 40 minutes after my time to have a rushed tech cut the base of my cuticle on my thumb..it was bleeding then stopped. Rinsed my hand THEN switched techs to have another one polish.. The matte coat was burning. I didn't know why. Tech said to put my hand back in. So i did. Twice for two coats. Paid. Well... I didn't think I would be giving a 1 star to this nail salon, especially since I come here often and love the work. However, I guess today is the day. I was looking to get my nails done around 6 pm and got to the salon at 6:30 pm. I made sure to check their hours and their sign said they closed at 7 pm. So that's about 30 min to do a plain manicure, nothing special. I was welcomed with rudeness and a man yelling at me and my sister saying they are closed but they can take me. I was waiting for about 3 min and felt so uncomfortable because the front receptionist was rolling his eyes at me and my sister, so we just left. I understand it was 30 min prior to closing but I would've appreciated a nicer approach to what could've been a better experience. This review is strictly based on CLEANLINESS. First off, As soon as I walked in I noticed how dusty the windowsills, shelves and corners were. Okay whatever. . Things get dusty. Not a big deal. Second, I saw trash on the floor, over flowing trash cans and used foam flip flops left in the nail drying area. I get it, they can't control the trash customers leave and it was towards the end of the day. Third, the man at the front called my name and directed me to a station. A girl got up as I was walking over, I sat down and waited for the supplies and towel to be cleaned off the station. NOPE. Vee sat down and asked what I wanted. She DID NOT clean her station off at all. Ugh. Not sanitary. As I was getting my nails done a spider was crawling on the towel my arms were on. I mentioned it to Vee, she smashed it with a tissue and picked it up. There was spider guts on the towel! She did not offer to change the towel or clean it up. I couldn't believe it. I pulled away and asked her to at least flip the towel over. She looked annoyed, flipped over the towel and went back to work. THREE STRIKES!!! That was it for me. Gross.
