Terrible salon and work quality. They do not respect appointment times even when you arrive on time. We scheduled 2 gel pedicures, arrived 10 minutes earlier than the set time and still waiting over an hour. When the disgruntled middle aged lady called me to the pedicure chair, she setup up the soak tub with plain cold water. i told her it was cold but didn't care. Proceeded to work with dirty tools and towels. She drilled off my existing polish and was so rough, I told her it hurt but again, didn't care. My toe nail is broken, the color blotchy and she put polish on my skin near the cuticle. Just terrible. read more

Unfortunately I got desperate and wanted to get my nails done on Monday which was Memorial day and this spot was the only one open. Went in with my daughter to have a quick date only 3 employees we waited patiently for our turn. The nail tech that attended us was super nice. However, after I left and saw my nails and realized that my index fingers had very bit of polish coating on certain spots on the nail so they literlly started chipping away and I called in today to see if they could fix it and got told "She's not here today" "she has to fix for you" "we are really busy right now and can't fix them anyways" not even a sorry about that or come at a this time nothing. Retention was really bad my Gel x set only lasted 2 days until my thumb nail fell off. I had to repair it myself so i wasn't missing a nail. Everyday a new nail fell off so they basically only lasted a week. Tony gave me "free" rhinestones on my nails but after i showered that day 3 of them fell off. For my pedicure the guy cut me and cross contaminated with a liquid to stop the bleeding he touched my bleeding skin with the tip of the liquid and hurt my toes with the filer and the nail tech with glasses is very rude she didn't understand English and threw my daughters hand because the tech didn't understand what polka dots were. This morning Monday not even a full 2 days and 2 of my nails are peeling. I always get gel and it last me usually a month or more. Their professionalism was not what it should be they one don't take credit or debit cards and ask you to pay Zelle or Venmo. My friend sent them the payment for her nails and mine and Tony kept telling g her he hadn't received it and to call her bank and just being rude when it was just taking a minute to process. Had a gel mani with Quin. Super detail oriented and she has a very good energy. The shop was remodeled and expanded before the pandemic and looks great. Stations are spaced out so you aren't too close to other customers (except the chairs for waiting are close together. I took mine to a corner of the room lol). They make everyone wash their hands as soon as they walk in and techs wear gloves + use fully disposable tools (they give them to you when you're done!). Also a great price.
