Terrible salon and work quality. They do not respect appointment times even when you arrive on time. We scheduled 2 gel pedicures, arrived 10 minutes earlier than the set time and still waiting over an hour. When the disgruntled middle aged lady called me to the pedicure chair, she setup up the soak tub with plain cold water. i told her it was cold but didn't care. Proceeded to work with dirty tools and towels. She drilled off my existing polish and was so rough, I told her it hurt but again, didn't care. My toe nail is broken, the color blotchy and she put polish on my skin near the cuticle. Just terrible. read more

Unfortunately I got desperate and wanted to get my nails done on Monday which was Memorial day and this spot was the only one open. Went in with my daughter to have a quick date only 3 employees we waited patiently for our turn. The nail tech that attended us was super nice. However, after I left and saw my nails and realized that my index fingers had very bit of polish coating on certain spots on the nail so they literlly started chipping away and I called in today to see if they could fix it and got told "She's not here today" "she has to fix for you" "we are really busy right now and can't fix them anyways" not even a sorry about that or come at a this time nothing. Retention was really bad my Gel x set only lasted 2 days until my thumb nail fell off. I had to repair it myself so i wasn't missing a nail. Everyday a new nail fell off so they basically only lasted a week. Tony gave me "free" rhinestones on my nails but after i showered that day 3 of them fell off. I got a black french tip short square gel x set the brush strokes were painfully noticeable and he only put one coat of nude gel so the tip just looked clear... I came in for a pedicure done by a Hispanic lady. she was attempting to remove an ingrown nail that wasn't there. I told her that it hurt and she stopped. the next day I noticed redness around my toe then noticed a blister and it began to leak puss. now it is extremely infected. The nail were short so I was wondering why he was charging me so much! He wanted me to pay first, so I had the cash in my hand & he snatched it! I grabbed the cash back & I asked to look at the booklet where it says all the pricing & denied it to me 3 times and was yelling at me that they didn't have one! He got super upset! Normally places I go to when I'm out in SoCal I pay that same pricing but for longer nail length I thought since I got a basic two design on each nail that it should have rounded about $30-$35 dollars at least. Well... where to begin I was their on Saturday evening my best friend took me to get my nails done for my birthday and So I got gel manicure and pedicure. This morning Monday not even a full 2 days and 2 of my nails are peeling. I always get gel and it last me usually a month or more. Their professionalism was not what it should be they one don't take credit or debit cards and ask you to pay Zelle or Venmo. My friend sent them the payment for her nails and mine and Tony kept telling g her he hadn't received it and to call her bank and just being rude when it was just taking a minute to process. It was hot in the shop they didn't have any fans or ac on. They either need to be more accommodating or make sure their work it's flawless not peeling off on its own not even a full 48 hours later. read more
