Lack of customer service, very rude employees. I went here to get a mani pedi they told me to wait 30 minutes. I wait 40 minutes goes by then they tell me it will be another 30 plus minutes because they have appointments!! You knew in advance about the appointments so why even waste my time! I went in today to get eyebrows wax and she dropped wax on my eyelid close to getting into my eyes, I asked her if I could clean it off myself because I don't like anything near or in my eyes, and she got mad , I told her if she could clean it up and take off the rest of the wax on the side of my eyes and she said I'm not done. And started to slam stuff, just because I asked why did she put wax on my ey lid and I asked if she could go thinner. I told you don't have no right to give me attitude when you did my wrong by almost putting wax in my eyes, and she walk away. Leaving me there , so I asked do you want me to pay or what she she no you don't have to pay you go. I said no I'm not leaving and you say I didn't pay so I'm gonna pay. So I paid but customer service was horrible and disrespectful. I am the customer and how I want it isn't telling you how to do your job, it's telling you how I would like it. They treated me very racist. When I got there for my appointment I was 20 mins late so I waiting and Kim decided she did want to do my nails but instead of her saying that she just acting like I was invisible and started taking other ppl before me telling me that they had appointments when the lady told me her and her two Hispanic daughters did not have appointments I believe because I was black she was making me waiting and taking everyone before me and that was not right. It's just been sad that ppl are really racist but when racism is shown toward them ppl are supposed to feel sorry for them but they can be racist towards others it's just not right. I pray that one day she sees the errors in her ways and change before someone hurts her. I will never step foot back in that place. read more

I was a bit hesitant because they were cleaning their tools just with soap and water and while they are not completely unsanitary (all the girls also had stained robes) they certainly are not really clean. She painted my nails so badly that I had to ask her to correct 4 of them and still it didn't come out right. I can't wait to get home to take them all off because with the clear base she painted the tip of my finger! Avoid this place! read more

I got my nails done about 3 days ago. They should not look like this within 3 days. She cut my cuticle too short and made it bleed. I sat with my feet in the water for a whole hour before I got service. They had 5 customers and 2 employees. I think most of this could have been avoided if they had more staff. The woman who does my nails is so nice, so I hate giving them a bad review, but I'm just being honest. The quality is just subpar & I wish I hadn't wasted money here. read more

I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel paint on top the nails came out great and the nail tech was very friendly. The prices there are also very reasonable for a regular full set with color or white tip was $25 and a full set with gel paint on top was $35 but they only charged me $32 at the end. There was only one customer in the shop when I got there it did take awhile for them to acknowledge that I was there and wanted a service but once they did they say me down in a chair right away and started on my nails within 10 minutes. read more

Went in for a fill and cut down with gel polish. I called in advance to make sure they had time and was told to come in. The man who did my nails was done in about 15 minutes. His next appointment arrived while he was finishing my last cycle in the UV dryer and he left me in the dryer for several minutes and forgot about me while he started on his next client. I paid $35 for in my car and looked at my nails in my 30 years of getting me nails done this was the worst job and I'm not a picky person. My nails lift within a week because he didn't file the cuticle are of my nails. Absolutely nothing worthwhile visiting this saloon. read more

I am giving this place a 1 star review because my mom and I went to go get a pedicure together.When we arrived they attended us fast and asked us to sit in the chairs.We then asked the salon ladies to place bags in the tub to prevent any sort of infection etc, but they charged extra.Everything was going good until one of the ladies asked me what color I wanted on my toes.I told her I wanted clear pink nails with a French tip, the French tip was extra as well.She then was then going to place the clear pink color on my nail when the lady that was working on my mom told her to do the French tip first, which I thought was weird because I normally don't use this method.So she did what she did and ended up doing the French tip firsthand applying 2 thin coats of the clear pink polish under the line of the French tip.The subtle pink color I wanted on my nail I didn't get.I at least wanted some of the pink color to show but when I looked it was too late, she was already applying a top coat.My mom then paid the ladies and we left.The next day I went to go complain to my mom that the edge of my toe was irritated and hurt whenever I would walk.My mom as well had that same feeling, and her nail was a little bit more irritated than mine.Throughout the day the pain started to go away, but on my moms other toe she started to feel irritation.The weird thing was that they didn't cut our cuticles or anything like that, so basically we still got an infection even though we tried to play it safe by applying bags to our tubs.Maybe it was the tools that weren't properly sanitized but who knows.This isn't the first time the service at this place is bad I have had many other experiences with this place.Like one time I went to go get my acrylics done and while they were working on my cuticles, I got cut and began to bleed.The woman doing my nails then began to laugh it off and continued anyway.Another time I had gone there to get my nails done with a friend.When the lady had finished up with my friend she had placed her nails in a machine to dry them off.When the timer went off for the machine she went to go check on her nails to see if they need more time, but what had happened was that the polish had ripples in it and they weren't fully dry.Instead of offering to fix the polish she just left the nails as they were.I had told my dad about what happened and he brought it to attention to the nail lady to fix my friends nails, but if it wasn't for him she wouldn't have done anything to the nails.I have had many bad experiences with this place.Therefore, I will not be coming back. read more

This place was HORRIBLE staff was very unprofessional and Both my mom and I were very disappointed waited over an hour when I was told it was at 20 min wait . When I was finally sat down a lady came and put on the tips which were put on wrong because my nails and the tips aren't even on properly you can see it lifting which took her about 5 times to put on my nail on both my thumb and index finger yes, she was pulling it on and off while the glue was already setting AND just when she was done putting the tips on I thought she would come back. Nope I was wrong she went sat down and got on her phone without telling me anything so now I have to wait another 20 minute for the other man to finish doing the other clients nails so he can do mine when I got to him I let him know that more than 1 of the nails was crooked and he said "it's okay I fix" he didn't "fix" he filed tf out my finger and cut it so yes my nails were still crooked and the nail polish application was also very disappointing but at this point it was expected. My whole finger nail was not covered in nail polish as you can see in the pictures. So I go to look at my moms and her nail application and polish application was also terrible with STREAK marks and fuzzies! THEY NEED NEW POLISH AND NEeD TO STOP REUSING WHEN THERES NOTHING LEFT ADDING ACETONE TO THE POLISH DOES NOT MAKE IT BETTER! read more

ok today I went to visit this place because I wanted to do french nails and the girl who was going to do my nails was busy , so another woman began to file and paste my nails ..this woman could see that she did not know what to do even stick my fingernails well and when I told the other woman what her employee was doing ,she told me it's ok wait a moment I'll do it ,and asked her employee to take it off my nails ,that I was honestly not getting ..because she has an assistant to a woman who does not know what she's doing, I end up retiring without my nails. read more
