Went in for a full set was talked into getting gel x nails. The process was fast but they lady who sits in the second nail chair had three of my cuticles bleeding. I kept saying that hurts but she still cut me. I had never gotten gel x and didn't realize how expensive they were 60 dollars. After two days my index finger came off. I went in on a Sunday at about 3:50pm. I wanted a pedicure and a full set. It was slightly crowded. The head lady stated they didn't have time for a full set but could do the pedicure. I accepted. The nail tech must have been new or something. She did not scrub my feet, she did not ask if I wanted my toe nails cut or just filed. The spa tub sat idle, no swirling of the water. She keep grinding my nail cuticles. While sitting there 2 other others ask for full sets and pedicures. They were not told that there was no time for that and they would be closing on 1hr. The lady doing my toes put 4 layers of gel polish and the polish looks like bubble on top of my toe nails. Upon leaving the head lady asked if I'd loke to cone back tomorrow...I politely declined. Lanis- Well... to add on to the list of horrible reviews. Me and my sister went here for a full set. The left my sisters nails going upwards and said "that's her nails" and they were extremely lumpy. And mine were just as horrible. I asked for red chrome and they said they had it but they didn't they had red polish and the holographic powder and mixed the two and made a gross effect. Not to mention I asked for medium/long length squared and the lady cut them way to short and left them so chonky and deformed. I hated everything about them and when we asked to get them removed they said it would be an extra charge! And they wanted to charge me $45 and my sister $50! PICTURES! DaVis- This one is located inside the Walmart! So the guy is honestly so rude! He sat there clipping his toe nails or something with his feet And stood up to do my nails and I told him to wash his hands! I was there for a fill and idk how he managed to fuck up so bad. Asked to file the side and he didn't want to and after 3 times he did it half ass. All my nails look different! Pink Nails. And I was sent to a different lady and I told her my nails were not shaped correctly she didn't understand me and kept trying to paint them I told her no and she tried to file but didn't know how and then told me to file my own nails! Worst experience, my baby shower was yesterday so I was trying to rush to find someone. The primer she used caused my fingers to burn and inflame, my nails have acrylic and paint over the side, my nails only have partial top coat on and the lady dropped the white nail polish on the floor causing it to splatter onto my black shoes, then charged me 30$ cuz "it's my baby shower". Needed a pedicure so decided on Lani Nails cause it was conveniently inside the Walmart where I was planning to shop. Wasn't worth it! The service was Horrible. She asked me to put my feet in the pedicure bowl and it was freezing cold. I told her it was cold and she looked at me with a dirty look saying oh it's ok. I told her I wasn't putting my feet in a cold bowl. She seem annoyed with me. She cut my nails too short and filed them too hard. My toes were sore after. I had asked if she could paint my toes with a flower design. She didn't know how but she tried! It ended up being a couple of dots of polish for my flower design. Very unhappy!! And then she sat me there for at least 10 minutes just talking to her coworker. I told her I have to go and she seemed upset at me for saying that. One of the other workers finished my top coat polish and I left very unhappy!!! I do not recommend! A day later my nail Polish is already chipping off! Didn't even last 24 hours! Just horrible! The service here sooooo bad. The lady's there are so damn rude. I went maybe two weeks ago with my sister and mom for a full set and the nail lady wanted me to do gel x soo bad and i kept telling her no it's okay i want acrylic please and she kept insisting in a rude way for me to get gel x. After trying to tell her no for the 6th time she goes all like you know what i'm done asking you and she starts asking my mom if i can get gel x this damn lady couldn't take no for an answer ( i think her name was trish or something like that) and after getting frustrated with her she finally took no for an answer. So rolled her eyes at us then got her gel x tips and threw them in her cart she threw them so hard that the case opened and all her tips came out. Afterwords she still continues to be really rude and she finally starts doing my nails and the whole time she was being so ruff with me and the whole time (i'm not sure if she's the owner or boss or manger) but the main lady just let her employee be rude and aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable there and while the lady was doing my nails she got her drill and put it on the highest setting it could go and started filing my nails she filed so hard that she cracked my nail in half and i started bleeding. The whole time i was so scared she was going to cut me again with her drill because of how hard she was going she even got acrylic on my skin and this lady started to file my skin with the drill to take off the acrylic and it burned sooo bad and i kept telling her that she was hurting me and all she did was roll her eyes. So we get to the end where she is about to finish my nails and first of all i asked for almond and she gave me coffin instead after i kept telling her i wanted almond and second i told her i wanted lavender for my color and she gave me a color changing nail polish that was blue and on top of that she charged me $10 more dollars for that color a color i didn't ask for even after i already payed for my nails she didn't let us leave until we gave her the $10. I didn't even ask for that color and i told her something but all she said was that since she already put it on she was going to charge an extra $5 or $10 to take it off.
