So I called for an appointment and they told me 6:30 pm , before you know it's 7:30 pm .. prior to all this when I first got there they told me it would be a couple of minutes, then I go ask 45 minutes later they tell me 5 minutes, I went back out side to wait , by now I was very annoyed, they saw my face within a minute they tell me to go inside and go at down I'm sitting for 25 minute longer,the lady pedicure she was doing ask if she can get 5 more minutes to get a message!!! The service here sooooo bad. The lady's there are so damn rude. I went maybe two weeks ago with my sister and mom for a full set and the nail lady wanted me to do gel x soo bad and i kept telling her no it's okay i want acrylic please and she kept insisting in a rude way for me to get gel x. After trying to tell her no for the 6th time she goes all like you know what i'm done asking you and she starts asking my mom if i can get gel x this damn lady couldn't take no for an answer ( i think her name was trish or something like that) and after getting frustrated with her she finally took no for an answer. So rolled her eyes at us then got her gel x tips and threw them in her cart she threw them so hard that the case opened and all her tips came out. Afterwords she still continues to be really rude and she finally starts doing my nails and the whole time she was being so ruff with me and the whole time (i'm not sure if she's the owner or boss or manger) but the main lady just let her employee be rude and aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable there and while the lady was doing my nails she got her drill and put it on the highest setting it could go and started filing my nails she filed so hard that she cracked my nail in half and i started bleeding. The whole time i was so scared she was going to cut me again with her drill because of how hard she was going she even got acrylic on my skin and this lady started to file my skin with the drill to take off the acrylic and it burned sooo bad and i kept telling her that she was hurting me and all she did was roll her eyes. So we get to the end where she is about to finish my nails and first of all i asked for almond and she gave me coffin instead after i kept telling her i wanted almond and second i told her i wanted lavender for my color and she gave me a color changing nail polish that was blue and on top of that she charged me $10 more dollars for that color a color i didn't ask for even after i already payed for my nails she didn't let us leave until we gave her the $10. I didn't even ask for that color and i told her something but all she said was that since she already put it on she was going to charge an extra $5 or $10 to take it off. Been going for about 4 months so far really good I know it had a lot of bad reviews on full set of acrylic nails so I decided to try something different it's acrylic gel dip powder dip basically. I'm in love more natural looking they are nails growing which you need a little bit of patience but I personally think worth it and might I add very nicely done, there's only one person who does them and she's super sweet kind and gentle with you're hands. Never had an issue I just tell her I have really thin nails and the bend and she made them a bit thicker in the ends which was perfect. My nails haven't broken am in love with her work. Haven't tried any other service yet but i see that a lot of lady love their pedicures and all leave super happy and their toes looking really nice. So I think this place is changing and shouldn't be judged by the past reviews, which I did read before going. I haven't gotten any acrylic traditional set where they add the tip but from what I've seen it's a lot different from those old post people have left. Everyone is friendly and no complaints here ! Vinnie gave a nice pedicure, where she removed excess skin from side of nails and used a fresh orange stick for under nails. Thoroughly buffed nail surfaces and dry skin on feet. Used oil and lotion for foot massage, though leg massage was underwhelming. Polish came out beautifully; no polish on sides of toes or shoes. No base coat used, though. Very friendly demeanor; didn't try to hard-sell products or services, just let me know when she was finished that she could do floral designs next time if I liked. read more

Horrible place with terrible service, I wish I had reviewed this place before going there. It was a nightmare, the nails looks horrible. I have bubbles on the gel polish but the worst came when I had to pay and the owner charged and didn't print a receipt for herself and wanted me to pay again and refused to give me my card back because she wanted me to pay again. I showed her on my online banking that she had already charged me but she wanted me to pay her again and she'll refund me the money when I get my bank statement. Bottom line I had to call my bank so they could talk to her and let her know she had already charged me and not even then would she be okay, finally just got my things and left the salon extremely upset since I was running late after wasting my time. I was seated and had gel nails prior to coming in so I was sitting down for 25-30 minutes because the stylist decided to do someone else pedicure. My nails are naturally long and I specifically asked her to not cut them or thin them and she ended up breaking one of my nails because she can follow simple instructions. I then told her what she had done and she began to argue with me that it was my fault for not warning her when I had clearly told her that I didn't not want thin nails. After arriving home I realized I had paid for a manicure but never received one. Also she did not paint my whole nails and the gel began to chip 2 days later. Sad to say I can't recommend this nail salon, I bought a gift certificate for a friend for a full set because this is where she likes to get her nails done. Lani usually does her nails but since she now ownes the one in walmart she runs back and forth between the two. she started the set but couldn't finish because she had to leave, her husband Larry finished the set, they all fell off a week later.we both went to show Larry and he could care less, basically he ignored us acted like he was to busy to even try to offer anything. Terrible pedicure. Waited over 40 minutes and poor worker could barely see. Nails were cut very low and crooked. Polish is old and does not dry.
