She started cursing at Tony and mocking him to call the police. I feel she could of handled the situation differently. I went to this Nail Salon because I received a discount coupon in the mail on a Mani & Pedi. As she was doing my Pedicure she had clipped my big toe too deep and it began to bleed. It started to hurt a little bit afterward and so she proceeded to spray alcohol on it. A day or two after I noticed a lot of swelling, yellow discoloration & pus. It had got infected and I had to searched up home remedies to help the infection. I took pictures incase I needed evidence of what had happened. More importantly though after all this it made me realize if my toe got infected that means they're not properly cleaning their tools & equipment after every client. Please run far away from this place. I am surprised they are still in business. They are not good at all. I read the low reviews and still decided to give them a try a waste of my money. I spent $31 for the worst service ever. I hope I can save someone else some money, don't waste your time or money. I am so mad I wasted my money on this place. Stay away from this place!! I had called to ask for availabilty and said to come at 6:45pm. I come in 2 min. before, I did not get greeted. The store looks nice and clean when you first walk in, but then you take a seat at one of the manicure stations and you notice all the dust from previously manicured nails covering the station. You'll also notice the bits and pieces of fake nails on the floor underneath the station. I went in to get a set of gel nails which cost me $28. It took about an hour and a half to complete. The guy that did them did a pretty good job. There are a fair amount of bubbles in the gel, but you'd have to look closely to see them. All the tips were put on straight and the gel is nice and smooth. He was a bit rough with the nail file and I think there is possibly a cut between the nail and skin of my pinky finger. As with most businesses that have employees whose primary language is not English, the employees here often talked to each other in their primary language. I know it's not always the case, but you have to wonder what conversations they're trying to hide from their customers. Here is where the bad part comes in: the nail clipper and manicure wand (or whatever they call it) he used on my nails looked clean, but the nail file and smoothing block were obviously used. The brush he used to dust off my nails was also used and very ragged. He pulled out a small container that had the gel substance in it and that was dirty. The nail lamp device that was used had hardened gel all over the inside and the device itself was just plain dirty on the outside. If dirty equipment doesn't irk you, then the only suggestion I have if you go here is to bring your own face mask or ask for one because I'm wondering if I'm going to die from inhaling massive amounts of shaved gel, fake nails, my own nails and everyone elses nails. Also eye protection since the dust will get into your eye. Better yet, just bring a full-on biological contamination suit because all that fine dust will just get on your clothes and hair as well. read more

Visited this Business several times and for the most part good work just slow and even with an appt ur gonna wait abt 30 min to be seated. Recently visited on Wed asked John to put glue under tip as it was getting loose and may break oh no he said. I just put tip and u be finewent back today to get same nail repaired. Told to come back later. They had 2 ppl in the bldg and 2 workers. Why do u say come back in 1.5 hours. Cost 49.00 for pedicure and fill. Nothing should be broken won't be back!!! I'm Not giving any stars . I used to come here all the time for over a year the guy in there used to be my favorite he always did my toes nice . However yesterday me and my sister were treated ugly in this shop where they laughed at everything I asked for I simply wanted a pedicure and my real nails painted he Got upset cause I had 5 nails with gel on them and I didn't want him to scrap it off so I asked to soak them instead he laughed and was upset about that . That's when I should have left but I decided to proceed. I wanted my Nails the same color as my toes and the color was running out so he put nail polish remover in it which made it very runny he painted my nails rushed thru them didn't let the coats dry in between so my Nails never dried and they kept getting messed up when he would touch them . In the end he ended up saying the color was ugly and I should have chose another color .he took the color off my nails gave me 5 dollars back walked away and I was pisted he wanted to rush out early I hear the manager on the phone at 6 pm telling customer I'm the only one working everyone is gone saying she's closing early when it's signs posted inside that they don't close till 7 . I have never experienced something like this in a nail shop I would rather pay 100 we're I'm being treated nice comfortable my ass was hurting when I got out them old ass chairs they didn't even have the decency to turn on the massager for you seriously I'll never go back keep your 16 pedicures TRASH!!!!! read more

First time trying any nail salon since I moved here, it was ok. Walked in on a weekday and was started on in about 10 mins or so. I got a gel manicure and they came out cute but the process was a little rough for a manicure. I started to bleed on one of my thumbs after he pushed back the cuticle with his tool. Idk what exactly went wrong there but I didn't make a big deal of it. Shit happens. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy! Full set of "oval" nails - looks more like almond - were $35 with gel. A nail was placed crooked but he insisted it wasn't. Acrylic application was excessive, there's glue and acrylic sticking my skin to the nail. The back and forth fileing was so hard that my nails are sore as I'm typing this. As he was fileing down my nail, he cut my skin, and kept irritating it. I asked for the color 602 - didn't have it. He had brought me 601. It took me a while to convince myself of the color then to find out that the bottle was empty. So I took another 5 minutes trying to settle for another color, I ended up getting 618. The gell application is messy, air bubbles on my left hand, gel touching my cuticles on every other finger. My first and last Mani here, that's for sure! read more

Waste of money and waste of time. I went in at 4p thinking I could get a mami/pedi. There were 3 employees in there only 2 other customers & plenty of flies. Almost an hour later she was done. I didn't even have time for my mani. She charged me $15 which is fine but I couldn't use my credit card I didn't have cash on me so I had to use their ATM machine which charged me $2.50 to use. i come here all the time and i specifically ask for mimi, its always best to call ahead of time to make an appointment or you might be waiting for awhile. if you notice there's something wrong with your nails dont wait for them to ask you if you like it, tell them & they'll fix it. as long as youre nice & have a pleasant tone theyll be nice back. also i don't recommend this place if you want complex designs, theyre better for plain colors or easy designs. ive gone to other nail salons but no one can do it was well as my girl mimi read more

I didn't go there for the looks I went there for good nails, nice eyebrows and good service.. And they were awesome... Ppl complain about the wait but if you go anywhere there is usually gonna be a wait unless you arrive at a time when they aren't busy! Poor customer service to start with. Also not the cleanest or newest equipment either. Last two time I called ahead to make an appointment, but when I got there they 'forgot' the first time and the second time they actually argued with me that I had called and made the appointment. Even after he realized that I had made the appointment-only 2 hours before-- he still did not apologize or try to make the situation better. He had just taken someone & I would have to wait until he finished her full set. My mom came with me & had just started getting her pedicure, so I just waited. She did get a nice pedi from the older man there--but was almost finished before the nail guy I requested 'Jimmy' came over to us and asked me if I wanted the nails now and I said no. I was so disappointed with their service that I will never go back. The least they could have done was apologized--but they made no effort. There are enough nail salons around here that I won't give them my business ever again. And it is usually hot & smells very strongly of acrylic because they don't use a/c even when really hot. read more
