She was there this morning and had picked the glasses up and it them aside. We were so happy the glasses were there. Also the ladies that work here are very nice and are gentle. The only complaint I have is wished they used better products that the gel polish lasts more than a week without chipping The real problem is the owner/ manager. He fails to communicate and has a lack of follow through. He gives the impression that he does not care about this business. That is very disappointing.

It seemed like she was rushing it and was very harsh. I get bad ingrown toenail's and Kim didn't get do it right... she didn't even remove all the nail polish I had on from last time. She also cut my toenails very uneven. Never going to get my toes done by her AGAIN! Very unprofessional...
