HORRIBLE. Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off. I called on the phone to make an appointment and ask the pricing for gel x. When I sat down, I asked for the price again just to make sure I wouldn't be charged extra. The lady told me she would ask the gentleman at the front and they speak in viet for a while, but I never get a response from her. When I ask again 10 minutes later, she told me she has to ask the man because she does not know, they speak in viet again and she doesn't give me an answer. Later I ask about adding designs and she talks to the man and tells me its $5 for each so I ask if she meant +$5 each nail or total for the design. She laughed at me and told me $5 for the white tips and $5 for the blue lines, which I thought was fine, but when I asked again how much it will be total with the design, she chuckles and says "don't worry, I'll let you know." I should have taken this as a red flag. After my nails were done, she went to the front to speak to the man and they converse for a long time in viet. After she finally came back, the price she gave me was $10 higher than what I was told on the phone. The lady who did my nails froze and didn't have a response for me. Then she calls over the man and he tries to fight me on what he said. I already decided I would not be returning based on how shady they were being and the horrible job she did so I just paid, tipped my lady and left. I was the last customer and she already tried to redo the blue stripe design 3 times, so I felt bad asking her to make it look better because it didn't seem like it was getting better at all and I could tell she was definitely getting annoyed, so I just said F it, its not that bad. But the more I looked at it, the more messy and chunky they looked. When initially putting on the gel x, she cut my thumb nail too quick and it cracked part of the gel nail so she just starting prying off the nail to replace it, which was NOT pleasant. She left many gaps between my natural nail and the gel x cap too. I've never had an issue with gel x nails popping off and I usually power lift with them on at the gym. During the one week I had these nails, I didn't go to the gym or do anything crazy or strenuous, but I had at least 6 nails pop off?? Will not be returning. read more

They scammed me they charged me 20 more dollars for a service they did not even provide. I asked for a standard pedicure and they claimed that i asked for gel on top of that which i did not i only received a french tip which should have only cost 32 dollars they argued relentlessly and bullied me into paying the extra 20. read more

Peter was my nail tech and he did such a clean job. Granted, I was there for 3 hours which is why I deducted a star and had stuff I needed to do (I'm typically only there an hour to an hour and a half) but regardless the quality is THERE. Peter really did take his time and it's obvious he enjoys and is good at what he does. I was a little alarmed by the $70 total at the end which I thought was kind of steep compared to other places I go, but again the work was clean and I was there for a whileeee. Was very hesitant on still going to this nail shop once i found out there was new ownership but i am so happy and glad i decided to give it a try , the customer service and the pricing is still intact great place to get your nails done . Got a mani and full set and went back a month later , yes a month and the nails still looked great for a fill and that's because i was near by decided to stop by they were able to take me in with out appointment . I been trying nail places all over the IE for the past 3 years. The staff was amazing all together warm and inviting. Rose however work her Magical talent and recreated my nails from the picture presented below. I think she came damn close!!! She has a gentle and steady hand when doing her craft!! Thank you Rose!! My hands were done to perfection but my feet, well I ended up with A horrible infection due to one of the ladies digging too much into my skin. I had to have half my toenail removed and took over six months to have a full nail. A week prior A close friend of mine had the same horrible experience but was not aware of it till after my situation. I would not recommend to come here for a pedicure. read more

They used to be so good, but declined rapidly. My nails were done terribly with air bubbles that immediately started peeling the gel nail polish. I paid $40 for just my fingers. Another time, I scheduled, asked, and confirmed for a pedicure as well as nails. They tried to rush me out with just a polish change. They charged me $30 for just painting my toes. Literally no other service. No full pedicure. I was given a I have had many encounters with spiders and they are terrible at respecting others time. Finally I decided to ask for a refund. I double checked to make sure there were no "no refund signs" anywhere, they were not. Now, James has always been sweet. However, the other guy there was extremely rude and yelled at me. I asked if the woman who did my nails was licensed, I was met with "I don't know". Just don't even bother here. It will save you trouble and money. read more

I've been a number of times and the past few months their quality has really decline. They have a new nail guy that is not clean and is very rude. He always rushes you and does a sloppy job. Today He went to blow his nose near the sink and didn't wash his hands and wanted to continue working on my nails. I complained and he got upset and then went to wash his hands. At that point the service was awkward and I just wanted to get out of there! I'm so unhappy with my nails it's embarrassing and on top of that they charged me $38 for these ugly nails. I actually really like this place but tonight I had such a bad experience... (I'm not one that usually complains. (Or to make a scene so I just let her finish) I usually get my pedicure done by Tina, Anna, or Rose but I tonight I got my toes done by Kim and had such a horrible time. It seemed like she was rushing it and was very harsh. I get bad ingrown toenail's and Kim didn't get do it right... she didn't even remove all the nail polish I had on from last time. She also cut my toenails very uneven. Never going to get my toes done by her AGAIN! Very unprofessional... I used to love this place when rose and david were in charge. The new manager is so rude and the worst customer service i have ever seen. This place is an absolute mess with no professionalism or friendliness. We came in for 3 full sets and 2 pedicures. Two were sat for the full set and 1 on pedicure. When we were done with the nails we were told we had to wait for the other guest who arrived after us to go first because they have other people. If i got there first you go in order of guest. Nobody there had appointments but we did. The new manager is charge extremely rude when you ask q questions and while we were there he had the nerve to yell at another guest because she didn't like what he was doing with her nails. On top of that he charged $55.00 for basic gel nails that were short. Been coming here for 10+ years but how that he is in charge i will not be returning at all. EDIT: I have been coming here for over a year. I had a standing appointment every other Wednesday at 5 (they never answer their phone so you have to make an appointment in person/before you leave). But they closed without even having the decency to call me. Will not be returning here. This nail shop is amazing! Rose did the fastest and painless take off of a 4 week old set. She worked quickly and with precision and gave me one of the best full sets I've had. I came here after my regular nail lady went on vacation for a few months and I read the yelp reviews. I came here because I made a last minute decision to go to the 2017 Grammy Awards & the reviews were good! While I loved the paint job on my nails & toes, my nails have ALWAYS been long & healthy but since my gel mani my nails have been breaking halfway to the ends causing bleeding on EVERY SINGLE NAIL! The slightest touch will break my nails & cause them to bleed. I just rolled up my wingstop bag & screamed in pain due to my nail breaking; I don't know what gel they used that didn't agree with my nails but I won't be back unfortunately (I know the breakage is from the mani because I don't get my nails done often & I got gel only for the mani & my toes are fine.)
