Hannah did my pedicure and she was super nice! Do keep in my mind that a regular pedicure is super basic! Just cut your nails, a light wash, and polish. I did expect a little more cuticle to be removed. The shop itself is very antiquated and didn't seem the cleanest. But overall a nice experience! read more

Went here for the first time for a mani & pedi. I called and got a same day appt. The girl upfront was super friendly. She encouraged me to try dip powder manicure. The guy that did it was so meticulous, holding up my hands every so often to make sure it buffed out evenly. I've been a gel nail girly forever but that changed today. I love how the dip powder came out. The best part is no UV rays on my skin bc we all know our hands are the first to age with so much sun exposure. I digress. The lady that did my pedicure was also meticulous and did a great job. I don't get my nails done too often because of work but in the future, any time I have an event, I will be coming back here. Hanna is hands down the best to go to for pedicures! She always makes sure you walk out happy! I struggle with ingrown nails most of my life and she has been the only tech to really be able to get the ingrown nail with ease and with little to no pain. Now don't get me wrong it is uncomfortable but the relief of it not hurting anymore is amazing! She always makes sure that you are relax and comfortable. As for manicures she does a great job making sure your nails are even and makes sure your cuticles are cleaned up and when select a color I love how she makes sure the color goes to the top. I feel like most techs leave too much room and make them look like I need another manicure. Not her she will re do them if I have any issue with my nails. After several attempts of allowing new management the grace to acclimate, it is unfortunate what they done with this nail shop. They do not value or respect their customers' time and the new techs are ill-equipped and rude. My heart goes out to Tina, Hannah and Lynn as they are nothing but sweet and professional, but will reap the consequences as the shop is run to the ground. read more

Hannah' was very nice and did my pedicure well . i didn't like one of my toes and she took off the gel, fixed it for me and then repainted and best of all, didn't make me feel bad for it. She was super sweet, it was my first time there and they gifted me with a cute cuticle oil that smells good. she layered my toe polish color so that it wasn't too light and told me to let her know whatever i needed. i will be back :) read more

My girl Hanna . . . Getting yet another well deserved 5 star review. My toe nails grow in on the sides which makes them impossible to cut at the right angles and can lead to ingrown nails. Hanna came to the rescue years ago and has kept 'em properly trimmed. Oh and she's strong too; my nails grow in "thick and mean". This was my second time at Bella Nails and Spa, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The nail tech I usually see wasn't there, so a guy did my nails instead. He was rough when moving my hand, almost like he was throwing it. The way he used the nail file machine made my fingers hurt, and after finishing, he left dust and gel all around my fingers and just walked away without a word. He didn't even have me wash my hands to remove the nail dust.The polish around my cuticles is uneven as well.I won't be returning after this experience. read more

I travel to Riverside occasionally, and I used yelp to find one of the best nail shops in town. This is an amazing little gem, in an unassuming strip mall. Nikki was the nail technician who did my nails. She was meticulous and her perfection was evident during my nail appointment. And this is by far the best full set I've had, throughout the state... This is a great shop with great technicians, they take their time, but are efficient. Good colors and art work available as well. The owner was also gracious and kind and joked with me as well. I got insulted, told my hands look ugly and i've a dark skin tone and thats why the color look bad on me!! told to not come again and she refused to finish my nails because i told her i need another layer as the color is so light and transparent which is totally obvious in the picture !!! Its supposed to be yellow but i can barely see this yellow after 3 layers !! If i could give a ZERO i would !! I don't even know her name and i've never cared about her (she's the one who always sit in the second station on the left when you walk in after the guy in the first station) I've had a problem with her before because she doesn't pay attention to details and she've left my edges around my nails with no color and when i paid attention she got mad and since then i've always made my nails with Nikki which is an amazing technician but she's no more working there .. yesterday i called to come in a hurry but didn't ask for someone specific because since Nikki stopped working i couldn't find anyone professional like her but that's fine and when i realized its her i didn't want her but couldn't say it to not embrace her and just decided to give her a second chance and that was the result ! I realize that she did them not bad this time as i told her i'm picky so be careful please and this color problem is not her fault its just bad material so i just wanted to fix it by adding an extra layer and thats it (that was gonna be layer number 4 and it was gonna b so thick but i was going to accept it because its hard to change it and start from the beginning and i didn't ask her to change the color but since she was acting like a crazy she didn't understand that) .. she started yelling and screaming when she felt that i don't like it and saying i don't know why you come here if you do problems always (and i've never had any prob with anyone except her which is a proof that she's the one who is making the problems) and she kept saying if you don't like it why you didnt tell me from the beginning so i told her i needed to wait for the last layer of color to see because it was supposed to get darker (i mean not this transparent when it gets thicker) but she kept screaming at me and saying "you something" !! No one could stop her from being rude to me and the guy in the store finished my nails as she wanted me to get kicked out with my hands not done and the only thing they did was making me pay nothing which is not enough actually for all the impolite way she did with me and for making me leave the store crying !! This place is amazing !! I've been to multiple places even states and I could never find a place that was welcoming and a great service because of my past experiences at other nail salons. After reading numerous post about what a great job Hanna does on pedi's I booked with her. NOT disappointed! Jayden did my fill and he is equally talented.
