I love this new nail shop ! Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Katie did my nails and she did an excellent job !! she finished in a hour and they look so gooddefinitely coming back again.

I'm so sad I paid over $60 for nails I absolute hate what I wanted vs what I got definitely won't be coming back here EVER. I really don't understand how she thought this was okay when it looks absolutely terrible thick bumpy acrylic, thick pink color, faded white tip. Disappointed is an understatement. Save your money go somewhere else

I've been here several times, and have always found them to be pleasant and helpful. Today I had a different technician, Cindy, and she was truly lovely. I went from gel to dip; I have thin, difficult nails to work with, but Cindy was gentle and careful, so I had no issues. She asked questions about my preferences every step of the way. I walked out with simple, but beautiful nails.

First time customer. Called ahead to make an appointment. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Got a full set by Jenny. She did an amazing job. Lots of bling bling! Andy did my 3D flowers. Also got a spa pedicure with hot stones. Great team at Jenny's. Thank you! I will definitely be back. read more

WARNING THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THEIR TOOLS!!! They use dirty tools in each client without even rinsing in soap and water. I wish I could leave zero stars. I've gone here before and have been disappointed before but I thought I would give them one final third shot. I went in for a mani and pedi the pedicure was decent besides a possible infection from unsterilized tools. Big mistake I will never return here ever again. The staff and jenny her self are friendly and welcoming by they seriously lack basic manicure skills. I will add I made an appointment yesterday and they did honor it right in time so that's a plus I guess. See picture listed this was a gel polish no manicure per Andy's suggestion I left with polish all over my finger it literally looks horrendous I'm so sad because the color is beautiful. read more

I came here in a pinch, needing my eyebrows and upper lip waxed same day without an appointment. I tried this place, and I would say that's all it's good for, if you're in a pinch and need a wax today. When my husband paid the fee, the girl slid his card and then wanted to choose the tip for him! She scuffed when he said the "15%" option! read more

I'd rather show my chipped old gel polish at a red carpet event than come back here for an emergency pedi . This place sucks sooooo hard . I'm confused on how they're still in business. customer service is non existent. I usually tip fat , even when I feel like I shouldn't . Not today . Big FAT NO . My coworker told me about this nail shop and i loved it ! The customer service was literally the best I've ever gotten from a nail shop. Jenny did my nails ! She did them exactly how i like them! So I recommend this place to everyone ! I live in Fontana but I'll be making the trip to Riverside just for my nails ! The entire staff was amazing! read more

I had been to Jenny's nails several years ago and had gotten a full set by her and they were pretty legit so to my dismay fast forward 2021 I'm in need of another full set and Jenny was the only spot that was open so I went in as a walk-in. I love how they had the dividers and sanitizer and temperature check before even sitting down which is cool now let's get onto the nails. As I said I wanted a full set and the person that they gave me to to was an old lady short hair she wore glasses really nice and friendly but I noticed when she was doing my nails it seem to me like she was skipping a step or two I noticed that my nails were lumpy especially my thumb so I had her try to fix it and she only made it worse not to mention I got gel nail polish and it was so thick and streaky at this point I just wanted to get my nails done and get out of there. Not even two days later my pinky nail on my Left hand falls all the way off so now I'm pissed because it's only been two days not only that when I'm running my hands through my hair, my hair is getting caught in my nails so if you are a nail fanatic like I am once you run your hands through your hair and your nails are getting caught you either need a fill or these damn nails are lifting which was the case. The nail salon that I usually go to down the street from my house thank goodness they were doing secret appointments so I go there and I show them my fingernails and that's when they tell me they're half done not only were they half done, the nail polish was streaky and clumpy and four of the nails were just flimsy to the point where they had to remove them and replace them. originally I just wanted to go to my nail salon and have them do a color change, A file to fix the mistakes that she had made and then replace a nail but what in actuality what happened is that I had to get a complete fill and a few Replacement nails because they were indeed lifting so bad they were even saying I hope you didn't tip her that's how bad the nails looked after only 5 days. I will never recommend this place to anybody nor will I ever step foot back in this place. read more

My boyfriends mother recommended Jenny's for a simple polish. I went with a full set, nails were huge, uneven and bulky. She did a crappy job. She also kept texting and calling her husband while working on my nails. Unprofessional place. I do not recommend at all. read more

I'm going to make this short and sweet becuase I don't want to waste any more time or energy on this ridiculous salon. I got a mani/pedi on Saturday: 1) They cut my toe so much that it wouldn't stop bleeding. The towel they used was full of blood. 2) They cut my cuticles so much that my middle finger is now missing a chunk of skin. 3) My nails look like they were painted by a left handed 5 year old (check out the picture I posted) 4) When the owner saw that they cut me and the horrible manicure, she discounted my mani/pedi a whole $5... woop. 5) They didn't clean the tub in between people's pedicure, they just refilled it with more water-- disgusting. 6) The owner said as we were paying: "Next time you come, we'll have the good person do your nails." Seriously... shouldn't they all be good? Maybe they had an off day, but I'll never come back here again. Here's hoping I don't get an infection. read more

Soooo, I really wanted to like this place, went their first time because I read many reviews saying that Jenny made great 3D nails.. BIG MISTAKE! they where way to expensive and UGLY! the next day I immediately went to 3D Nails in Upland and loved it so much more. They where able to fix the horrible, UGLY NAILS Jenny put on me. The second time I went for a manicure and this time was another employee of Jenny's, she also did a terrible job! I picked the gel nail polish only because they last longer so I would think that because you are paying extra for the Gel nail polish they would take a bit longer with you to do a good job, but no! I was totally wrong, the lady did such a bad job that my cuticles right now are peeling off and causing me pain! NEVER GOING BACK.. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED! I came in on a Monday for an acrylic nail removal & a gel manicure because I wanted to give my real nails a break. The salon was rather quiet as per usual salons on Mondays. The colors they have for gel are great. My nail tech, Linda, was meticulous when it came to the gel manicure. She made sure my nails were under the uv lamp the correct amount of time and the polish layer was not too thick or thin. The price was fair and they also run on a stamp card reward system on your 12th service you get $11.00 off. I can't speak about the other services they offer but I can attest that the gel mani was good. read more

Jenny is extremely kind, my entire family has been going here since 2010. Her designs are unique and one of a kind. Her husband Andy and the entire staff treats everyone with kindness and professionalism. Jenny's products are not cheap and I never have broken or chipped nails. My feet are always soft. Jenny has done our nails and feet for sooooo many special occasions. We love Jenny and her staff. I wish I could give her 10 stars!! read more

The WORST place I've ever been to!! I went get a full set there and I asked for a quote and they had said $48. I said okay let's do it so they started my nails and I was sitting there for more than an hour and a half and still had to get my design! I was upset, I told the people I didn't want design anymore. My nails looked all bumpy and just looked trashy. When it came to paying she said it's $40 and then the guy said something then changed the price to $38. Called the next day to get them fixed cause I didn't pay that much for a simple set that is not worth more than $30 (thinking someone else was gonna do it) getting there they put me with the same lady! That's so unprofessional. Clearly, I didn't like her work! A customer came in asking for a certain design that was more than the one I had asked for and the guys responds was $40!! I was beyond upset when I heard that. NEVER EVER GOING THERE! I DO NOT recommend that place read more

Came in for a quick pedicure, they sat me in a chair for 45 mins to soak off the gel I had on my toes. In reality they were just busy. The lady doing the pedicures was working on a lady who clearly had fungus on her toenails. She gets done working on her she just RINSES off the tools and tries to use the same tools on me! Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary!! Of coarse I just told her I changed my mind and I was only going to get a nail polish change. Never coming back read more

When I pointed out that it wasn't what I had asked for, the technician simply laughed and said it was a different powder--even though it was the same photo I had shown him before starting. This was extremely unprofessional and lack of accountability. After he had no way to do design due to his mistake, I just told him to do a French tip style instead, but even that came out poorly. The French tips were uneven, and there were visible scratches beneath the polish. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disappointed, especially after paying for a service that caused pain and did not meet basic quality standards. Would not recommend this place.

Not only did the nail tech slowly slice my pinky finger using a nail extension while trying to pop off the acrylic, she did so after I asked at minimum three times for her to soak them off. She told me that it would take to long. I responded with the actually amount of time it would take to properly soak acrylic off, 20-30 minutes. After forcing the acrylic to separate from my nail bed and making me bleed, all she said was, "Sorry, your nails and acrylic go very well together." She proceeded with her incompetence and attempted to say she would soak my nails as she tried on the other hand to pop the nails off again I removed my hand from her grasp. Reminded her that she will be soaking them in acetone. That's when I saw the huge open wound on her finger. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. I allowed her to try to make it right. Cut the tips. Apply The acrylic and shape the nails. When she told me she was done and I should wash my hands before we out the gel polish on I was completely stunned. Not a single nail was the same shape as any other. I tried to tell her and she said, "okay. Okay. Okay." I asked her not to rush and dismiss me and pleaded with her to listen to me since she never asked what shape I wanted in the first place. Some one came over to help and further translate or elaborate. The tech then made everything worse. It seemed that she didn't understand what I was showing her. I should have taken a picture for you all. Now I felt stupid, uncomfortable, pain, embarrassment, and anxious. I requested that I just pay for the work so far and leave with my nails unfinished. This for some Reason didn't compute to any of the employees so the all yelled at me to stay because "some one finish". At that point I gave the girl my card paid and left swiftly. Went somewhere else and they fixed the hot mess that was my hands. If I get infected from that nasty open wound I will be suing. read more

My regular nail lady at TippyToe off magnolia was much too busy to do my nails today, so I wanted to give this place a try. If I could rate 0 stars then I would. For the location the quality of these nails sucks. This place is filthy, these women don't shut the f**k up. It's ridiculously loud in this ghetto establishment. Far too much gel on my nails that I literally had to file down the sides and edges of my nails myself. If you want ghetto hideous nails then this is definitely the place for you! I asked for a soft pink with glitter, but instead they gave me neon pink with glitter..... My nails look like they belong to Malibu Barbie who is about to get gang banged. You always know that you are going to get what you are paying for plus some and the service is spectacular considering that you never have to worry about nail techs being rude which I encounter almost everywhere else that I go. I love coming here! Aside from the manicures I get, I love the customer service. I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jenny and Lee. Both of them took the utmost care when handling my nails (natural). I get gel manicures and they paint the thinnest layers so they dry perfectly with no problems. I've had other people burn my nail beds before, but not here! They also last forever. My last manicure still looked amazing after 2 weeks and could've lasted longer but I wanted a color change. Don't expect to come here & relax, It's always so LOUD and rambunctious. You can't unwind or enjoy your service because Jenny yells and talks so vulgar, it makes your experience WORSE. I showed Andy a picture of how I wanted my nails and they did not come out how I imagined so I asked for them to be removed, he offered to start over and try again but I had already been there for 2 HOURS (11am-1pm) I was so frustrated so I declined. While in the process of soaking my nails off, Jenny rudely asked me to leave. They completely wasted my time. Very poor customer service! read more

Jenny nails always does an excellent job on my nails, im always happy when i leave there. and even if the wait is long she makes sure to acknowledge you. and even have someone come start on the next customer. Jenny always does exactly what i ask for and does a good job! for a decent price too. you cant find that anywhere. which is why jenny nails is my nail salon! the stylists actually interact with you instead of ignoring you which i have experienced in the past with other nail salons. read more
