I came in to get a pedicure and ended up getting 3D acrylics after seeing what they have to offer. The 3D hello kitty was cute and the nail tech also added more decals and glitter and I absolutely adored it. The nails are sturdy and strong and I didn't loose any of the rhinestone and got a full 2 weeks later. The ladies seemed hostile towards one another and there was a lot of yelling from the owner Jenny so that was very unprofessional on her end. Don't waste your time here!!! I got referred by a friend here considering I have a hard time finding a good nails artist in riverside. So I tried this place out. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL!! I've been here 3 times and all 3 times I've been here for over 3 hours. Andy the nail tech constantly answers his personal phone while doing your nails. I had an appointment today at 1pm and I had to wait over 45 minutes for him to even start my nails. Not to mention my nails WERE CROOKED!! Let's just say I will not be going back read more

The women with the 22 yr old son... She did a horrible job on my nails. I asked for glitter on two of my nails and she literally got 3 different glitters and stackad them on my nail, not even taking the glitter off. She kept saying "like the picture". Don't recommend!! read more

I won't be going again, the dip they put on me was way too thick and when I asked for them to make it more natural they said thick is better because it would last longer on of the nails popped off in two days. TERRIBLE! I had been looking forward to trying this place and it was awful! The customer service is a JOKE. My nail tech was so rude and my nails looked horrible. They were sloppy, the clear top coat of gel was never wipes off. Every nail looked different, lop sided, uneven and bubbly. They literally stop doing your nails and leave and start conversing forever with other people. I decided to visit this location because it was recommended to me by several of my neighbors. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure with acrylic overlay on my hands and on 2 of my toes. I paid a grand total of $78...not including tip. Sadly I see now that I over-paid for the type of quality of service I received. The polish on my hands and feet were applied really messy and I was cut with the drill when she removed my previous gel polish 4 times. Which has never happened at my previous nail salon. I still paid for the service even though I hated the outcome and now I'm wishing I hadn't.   Four days after this service my nail polish had already chipped on my right hand and on my toes.  I went back to the nail shop to show them and they had me talk to the lady who had originally done my service. Linda,  asked me to pick out a new color so she can redo them. When I didn't chose a color similar to the one I had on she seemed to get upset because she started speaking in her native language and all the workers looked at me.. which made me feel uncomfortable. I told her I didn't understand her and I wanted a different color.. She insisted I choose the color that was similar so she could just add a coat on top of the chipped nail polish. I told her I don't want that color nor patchwork on top of chipped polish and she again started speaking in her language and said she will charge it for a $15 fee. I told her I would not be paying $15 for a color change since I just got my nails done 4 days ago and it was not my fault their polish didn't stay on. She walked away and left me standing  their clueless as to what was happening. I waited 20 min without being helped so I walked out and left. I will never come back here and suggest you don't waist your money either. read more

Besides all the bad reviews I decided to give this place a shot since it was so close to work. My wait wasn't long at all so I thought that was awesome. But then the guy who was doing my nails was also doing a million other things. He was constantly on his phone, getting up and leaving constantly while I'm just sitting there waiting. It was annoying. I just went here on Friday and I wanted to leave another review of Jenny's. I can't stop raving about this place! The pedicures (especially the deluxe pedi, what I always get) are so luxurious! They really take their time with your nails, feet and legs. And I think even their regular pedi ($16, I believe) includes callus remover... and I think that is great. Try it out! -0!!! Please do not go here! please! I have had my nails done since I was 20 years old I am now 36 I have never had fungus and my nails break off at the tips as I have at Jennys nails! The white tip full set broke off immediately. I had to go back to my normal nail salon(Luxury nails on Madison, which is awesome but closed on Sunday's so I ended up at Jennys UNFORTUNATELY!) to get them fixed, and, repairs later, still going on, it's a never ending situation unless I take these off /soak in acetone and get a new set which hurts so I'm waiting for them to grow out. A complete waist of time and money. Not to mention the wait was long as ever and the staff was rude as can be! Just please take my advice and never go to Jennys nails at the Burlington Coat Factory off Tyler shopping center! read more

Beware!! I went to get a pedicure and a manicure two weeks ago and I'm still trying to recover from the toe infection that I got from this place. One of the ladies noticed that what she was doing to my toe was hurting me but instead of stopping, she kept going until it started bleeding... That was the start of my infection. The infection got so bad that I could hardly walk due to the pain in my toe. I had to go to the doctor for antibiotics... It's 2 weeks later and I'm still trying to fight the infection... I like this nail salon. It's on the outer skirts of the mall, so it's not as busy as the salons in the mall nor as expensive. There seems to be a short wait at times, but the ladies are attentive.
