I'm tired of trying to boost this place up when they do not deserve it. They have broken massage chairs and will gaslight you if you tell them that the remotes are broken and don't work even though they couldn't make it work either! This is the poor quality French tip that was done today. Mind you this hasn't even been three hours and look at this. Sad and waste of money

It lasts forever! My gel set didn't budge for a full month and I have to wash my hands often in a day. Yes, they're often busy for walk-ins but it because they're good - make sure to make an appointment. It's always a relaxing visit. Soft music in the background and massage chairs that give a firm massage.

Really nice and good customer service they didn't take long to attend us I did call prior and they do get a bit packed but it just goes to show that they re good I'll definitely be coming back got something simple today but definitely still like my mani and pedi

This is my sending time coming to lux nail spa, and both tired have been excellent experiences. My first visit was with Heidi; and having been to beauty school prior, I can tell you that both her C curve to the nail as well as the shape are impeccable. I currently live in south Orange County, and am willing to do the drive if it is worth it (ie i have hairdressers in Beverly Hills and Long Beach). I cannot rescind Heidi, Helen, or lux eight.

Again, I do not know your ex employee so your poor attempts at trying to make me look bad to justify your bad behavior is really starting to get at me. I don't know any of your employees and I don't use gel nail polish. I don't get my toes painted. I just get them clean and trimmed gel is bad for your fingers nails. so stop trying to excuse your bad behavior and I noticed you did take your sign down, which even says more about your nail Shop because other nail shops which there are plenty of other nail shops do offer specials from time to time and they actually honor them. I don't even know you personally why would I even care about breaking you down? It your terrible ethics. And business practices . And likes to do bait and switch and intimidate their customers. Like I said, I'll be going someplace else . If you wanna do the right thing, you should refund me my $10 since the sign clearly says free manicure with paid pedicure and I didn't get gel. I don't do gel and look at the picture. I already need a new manicure because it's not gel.

Always look forward to coming back, they always do any amazing job on my nails. Great style and colors

I LOVE this nail salon, I am new to the area and I tried 4 other salons before I came here. The staff here are super sweet and gentle and talkative , they greet you when you walk in and if there is a wait (hardly ever a wait) they check on you and keep you updated on the time . They do AMAZING work ! I love getting the deluxe pedicure. They take their TIME on you and don't rush to get to the next guest . My nails last me for EVER . 10/10 recommend read more

First time going to lux nail spa and I'm very disappointed. I went to get my nails and toes done on Saturday 9/30 and my nails are peeling. They charge extra and they didn't even try to make them look cute. Once I saw a group of girls came in it seemed they just wanted me off the chair. The French manicure is not even I waited to get my nails done after surgery since I current do my own nails and I paid for them to help me clean my cuticles and they just made sure to charge extra for service. read more

I've been here twice now, I've lived in San Diego, OC and LA and they are by far the best at nails I have ever experienced. Not only do they do a fantastic shape (I get acrylic and gel) they are never too think and actually care for your natural nails also. I've never been to a nail salon so this was my first time. As a man I don't really get my nails done but I was long overdue. The owner/manager assisted me. I think her name was Ala. The customer service here was awful! I went in on a Monday, thinking it'd be a good time to treat myself to a pedicure since I had the day off. During the pedicure, I asked for hot water, but they kept giving me water that was either warm or cold. After the third time, I just let it go. The technician also left paint all over my toes, and I had to ask for acetone before putting my shoes on. When it was time to pay, I wanted to use my card, but I was told it was better to use Zelle or Venmo, so I switched to their preferred payment method. As I was walking toward the door, the owner followed me, repeatedly asking if I had paid. I kept telling her I was just trying to finish the transaction, but she kept insisting. If payment was that urgent, I could have just used my card! I tried to let it go, but here I am, a day later, still thinking about how terrible the service was. I was trying a new place since I wasn't near my usual salon, and I'll definitely stick to recommendations from friends in the future if I can't go to my normal spot. read more

It's so hard to find your "Go to Nail Shop, let alone a technician that makes your nails look amazing," Lux Nail Spa is all that in one. My Nail Tech Lady is Ala!!! I have followed her everywhere for the past 4 years. Ala shapes your nail's beautifully. She does amazing designs and her service overall is the absolute best. I will not go anywhere else and she is worth my commute and I drive from Rancho Cucamonga to Riverside to get my nails done by Ala. I highly recommend trying this nail shop. I've come to this nail salon in the past. It's convenient and not far from my house. The first pedicure was decent and I had no complaints. I won't be returning due to the poor quality and overpriced services. I paid a little over $90 for a short full set and a pedicure. I decided to have gel polish on my toes only and showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my acrylics. I asked if she was capable of giving me the same design and if not then I didn't want acrylics. The bottom of my heels were not properly scrubbed and still rough. She said she could replicate the picture. I didn't want any gel on my acrylics and she kept insisting that I needed the gel for the glitter tips that I wanted. She seemed a bit pushy about it and then told me she wouldn't be able to do the glitter polish without the gel coat. She told me this after she finished my acrylic set. I was already annoyed and upset and had her do a French white tip polish which wasn't great at all. The extra acrylic powder was still stuck underneath the nails AND most of the nails weren't glued properly. There's a gap in the middle and under the acrylic between my real nail and the acrylic causing water to stay there and can create mold. I wanted my nails and pedicure for my sisters wedding (I was maid of honor) but it felt as if I was insecure and didn't want anyone looking at my messed up nails. The employees were nice but the quality wasn't great especially when I'm paying close to $100 for acrylics that are ruined by not closing the gaps when using glue on my acrylics. read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this nail salon, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The salon itself had a calming and elegant ambiance, with a clean and modern interior that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional.
