Since the new owner it feels like a used car lot with the push for buying more session, and buying their overpriced products. They're sneaky sneak with canceling membership too... They kept ignoring all my cancelation forms, emails, and requests... All to get another month of dues. There's no one to reach out to. Massage Envy Headquarters either doesn't exist or doesn't care (my "concerns" were passed on to the franchise owner). So no... I'd stay far FAR away!

We had the absolute pleasure of seeing McKenzie at Princeton Co. and she was fantastic! My daughter has thick, beautiful hair that had unfortunately been unevenly cut by a different stylist at another salon. We came in hoping for a little hair rescue, and McKenzie delivered above and beyond. She was prompt, courteous, and incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. McKenzie took the time to listen to what we wanted, explained what she was doing throughout the trim, and made sure we were completely happy with the result. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. My daughter left with a huge smile on her face and a gorgeous, even haircut. I have been sugared by 6 techs and can say that the level of discomfort with Yvi was almost half of what I experienced with other techs. Her technique is amazing and I was awaiting anxiously for the pain to increase and it never did. She is that good! Not only is she very good but she is fast. I could not believe when she told me that we were basically done with my full Brazilian. Yvi keeps the convo flowing and you never feel judged and I have had that insecurity before. She's just there to get to business and make you feel good. She has a very calming presence and listens to your needs/wants and even was very cautious of my c-section scar. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I know that they would not regret giving her a try. I had such an amazing experience with Alyssa (heavenlyhair.xo on insta)! She did an incredible job on my hair -- I'm beyond happy with how it turned out. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. Her skill and attention to detail truly show in her work. On top of that, she was so kind and accommodating. She made me feel completely comfortable by allowing my boyfriend and baby to stay with me during the entire appointment, which meant so much and made the whole experience stress-free. I have been getting my hair done by Sam Hardy for awhile and had to share how happy I am with her service. She does a great job every time! My hairstylist, Nichole Philamalee recently move to this salon and I must say I am impressed. When I first walked in the receptionist promptly greeted me, offered me a beverage and let my stylist know I had arrived. The salon's decor is trendy and offers cute and unique items that would make for a great gift to give. Nichole is very talented with cutting and coloring, I'm a blonde and she is able to keep my hair looking healthy and natural. I would follow her to any salon she moves to, but I am really happy she came to The Princeton Co. and I am looking forward to also using their other spa services. read more

I can't say enough great things about Samantha Hardy. She is the only person I have trusted to cut and dye my hair for the last several years. Even when I lived out of state, I traveled the 700 miles to have Sam do my hair. She is a hair genius! She can look at a picture of a style and/or color I like and she can adapt it to fit my skin tone and face shape. She genuinely wants her clients to look and feel amazing. She is very friendly and professional. Some might have some sticker shock when they see the upscale salon prices, but Sam is absolutely worth it and so much more. read more

I am SO glad that Le'Dream tan will be available at Facing Beauty Studios and to the public. I heard about Le'Dream through my stylist friends who have worked with her on shoots in the past and they gave rave reviews. I had a last minute event to attend and needed a tan stat, and Le'Dream totally came through for me. I have had poor-mediocre spray tans in the past that almost made me give up on them all together. Thank goodness for Le'Dream and the quality and professionalism they provide. I will never get a spray tan anywhere else! read more

I absolutely love The Princeton Co for tanning! I spray tan frequently, and this is by far one of the best tans I've ever had. Not only was the color a beautiful brown, but the service/experience was great. Brittanie was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I'm on day 3 and the tan is still dark. Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.
