I now come to this Palm Beach Tan location about 90% of the time, that's the great thing about their memberships, you can visit any location in the country. All of the ladies that work there are friendly and kind. Their new manager Destiny is super sweet and provides excellent customer service. She's really great at interacting with the customers and solving any issues that arise. I exclusively spray tan and be warned if you come on a Friday, many other members will be coming in to do the same, so you might have a bit of a wait. I've been going to Palm beach for the last 2 years. This location (Corona/eastvale) has gone downhill. There has been trash on the floor, hair, dust, missing items for the spray (hair nets and towels), the trash can is always overflowing, and the equipment has not been wiped down. It's obvious that cleanliness is not a priority. I tried contacting customer service but it seems non existent (the same person I called in store who told me to go to the website to cancel/request a refund emailed me back). Their solution was to try to upsell me rather than address cleanliness issues and then offer to cancel for next month. read more

I joined about a month ago, and although they have several locations near me, I really like going to the Eastvale spot. When I first called to inquire about membership, Brooke answered the phone, and asked if she could call me back once she got all of the guests in the lobby situated into their tanning rooms. She wanted to do that so she could give me her undivided attention. I thought that was a really good gesture and shows that they want to take good care of their clients. Brooke called me back about fifteen minutes later and answered all of my questions. I hopped right into my car and went down there. Both Brooke and Maddie were so sweet and got my membership all dialed in quickly. I have been going there about 3 times a week ever since, and no matter who is at the front desk, they are always so pleasant and helpful. They also offer a lot of top-notch tanning products (lotions, moisturizers, sprays, sunless tanning products, etc). I tend to swing by after work, when you'd think it would be busy. Either I have just been lucky, or the ladies running the salon really have their stuff together. The couple of times that I actually did have to wait, it has only been for maybe 5-10 minutes max. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THERE SERVICES. In both instances of signing up for the membership here, they have failed to cancel and continued to charge me. I attempted calling the salon over 6 times, and am now in the process of disputing with my bank. To add insult to injury they have continued to offer this as a credit, and I am still receiving promotional offers while disputing this charge. I'm paying for diamond membership so I should have premium bulbs right? but the girls put me in PBL bed with two face bulbs out. ‍I new one bulb was out because it's been out for weeks now two (I told them weeks ago). This place is so much more than a tanning salon it's an experience! On a birthday "fun-day" whim, I decided my wife and I should get a spray tan to do something different... It was literally the highlight of the day! We got there 30 min before closing and from the moment we opened the door we were treated as if we were celebrities. Destiny, Hailee, and Kim K were awesome! With all the mediocre customer service post-covid, it was so refreshing to see a business and its employees actually care about your business. I was also blown away by the machines and the variety this place had. Everyone was so knowledgeable that they created a game-plan to get our butts' beach tan ready for summer. I even tried to cancel my membership and they couldn't do that. Every other worker at this location has been kind- except for the girl working today with short, dark hair. This is one of the closest tanning salon to my house, and it went through many ownership changes within the past 3 years. It is now part of a bigger chained company, and there are several locations in the area. This business is a fraud. My 18 year old daughter signed up for a monthly membership this summer. She called the store (Fontana) and asked how to cancel her membership a few days before moving to college last month (Aug. 2023). She did exactly what the store clerk instructed her to do on-line to cancel her membership, and submitted it. Two weeks later, her account was charged $87.95 for yet another month of tanning. When my daughter came home for a visit two weeks ago, we drove to the salon and were told that they 'never received her cancelation notice' and that there's nothing they can do about.. sorry. I asked to speak to the manager, who did call me and told me the same thing- even though I explained many times my daughter did exactly what she was asked to. I asked to speak to the general manager's boss, whom I couldn't speak with, but the general manager would 'call on my behalf' and see what she could do... well, you guessed it. Still no refund. Terrible customer service! They ripped my daughter off. Beware- they are Not honest nor trustworthy!! Oh, but they did let me know they'll give her this month of tanning (ya, because she already PAID for it!!), how generous of them. read more

Came here to get a FREE spray tan from a referral. I should have done my research...you get the tanning room for free but you still have to pay for the color. Figured I might as well get it because I had gone 35 minutes out of my way after a long day of work to get there. Opted to get the kit for a mystic sunless tan because it was a good deal. I chose dark for the color, chose a couple different scents and got the accelerant paying $38.94 for an advertised "Free week of subbed tanning or a free spray tan." She explained the colors and the kit well enough for me to feel confident choosing the right color and spray tan for what I wanted. After I paid, I requested to save some scents and the accelerant because I was planning on sleeping immediately when I got home. They mixed all scents (I chose 3 different scents) and the accelerant into my color and said policy had changed and I couldn't save it for later. It was around 8:30pm after work and I wanted to sleep when I got home. I had to be up again the next day around 5:30 am. She told me "oooh you better rinse off in 3-4 hours, if you don't that's when it can start to get too dark or orangey." I had no energy to argue or walk out. I already paid.-_- and I didn't want to waste my gas or time already spent to get there. The mystic spray tanning was simple and easy. The booth is cleaned after each use. Drove 35 minutes home and ended up taking a quick rinse around 12:30am. Overall, not too satisfied with my visit. The tan had a strong smell, which was masked by the scents I chose for a day or maybe two...after that I noticed the normal spray tan smell which I expected. It lasted maybe one week and I noticed some spots where it was coming off faster than others. The employee was nice but left out some details that were important to my experience. I didn't know that I had to use the entire kit after purchase. If I knew that, I would have just done the color because I didn't need the accelerant or the scents and I wanted to save them for a future use. That means I would have come back in for another service...now I have no reason to go back and don't really care to go back. Not satisfied with my experience and the member who referred me was more than disappointed in PBT to hear about my experience. read more
