But then the paper bag that the supposed sanitized tools were used and not have any sterilized lines so unsure of that answer. Staff was welcoming when you enter and I didn't have to wait long to get seated even without an appointment. There are various and higher grade pedicure so I'll try that out next time. There is a difference in cash versus card pricing so if you want to save a little you can use cash.

Immediately, the tech said "just fill" to which I responded that I would like them soaked off and given a new set. Immediately, she seemed irritated with this request. I've been getting my nails done long enough to know when someone is rushing the job. She was filing them so fast that the drill kept catching my skin and burning. She had me soak my nails for a very short time before she began to use the nail drill. At this time, they were yet to soften but she began drilling anyway, applying deep pressure to the nail to make a cut in the nail so that she could rip the nail off with her own nails. I flinched and told her that what she was doing was painful to which I received no response. She did this twice. At this point I didn't feel comfortable with moving forward with a new gel x set. So I told them to just soak the nails off and use hard gel on my natural nails and stated I'd like to change my color since I wasn't getting gel x anymore. Again, she's noticeably irritated. They informed me that my nails wouldn't look the same as what I originally requested since it was my natural nails. I told them yes I understand and that's completely fine I'll do a solid color. She then shapes my nails to be all different shapes. Almond, square, oval. I asked her if she would even all of my nails out because they were all different shapes and I wanted them to be all one shape. She argued back and forth until the front desk girl, who was very sweet, came over to communicate for her that she would shape them at the end of placing the hard gel which I've never heard of. I eventually got to a point of saying "if this is going to be a problem, please just leave my nails I don't need them to be done today." However they insisted that she could complete the service. Ultimately, the service was done poorly (my hard gel is already lifting in certain corners and it's only been 2 days), the techs customer service was awful, and I was highly unsatisfied with what I got for the price. The only thing that gives this review some stars is that the front desk staff was extremely sweet and apologetic.

Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I went to Alexander's this past Tuesday (6/11/19) for a full blonde weave. Tracy did my hair and I am completely unsatisfied with the results. The pictures below will illustrate why - the top half of my hair is clearly not blonde. It is more of a gold/copper color. I was charged $225 for this service, and I even tipped her $60. The more I looked at my hair, the more unhappy I became. I contacted Tracy regarding this issue, and she completely shut me down when I requested a refund (wherein I additionally told her to keep the tip money), saying that she would retain the funds for the services rendered. When I responded that I wanted restitution for unsatisfactory work, she did not reply, and she still has not replied. I would absolutely NOT recommend going to this salon, and now I am out $300 that I worked incredibly hard for. I attempted to contact the owner of the salon; the receptionist sounded hesitant over the phone when informing me that the owner was not present. Do not go to this salon for three reasons: 1) lack of quality work, and 2) incredibly poor customer service, and 3) the salon and it's respective staff clearly does not care about client satisfaction or client retention. I am including pictures of my desired result, and pictures of the unfortunate color job performed on me. EXTREMELY disappointed!!! read more

If I could rate this as zero I totally would do zero star. I was referred to this salon to neru to Do microblading. My mom did then first with neru and when she went in to do the touch up after 3 weeks the microblading has faded completed like she never got them done so neru went ahead and blamed my moms skin and she did the touch up we were like okay fine we will give it another chance with the touch up. Well I went in same day as my moms touch up and today it's been 3 weeks and my microblading faded completely I don't see any hair strokes at All. What a waste of money and time we put in and we thought the outcome would be amazing but unfortunately it was horrible. She blamed my moms skin for nothing and it ended up to be her work or the ink she uses sucks. Because it happened with me too not only with my mom. I don't recommend her at all it's just a waste of time and money and I drove to her from Los Angeles. So very upset and disappointed. After handling the pain and going threw it it's all gone now. I have been a client of Tanya M for 11yrs. I met her when I first moved to Corona. In that time, she has done my hair and wax (which ranged from eyebrows to a full Brazilian ) flawlessly. In 2006 I moved over an hour away. I tried so many places that were local to do my hair and wax but nobody could do either one the way I wanted it.. So I went back to Tanya and haven't had a regret since. I would follow her all the way to LA if I have to. She listens to what you want- not just hears you. When it comes to waxing, especially if its a Brazilian, she will walk you through it and if you tell her you cant handle the pain she will work with you and do whatever it takes to make the experience as good as it can be. I mean lets face it, Brazilians (and any other waxing) hurts.. doesn't matter how good the person is. I HIGHLY recommend Tanya for waxing and/or hair. Her station and equipment are always clean. I can't thank Tanya enough for her amazing work! I've gotten compliment after compliment and I am going to stick with her, as my new hair artist. Not only did Tanya do an amazing job putting life back into my very damaged, trifecta of bad box dye, hair disaster...but she took my hot mess on within 45minutes until closing on a Saturday night. I never would walk in and expect to get color,cut, new hair life right before closing...but I had an event to go to the following day and figured it was worth a try for maybe just a haircut and advice on how to.hide under biggest hat in existence. Barely 5minutes after walking in, Tanya came up to me and asked what my hair goal was. I was not even sure what to do, how I wanted it, etc..lol I think that day I felt like the client from hell ..but Tanya advised me, we got started, and not only did she do so much in so little time...but kept me entertained with her great humor. I had my appointment with Laci, who was very kind and sweet, but unfortunately my hair was cut much shorter than what we had agreed on. I also added a treatment that did not give the results that were explained to me beforehand. The hair dye was left all over my scalp, which I understand can happen during the process, but I had a birthday dinner afterward and had to scrub a lot of it off my middle part because it looked very noticeable. I feel very insecure about the current length of my hair because significantly more was cut than discussed. Hair should not be cut beyond what the client agrees to. In addition, the face-framing layers were uneven and not symmetrical. Laci did offer to fix it, which I appreciate, but I do not want any more length taken off -- I would rather let it grow out at this point. I Came Here A Few Months Ago To Get A Brazilian Wax Done By Neeru After She Was Recommended To Me By A Co-Worker. My First Experience Getting This Wax Was At A Different Place And I Was Very Unhappy With The Results. So Coming Here I Was Nervous And Worried That I Would Have The Same Issue. Neeru Made Sure I Was Comfortable And Helped Me Stay Relaxed Through The Wax. She Is AMAZING. She Gave Me A Clean Wax Without Having To Go Over The Same Area Multiple Times. She not only knows but she passes along her knowledge to others and educated her clients of how to care for your hair after she's done her work. As a Latina, it's been a challenge to find the perfect tone of blond for my skin tone. Yuri not only nails it every time but also gives me exactly what I'm looking for on an amazing haircut. Andrea does me and my 3 kids hair and NEVER disappoints! I followed her from another salon because she's that good. I've had her do everything on us from, balayages, highlights, Brazilian blowouts, hair extensions and everything in between. Rosalie is amazing. She was voted the #1 hairstylist in the Inland Empire two years in a row and now I understand why. Glad to see other stylist and employees have a prfessional attitude BUT unfortunately, that was not the case for my daughter and I. It was my daughter's first time at a salon and we met with Marilyn, parents are asked to wait in the lovely and relaxing lobby...I later found out that Marilyn told my daughter to SHUT UP while brushing the tangles from her hair. My hair is dyed silver, which can be pretty demanding, but she was super patient with me. She fixed up my roots and touched up my color leaving my hair looking healthier and more shimmery than ever before! In addition to the high quality color, she gave me gorgeous layers and more volume while providing such great customer service. Ana was friendly and informative without being condescending at all (which is surprisingly uncommon when you've lightened your hair as much as I have). A couple months ago, I paid $75 at a different near by place in Eastvale. The girl did nothing! I also just didnt like her attitude and that she had me waiting 45 minutes before my appointment, without saying a word to me. Seems to have been my constant experience since I've moved to Cali. Well, I hope this girl doesn't go anywhere. My new happy in the haircut world. . Thanks again so much for the great experience all around. She was ready for me, so we talked about color and cut and how my hair health is and she got to work. Absolutely lovely to talk to and the hour and a half went by in a breeze. Most girls come in wanting the Insta famous hair color but you need to understand that the integrity of your hair matters much more. Until your hair is broken in pieces and you are balding in some spots you'll never truly understand. Don't aim for the perfect color in one shot. It's most likely not gonna happen! NEVER LIE ABOUT YOUR HAIR HISTORY. She is there to help you not harm you. As soon as the bleach goes on it's very obvious what you've done to your hair in the past so please be honest!! This will only help get you to your hair goals! Your hair can only take as much as it can. Using cheap products and boxed hair dyes is not gonna help you. It's not the stylists fault that your hair can't get to where you want it. It's your own at home care and most people need to remember that!

I had reached out to Orlando who was extremely kind and helpful with the process needed for my hair. The stars are truly only for him. We had spoken on a Saturday and I was told I would be matched shortly with a hairdresser that same day. I hadn't heard anything for a few days so on Wednesday I texted him asking about how the process was going to match me up with someone. He said Lorraine had tried calling me and even tried to leave a voicemail and gave me her number to contact. I was extremely apologetic and told him I would call her right after work. I had checked multiple times and had no missed calls in the last days. When she later picked up the phone, I very kindly said 'hello is this Lorraine' and her automatic response was 'yeah, not only did I try calling you, but I also tried texting you as well and you never responded' in an extremely rude tone, didn't even say hello and wasn't even kind about the mixup. I was taken aback and truly didn't know how to respond as on my end I legitimately had no misses calls and definitely no missed texts. I was never even given a chance to respond to apologize before she continued to go on about my hair, what needed to be done and trying to get me in for a consolation. When I finally was given a chance to speak, I apologized to her very kindly and said on my end there wasn't any missed calls or texts. I then went on to tell her i would be out of town the day she was trying to get me in for a consultation and wouldn't be able to make it. She very rudely responded 'well I'm not trying to get you in for an ACTUAL APPOINTMENT, just a consultation'. Obviously I knew this, I was just relaying I wouldn't be in town at all. She tried looking for another day she had available and that's when, yet again, I tried to apologize to her about the text/call mixup. I truly felt bad and didn't like how she had been speaking to me. I figured if she knew how apologetic I was she would be kinder to me. She completely ignored me, did not respond for a while then said very shortly that I would just have to get into contact with her when I was back in town. I'm hoping she just didn't hear me but either way this enter call had just been rude. Needless to say I will not be pursuing this salon, if someone cannot treat me kindly or even be understanding of a mixup they do not get my business and cannot touch my hair. Again, or Orlando was great and extremely helpful. The stars are only for him. I'm hoping this was just an off day or moment and no one else has had to deal with being treated as such but this was my experience.
