True Touch Nails Spa - soooo cute!!! 10/10 - Nail Salons Near Me - Corona, California

I came as a walk in on a Sunday. They took me right away but they had steady business, so maybe call ahead and check if they're free if you're in a rush. Vivian was brillant!! She did a fill on a set that was 4 weeks old lol, and badly grown out and misshapen from a tech at another salon. This isn't my usual style of nail, but it was for a theme. I was leery of going to a new salon for a design, but I think she did great! I didn't feel rushed at all and she was very hospitable. I'll definitely be back Fill + chrome + design was $65 read more

Wifey goes here regularly. The service is top notch and the prices are fair. They used to not do appointments, which may be the reason they have been hammered on Yelp. Well my wife not only makes appointments, but she has come in for emergency fixes, and they accommodate her. She uses Amy as her nail tech, and she is very happy with her. So far so good and this all adds up to 5 stars in our book. read more

Supper bad service. I made appointment for 11:30 and wait 15 minutes and when I ask them how long more. She said maybe 15 to 20 minutes. So if I still have to wait more then half an hour after making the appointment why are they even making appointments. read more

I came in as a walk-in client. I desperately needed to have a manicure and my old gels removed. I had a work meeting the following day. I didn't have time to go to my usual nail salon, so I decided on this place based on another person's verbal recommendation. I went without checking yelp reviews, and I wished I had checked them before entering. The technician that worked on my nails seemed nice enough, until I would point out some things that needed revision. I don't speak their language, therefore wouldn't understand what they were saying, but YOU KNOW when people are talking about you. Each time I'd point something out, she'd make a comment (in their language) and the other staff would instantly look at me, in my direction or at her. It's pretty diabolical because of the rudeness and audacity to do it in front of paying customers. At least wait til I'm gone to talk about me. Most of all, her work wasn't the best, and I don't feel compelled to take a picture of my nails. I will not be returning to this salon, nor would I recommend their services to others. read more

1 Star - Terrible Experience, Never Going Back I went to this nail salon on Tuesday 7/15/25 and had the worst experience I've ever had. I showed them exactly what I wanted, and what I got was completely different -- poorly done, sloppy, bulky, and not even close to what I asked for. When I tried to speak up and explain that I wasn't happy, the technician was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to fix it, he told me there was nothing he could do and literally pointed me straight to the pay counter. Not only did they ruin my nails, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. No apology, no offer to make it right -- just bad work and bad attitude. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place does not care about customer satisfaction read more

I walked in and I got the pedi/mani with the 10 min massage package. The guy tech doing my pedi only gave a less than 2 minute massage instead of 10 min. The lady doing my mani looked at him as soon as he said he's done. She was probably thinking the same thing. So much dry skin left, my cuticle didn't look clean. I asked him to clean more. He dismissed my request and said there is no more. Then proceeds to pretend trim around my nails. He shouldn't do nails. Book the ladies ahead of time instead. That $50 plus pedi was a waste of money. read more

My mom went in for a simple French gel manicure on her short nails. This is ridiculous. The tips are wayyyy too wide and zoom in to take a look at the roughness of the overall nail and the cuticles. Horrible. Charged her $56 for this mess. She is not good about speaking up for herself and I didn't see these until later or we wouldn't have left the salon. Definitely would not recommend. read more

True Touch Nails Spa - Who messes up a simple French gel manicure? Zoom in to take a look at the cuticles and rough texture. The tips are excessively wide. - Nail Salons Near Me - Corona, California

Rude man from the moment we entered but decided to move past the first encounter since we never been here before and live 5 mins away. I got a simple gel manicure and gel pedicure. The manicure was uneven nails and the toes to match. All different sizes and shapes. I still tipped considering it is New Year day but I would not come back. Would not recommend. read more

The ladies are rude. The service is poor. And the ladies make an appropriate comments about customers such as their feet size.

My daughter and I decided to get a pedicure while she is home for Christmas. We walked in and they were very friendly and were able to see us right away, the service I received was horrible. I had a male tech. Everything he did was lazy, and when it came time to start paining my toes, I noticed nail old polish still on my toes. I asked him if he could please remove the old nail polish and he assured me it was not polish and my toe! I said no it IS polish and he continued to disagree and then ignore me! I kept pressing the issue, so he starts to use that file, to shave off what little nail I have and it is not doing anything to the actual nail polish, so again I ask him to just use actual nail polish remover. He continues to ignore me! I couldn't make this up if I tired, I was shocked! Now other customers are watching the show, and my daughter finally asks her tech to help, and ask him to use the stuff they put on the cotton balls to take off the nail polish, she finally understands, tells the man ignoring me and filing down my poor nail to death, and he stops, and grabs the cotton ball and remover, swipes ONE TIME and the polish comes off, I say see, nail polish! He ignored me and finished his very sloppy pedicure. I hate to add to the numerous bad reviews, but this was horrible, and they even charged me $10 extra for nail polish removal. lol even though only one toe got the attention, ten dollars! Do yourself a favor if you live close to this salon and think it will be convenient to stop here rather than driving the 15 for a few extra minutes to a decent salon, it is NOT WORTH IT OR CONVENIENT! read more

I paid $45 for a basic pedicure. 1. Color I picked was not even close when I said something she just ignored me 2. I didn't even get the basic. No lotion, no heal scrub, no hot towel. I asked for regular polish. She gave me gel. She told me the price, never gave me a receipt. I gave her a $50. Bill and she said thank you and walked away. She never asked if I wanted my change or if I was even going to tip. I used to come here all the time. If you get anyone but Mike walk out. read more

Came here for a fill, that unfortunately I did not get. Tina and other employees were closing 40 minutes early because they didn't feel like staying their full shifts.. very unprofessional. This is not the first time I've came and they were closed/closing almost an hour earlier than 6pm. It should say they close at 5pm. read more

Came in here and let me say the ladies were nice and it seemed clean. That's the good part. I was over charged close to 25 bucks, I asked for a basic acrylic and pedi and told them while pointing to the sign this is what I want.. I don't know how the price was bumped up the way it was or what they did but I get to the register and what should have been around 50 came out close to 75. No way. To top it off the acrylic nail ripped off a week later on vacation. Won't be back again. People are supporting your business and don't appreciate getting taken. read more

I'm new to California. I stopped by to get my nails done I was way over due.. I gotta say I was surprised that they ONLY do gel on your toes. I've always done regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands. I guess that's there way of getting more $$ put of you. ( crooks) When they were doing my feet. They barely scrubbed my feet to get them soft. And literally gave me 5 min massage for both feet. I was not happy. I paid $65 and I only tipped them $5. Their lucky they even got that. I will not be comming back to this place.. read more

I am new to the area and tried this nail salon. I had an amazingly BAD experience! They have no concept of good customer service. The first mail technician won't listen to what I want done on my nails and insisted on choosing the color for me. I had to tell her to let me choose what color I want. I paid for spa pedicure and a full set with gel. The owner Amy took my purse and moved me to the chair so the nail technician can finish up. I came from OC where I am not told to move out of the spa chair. There's so many empty spa chairs that are available. This is totally unacceptable, very rude and disrespectful. The second girl who did my nails was so apologetic. Oh and their prices are way higher than Orange County. Not going back to this Horrible place! read more

DONT EVER GO HERE!! Tried to give this place a try despite all the bad reviews. I walked in at 5:15 on a Monday asked if they could do a gel manicure. The lady looked around and said we are busy but in an hour we can. I said ok, what time do you close she said 7:00. Perfect, I will be back then. Did my grocery shopping, ran it home and came back at 6:20. Walked in and there only one customer being worked on. I tell the lady I'm back for a gel manicure and she looks like a deer in the headlights and says ooohh, i didn't think you were gonna come back and I said well, I'm here and she stampers and then says we have another appointment coming in. BULL$@&¥!!! No you don't, you just don't want to take me because then you can't close up early and go home. Only reason I was so desperate for a manicure was because I was celebrating my last day of treatment the next day. It's probably best they didn't work on my nails as I'm sure they probably would have been crappy and I would have gotten a fungus infection. read more

I would not recommend this place. I think it's important to support small businesses especially in my community but this is just a no go all around! I've given this place multiple chances because the location is convenient for me. I lost multiple toe nails shortly after a pedicure. Also my acrylic nails never look very good and always break a couple days after getting them done. Last time I had them done it cost me 80$ and they all were gone less then a week later. I went back in 3 days after having them done for 4 nails to be fixed and she said it's 3$ a nail. The work is sloppy and never turns out well. Very greedy and does not appreciate her customers. I won't be coming back again. Lesson learned read more

I am re-reviewing this business. I have been going here for nearly 8 years. I previously gave 5+ stars based on my services from Mai..the only one I trusted with my nails. Since covid I took off the acrylics and only do periodic pedicures. This week I called and asked for an appt with Mai. I was told "she was on vacation." I asked how long? They said "they didn't know..long time..there are other people to do your nails..." all of these answers after I pressed when she'd be back. I'll wait I said. Thankfully I had Mai's private number and texted her. Much to my surprise she responded with "I started my own business in Murrieta". Wow...so True Touch flat out lied to me. I understand trying to keep your business...especially when you only have two stars but you could have said "Mai has moved on".."Mai has started her own business, we wish her luck!" Without her having a boatload of dedicated clients your establishment wouldn't have lasted the 7+ years she was there in my opinion. So I'm just glad I found Mai "on vacation" in Murrieta at "The Royal Touch". read more

Honestly not really sure why this place has such low rated reviews. I've lived here for 5 years and I avoided going here because of the bad reviews, until finally I had so many bad experiences at other salons in this area, so I decided to give this place a try. I would give negative stars if I could. I have gone here a number of times and every single time they overcharge. I came in and asked for a specific service and they continued to ask me if I wanted additional services to which I continued to reply "no thank you." At the end of it they charged me more than the service I had received. They pretend like they don't understand and today I have had enough. If i could give 0 starts i would. ZERO!!! the guy that works here should simply give up and work somewhere else. Simple straight lines my mom was asking for and he couldn't do it. Below im posting a pic of what she asked for, what she got and what we left with. What this guy tried giving her was garbage, i nicely asked him to please fix it and if he couldn't to have someone else do it, we waited an hour for a lady to try and not be able to do it either, come on people its straight lines!!! so we left, they wanted us to pay 30 dollars for empty crooked acrylics..... seriously, we left paying 25 for empty crooked acrylic nails. And to top it off he made her thumb nail bleed. Ridiculous, sisters please don't come here. Avoid this place! read more

I have been waiting to post this, hoping the owner will do the right thing, but he's proven he won't! I received 3rd degree burns on my foot due to the negligence of the nail technician, Kathy. She left callus remover on too long and put it in areas it shouldn't have been put. I have been seeing Kathy for 6-7 years and absolutely loved her! After the incident, incorrect first aid was given at the nail salon which resulted in an infection. I went to see a doctor the day after it happened and have also gone several times since then. I have permanent nerve damage and scarring. The owner, Tom, told me he'll take care of everything. We stayed in touch for 8 weeks while I received treatment for my burns. Once I sent him my medical bills, he stopped all communication! Mind you, all I wanted was my medical bills to be paid for. Nothing extra! Not pain and suffering, not the time I had to take off work! I would be wary of going here, even if you've been a loyal customer for years! All they care about is the bottom line. read more

Allergic reaction to cheap acrylic, I would never go here again especially because when I confronted the owner he knew exactly what it was. The doctor said it will take at least 6 months to heal because the acrylic basically burned through my finger nails and all skin around it. It's an allergic reaction to a cheap acrylic that's not fda approved mixed with the regular one. So painful and annoying do not recommend this place at all! read more

If it possible to give 0 and I mean ZERO stars I would. DO NOT go to this nail salon!! They use the cheapest products and charge you $$. I got a full set of DIP powder nails and they lasted ONE week! 55$ for nothing... when I called and spoke to the manager for a refund he refused and said he would give me a gift card for 15$ . Got a pedicure right before my maternity pictures for it to be one of the worst pedicures I've gotten. Not only did I get extremely chemical burned but my dress got soaked by the lady due to she wouldn't let me put my feet in the water while rinsing my legs. So I was told to hold my feel up while scrubbing for callous and rinsing while 9 months pregnant. After I let her know my feet were burning she shoved my feet in the water and scrubbed the top of my foot with a scrub brush causing more damage. The girl seemed very inexperienced in my opinion. Well, after 2 years of living in the neighborhood, despite the bad reviews I decided to give this place a try. On the positive side, the staff was cordial to me. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure. They looked pretty good when I left the salon. However, by the next day I had 2 nails with the gel at least halfway off...horrible quality... I've never had that happen anywhere. Also, I witnessed another customer with an appointment have the staff take a walk in in front of her then try to make her wait 25 minutes after her appointmemt time, she was understandably frustrated and expressed that this has happened multiple times there...the staff just gave her a blank stare and did NOT apologize at all or try to make things right... instead they just offered her to wait the 25 minutes. Based on witnessing that, I would say they have very poor customer service. This place was dead too (for obvious reasons)....and not cheap.....and they had very weird 80's slow love/baby making music videos playing.... very akward vibes.... I waited an hour & 10-15 minutes on a Saturday not because it was busy but because their was only 3 people working , to start off they were extremely slow, & took 2 people ahead of me that came in 20 minutes or less before me which is insane because my service would've taken less time than the 2 girls who came in after me, on top of that i was asked to pay before my service was even fully done because 2 ladies walked in & she said the paint takes to long so i asked if they don't dry them & she said yes they just need me to pay before so i got up to not make a scene after all this she said it would be $32 & didn't mention what services i was being charged for so i asked her for a receipt of it & she said she'd write down what services i was being charged for AFTER i paid then she lets me know the machine is going to charge me $35 but she'll give me $3 back in cash. super horrible to have to get up during my service to pay before its finished. She then does my nails & there was bubbles i let her know about & she continued to put clear coat like she was finished so I asked again & she flicked it off with her nail & tried mixing clear coat on it which did help but does look sloppy. all i wanted was my acrylic nail set taken off they took over an hour so i ended up getting color on them my whole experience was overwhelming, i wont be coming back & would never recommend. read more
