Bummed I wanted to give this place a good review bc it's close to my house and I guess reasonable for pedi and gel mani $75? Plus a very generous tip only bc I felt bad you can tell the place is really struggling. I had gotten a pedicure and gel mani, the pedicure was nice until my Skin started burning. I thought it would stop but it never did and I ended up leaving with a chemical burn? I'm assuming from the callus remover? I've had callus remover plenty of times but this was something different felt like acid being poured directly onto my skin. When I told them it was burning and it hurt they just carried on and ignored I probably should of left at the point. As for my gel mani she electric filed my old gel off (instead of polish remover) which was at the tip of my finger nail bc my Nails were so grown out so I ended up with large grooves in my nail bed where she filed. I will not be back to say the least.
My daughter have a APPOINTMENT at 4 pm she show up 10 minutes b4 they tell my daughter the she has to wait 30 plus minutes because they have customers already People if u set a appointment is because after that u have to do errands and homework in this case I take my daughter somewhere else they do the same job faster and cheaper Manager wasn't even there Don't waist ur time and $$$ on this place
This nail place is one I would NOT recommend. I decided to do a self care day. I was going to get a haircut & a full set. After my hair cut, I walked in & said I want a full set. I asked for the price & she said $50. She said "No pedicure?" And I had said no since I work a lot & don't go out as much. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted (which is a light pink glitter French tip.) She kept INSISTING for me to get gel & I kept saying NO! She kept saying "it'll last longer like a month". Then she said "it's going to be $60 now" since I wanted French tip. I have NEVER got gel in my life & my nails always last more than a month. Then, midway I decided why not I'll just get a pedicure because my coworker was having a birthday dinner & I could wear heels. She told me right away to go sit down on the chairs. A man was going to do my pedicure (which I would've prefer a woman). The lady immediately brought her stuff over to the chair so she can do my nails at the same time I'm getting my pedicure. I DONT like that because I feel like they're RUSHING. Then, the man also kept INSISTING me to get gel. He then handed me a pamphlet of the different prices of pedicures they do. One was $25, $40, $55 and I think $60 was the highest one. I just wanted a simple pedicure. So I did the $25. I made sure to keep looking at the lady doing my nails because I have a friend I've known since highschool that does my nails all the time & she does an amazing job. (if you want to take a look at her work, her instagram is @yoisecreations). The reason I couldn't go to her was because she had a family situation she needed to take of. He rushed my pedicure. He did NOT fully polish my whole toe nails. The color he used was a more darker pink when I wanted them to be the same color as my nails. So, after he was done we went back to the regular chairs so she can continue doing my full set. She DID NOT cut my cuticles. She had to keep dipping TWICE into the powder. She didn't put much EFFORT into filing my acrylics. The length of my acrylics was perfect since I can't have long nails at my job. My total overall was $85. Once I got home, I noticed my thumbs are uneven. The shape & the French tip line. Overall, I felt like they kept wanting to take my money and RUSHING. They weren't even busy. I would never come here again. The only reason I give a 2 star rating is because one of the ladies that was there, used to do my grandmas nails. She's known me since I was a little girl. She gave me a hug & asked how my family is doing & it felt heartwarming. DO NOT go to this place. All they want is to take your money and rush and NOT TAKE THEIR TIME!
Don't waste your time coming here seriously. The worse pedicure I gotten they don't even use any products on your feet nor do they offer different price packages. My feet were left drier and yes worse.... also I got my nails done by a male there he literally didn't care and went on to do my nails as quick as possible, he filled my nail down so bad, I kept getting that burning sensation! And he also ruin my cuticles & left them bloody. Horrible job and experience, my nails were left thin and some thick and crooked like really!!!??! As I walked inside this place, staff immediately greeted me with a smile. The place is clean. Price is decent. I had asked them to do pedicure and mani with full set. I was pleased with the results! Will definitely come back again!
Took a shot on this smaller salon and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was very nice. Clean, and quiet. Offered beverages and was not pushy about extra add-ons. Will be switching to them for further nail needs.

He called me at around 12:45 telling me I can come in. I said ok thanks. He called again and asked in a kinda rude way if I was coming in and I said 5min. Now I see what everyone was talking about in the reviews. I do feel like he could be nicer . BUT my nails came out sooooo nice the lady did a great job so I'm probably coming back. I've honestly never paid more than $50 for nails & these were $60 so I was kinda shocked but I think worth it since they're very nice .

I came in on a Monday and there wasn't anyone there so i was quickly seated which was great! My nail artist Ricky was awesome. He set every nail perfect to my original nail and even gave me an extra bit of sparkle!! The only thing was my left pointer was a tad messed up but i know nails are hard work so i don't mind. -$38 for a full set of acrylics btw As for toes, they're a little harsh on the feet when scrubbing, i kinda winced in pain, but they're very meticulous with their work and my toes came out great(: toes-$18 Over all I'm definitely coming back and going to make this salon my permanent nail salon(:
Great experience! I got a fill and pedicure and they both came out fantastic. The nail tech and gentlemen who did my pedicure were both professional. Also, they were taking everyone who walked in close to their closing time which amazed me. They work hard in there and I appreciated their service. I will be back!
Best Local Nail Salon Truly an amazing gem in I found in this little town of Lake Elsinore. If you want acrylics that genuinely look like your own nails, perfect gel nails or literally anything else, this place is absolutely worth the drive. Moved here from L.A. and I say with complete honesty, after 16 years of having my nails professionally worked on, I have truly never seen my nails look more well-crafted and unbelievably gorgeous as when I just had them done here by Steven. Also had an immaculate pedicure from Snow, and I can say with absolute certainty that the rest of the staff is just as talented and dedicated to excellence. Recently taken over by new management, and they are genuinely passionate about their trade. I rarely ever write reviews, but this place has my attention, and I feel like their quality of work deserves attention and praise. Hats off to Designer Nails-- Celebrity quality work in a small town. Lucky for us :-)

I JUST MOVED OUT HERE This nail shop is not it They are old school /no skills/no swag I went and asked for a manicure with acrylic and he pushed me to get nails which I didn't want My pedicure the girl did not know what she was doing using tiny utensils, half of my toe was polished . Just a bad experience I didn't go for a full set I walked out very unsatisfied spending 90$ when I just wanted what I wanted and they did what they wanted They've lost a customer for sure !!!! read more

They have some great techs, but something is always wrong when I go there. I have made appointments both times I've been there and always waited at least 30 minutes. I'm currently sitting here and it is 6:30pm.... my appointment was at 4:30. When I first showed up they seemed surprised that there was an appointment, and had to ask people to leave to take care of me. I then sat there for about 30 minutes while my tech (who's name I'm not disclosing because I'm not trying to be mean) tried figuring out how to come back from this. $38 for a full set and to shape into an almond, not bad, I wasn't complaining. However, she then left me to do someone's eyebrows right after gluing the tips on, which took another 20 minutes. When she finally came back, I chose my color and she told me to pick a different color because they didn't have it. Fair enough. I picked a yellow color because I wanted to do something different for myself. She filed my nail shape probably five times, and at one point looked away for a long time and continued filing. You best believe I pulled my hand back like... girl what are you doing! By the time we got to the paint... she wasn't having it. She painted so sloppy and because of the color it needed extra coats. She looked at me and literally said (with a straight face), "don't pick this color next time okay." Ummm... okay. After the third coat you could still see brush strokes and she thought that was good and began putting a top coat on. I kindly asked for one more light coat and apologized, and you best believe I got attitude back. Once the top coat was on, she began filing and shaping AGAIN, which messed the shape up. I wanted to cry. I'm sitting in this pedicure chair and I have been here for TWO HOURS. And I only have nails on. My tech even said I need to go leave to eat can you wait while sitting in the spa chair. I wanted to scream. I never write negative posts like this but why not since they honestly thinks it's okay to waste people's time and money like this. I will not be treated this way where I spend my money, and also to waste my time for hours after making an appointment. Cmon guys get it together or you'll lose business. Made my appointment and got there on time just to hear that they were 20 mins behind. So I returned and came back and they eventually accommodated me as I was going out of town that evening so I needed my nails gelled and ready for my vacay. Not even a week since they were done they started chipping. So disappointed in the lack of quality and delayed service. read more

Been here before Covid and it was an okay spot. Just came today and noticed one customer did not have a mask and didn't seem to make a deal about it. i ended up getting a basic pedicure which was $22 on the menu sheet. At the end she charged me $29 because "I got color" I picked just white, no design or anything. I honestly was grossed out of being in there I just paid her and left. I did do gel or any design. I think that's a lot for something so basic and she rushed. I would honestly prefer To pay more or that price for a nicer salon. read more

If I could rate this place zero I would. Worst nail experience of my life. Made an appointment at 5:15, lady started working on my nails and then randomly stopped without saying anything didn't start working on them till 6:30. Mind you I told her I wanted square narrow, she insisted I wanted coffin shape. I told her I didn't like them three times didn't really seem to care and got mad at me. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I been here since Jessica use to own it ! I decided to give it a try with the new owner and let me tell you !!! Worst service ever !!!! Never coming back and definitely not 35$ dollars for this type of work ! Not to mention my thumb nail got infected . While getting my nails file she kept hurting my nail!! Amazing place! I am so happy I found them! I usually drive to Fontana but I have my spot and it's literally around the corner! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks for a good place to go! The guys were amazing and everyone is super nice! They did exactly what I wanted read more

First time at this shop, really came because of the good reviews, but not what I expected. Ladies are nice but the results are extremely poor. Had new set done, looks like a child did my nails. I've gotten my nails done for over 25 years and this is one of the worst places I've been to. They'll seat you to fill their seats but rush through the service to get the next person in. These 5star reviews are possibly for the previous owners. Nail technician shared that they are all new less than a year at this shop. So possibly all those great reviews are for previous nail techs and owner. Not recommending to come here. read more

Yelp is incorrect: Walk-ins are very welcome! And their phone # is 951-471-0808. A wonderful girl named Thuy (pronounced Twee) did my nails and I really liked that she is keeping her real name, just seems more honest to me. The salon was extreme clean and organized. A couple of their yelp reviews claimed there were unlicensed workers there which isn't the case at all. All licenses were in plain sight on the walls. The staff were so nice and spoke perfect English so it was lovely to have friendly chit chat with them. My experience was perfect and I will definitely be going back! read more

Just walked into the same typical location only to find out that it was under "New Management" the staff was so nice, greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed, offered water, and had great music, the place in now extremely clean and pricing was really reasonable! Steven is now my new manicurist he did a fabulous almond shape natural short nail new set and by fair it's been my favorite set! I recommend this location and will return time and time again! Way to take over Steven, Katie your smile is so welcoming, thanks for the amazing ambiance guys, see you soon for a fill in a few weeks! read more

Amazing people there! Snow did my pedicure and Steven did my acrylics and they were super sweet and did an awesome job! I actually felt like they wanted to get to know me. Prices were on point and salon was clean. I couldn't ask for more. read more
