Bummed I wanted to give this place a good review bc it's close to my house and I guess reasonable for pedi and gel mani $75? Plus a very generous tip only bc I felt bad you can tell the place is really struggling. I had gotten a pedicure and gel mani, the pedicure was nice until my Skin started burning. I thought it would stop but it never did and I ended up leaving with a chemical burn? I'm assuming from the callus remover? I've had callus remover plenty of times but this was something different felt like acid being poured directly onto my skin. When I told them it was burning and it hurt they just carried on and ignored I probably should of left at the point. As for my gel mani she electric filed my old gel off (instead of polish remover) which was at the tip of my finger nail bc my Nails were so grown out so I ended up with large grooves in my nail bed where she filed. This about 1 week and a half into my gel set, and boy am I upset. First, I called around noon to make an appointment for 6. He said okay, then at 540 he calls and asks me if he can push my appointment to 630. It was not an inconvenience since that gave me time to take my kids home. I arrive at 615, 10 minutes pass by and he says, it's gonna be a little bit after 630. She didn't start me until 650. They're supposed to close at 7. So obviously I am the last client, but she is clearly rushing. She cut me with her drill 3 times, and she had it on way too high. That's how I could tell she was rushing. Experience is nothing I'm not used to... But the end result is my issue. Less than one week after I got my set, one nail started lifting, I went and got it fixed immediately, and of course she blamed it on me, she said I must've done something super rough. A day or two later, another one started lifting. Then just last night, one popped completely off. To say the least, I've been getting my nails done for soo long, and I'm rarely the picky type to sit there with a ruler and make sure my shape is perfect, but the fact that this the most I've paid for a set and the quality is this bad, I WILL NOT be returning. read more

This nail place is one I would NOT recommend. I decided to do a self care day. I was going to get a haircut & a full set. After my hair cut, I walked in & said I want a full set. I asked for the price & she said $50. She said "No pedicure?" And I had said no since I work a lot & don't go out as much. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted (which is a light pink glitter French tip.) She kept INSISTING for me to get gel & I kept saying NO! She kept saying "it'll last longer like a month". Then she said "it's going to be $60 now" since I wanted French tip. I have NEVER got gel in my life & my nails always last more than a month. Then, midway I decided why not I'll just get a pedicure because my coworker was having a birthday dinner & I could wear heels. She told me right away to go sit down on the chairs. A man was going to do my pedicure (which I would've prefer a woman). The lady immediately brought her stuff over to the chair so she can do my nails at the same time I'm getting my pedicure. I DONT like that because I feel like they're RUSHING. Then, the man also kept INSISTING me to get gel. He then handed me a pamphlet of the different prices of pedicures they do. One was $25, $40, $55 and I think $60 was the highest one. I just wanted a simple pedicure. So I did the $25. I made sure to keep looking at the lady doing my nails because I have a friend I've known since highschool that does my nails all the time & she does an amazing job. He did NOT fully polish my whole toe nails. The color he used was a more darker pink when I wanted them to be the same color as my nails. So, after he was done we went back to the regular chairs so she can continue doing my full set. She DID NOT cut my cuticles. She had to keep dipping TWICE into the powder. She didn't put much EFFORT into filing my acrylics. The length of my acrylics was perfect since I can't have long nails at my job. My total overall was $85. Once I got home, I noticed my thumbs are uneven. The shape & the French tip line. Overall, I felt like they kept wanting to take my money and RUSHING. They weren't even busy. I would never come here again. The only reason I give a 2 star rating is because one of the ladies that was there, used to do my grandmas nails. She's known me since I was a little girl. She gave me a hug & asked how my family is doing & it felt heartwarming. DO NOT go to this place. All they want is to take your money and rush and NOT TAKE THEIR TIME! read more

They have some great techs, but something is always wrong when I go there. I have made appointments both times I've been there and always waited at least 30 minutes. I'm currently sitting here and it is 6:30pm.... my appointment was at 4:30. When I first showed up they seemed surprised that there was an appointment, and had to ask people to leave to take care of me. I then sat there for about 30 minutes while my tech (who's name I'm not disclosing because I'm not trying to be mean) tried figuring out how to come back from this. $38 for a full set and to shape into an almond, not bad, I wasn't complaining. However, she then left me to do someone's eyebrows right after gluing the tips on, which took another 20 minutes. When she finally came back, I chose my color and she told me to pick a different color because they didn't have it. Fair enough. I picked a yellow color because I wanted to do something different for myself. She filed my nail shape probably five times, and at one point looked away for a long time and continued filing. You best believe I pulled my hand back like... girl what are you doing! By the time we got to the paint... she wasn't having it. She painted so sloppy and because of the color it needed extra coats. She looked at me and literally said (with a straight face), "don't pick this color next time okay." Ummm... okay. After the third coat you could still see brush strokes and she thought that was good and began putting a top coat on. I kindly asked for one more light coat and apologized, and you best believe I got attitude back. Once the top coat was on, she began filing and shaping AGAIN, which messed the shape up. I wanted to cry. I'm sitting in this pedicure chair and I have been here for TWO HOURS. And I only have nails on. My tech even said I need to go leave to eat can you wait while sitting in the spa chair. I wanted to scream. I never write negative posts like this but why not since they honestly thinks it's okay to waste people's time and money like this. I will not be treated this way where I spend my money, and also to waste my time for hours after making an appointment. Cmon guys get it together or you'll lose business. No no no....My pedi was ok & my manicure was HORRIBLE!! The lady jacked up my nails. My mani looked like I let my 2yr old neice paint my nails. The lady felt bad so they did give me 10.00 off. The gel is cheap. The very next day the gel started peeling. By the end of the week ALL the gel was off my hands. My toes looked a little better but it still looked like a 2yr old painted my nails. A wonderful girl named Thuy (pronounced Twee) did my nails and I really liked that she is keeping her real name, just seems more honest to me. The salon was extreme clean and organized. Used to like this place a lot but service went down recently. I got short gel acrylics and gel French tip toes which came out to $71!! Ridiculous. The new tech working on my toes was very unprofessional, as she was cussing and talking about her family issues. The tech working on my hands seemed very rushed and didn't do the basic standards of applying acrylics. She did not check to see if my nails on each side to see if the matched in size and she did not tell me to wash off my nails with water to get the excess powder. I had to go in the next day to get them fixed because my hands already chipped and you could see the air bubbles from the powder. Very disappointing for the price and the service. I've come to this place twice now. The first time was in July for a gel mani (acrylic)/pedi. I was very pleased with what I got. I had read reviews about Steve and saw pictures of his work and wanted to try it out. He did a great job. The manicure stayed on so long, I had to really work to get them off even 5-6 weeks later. The pedicure stayed on until the next pedicure just 3 days ago. The more recent time I went (3 days ago) I got a regular mani (acrylic)/pedi and wasn't as pleased. I learned that Steve is no longer working there due to new management, which was a bit of a disappointment, but it happens. I still decided to get my mani/pedi from here, which I regret profoundly. I was in pain for most of the experience. The woman doing my toes filed one nail down so much that I winced and had to pull my foot away. Come to find out, she had visibly damaged my nail, almost filling down to the skin, and then she tried to hide it with the polish. I had asked for a French tip and saw that she had done the tips pretty thick, and now I'm realizing she did that to cover the damage she did to my nail. In addition to that, the nail polish started chipping the very next day! I mean I get that regular polish doesn't last as long as gel, but the next day?? I paid $30 for nail polish that wasn't even going to last until the weekend?? And then she took forever. I get you don't want your pedicure to feel rushed, but she took so long parts of my body were getting numb from sitting there for so long. I think I sat down around 11am and didn't get finished until about 1:30pm (they were doing my mani/pedi at the same time). The guy doing my hands wasn't as bad, but it was painful some of the time as he would sometimes file my skin. He could have done a better job getting rid of the remnance of my last manicure, which is visible through the acrylic. However, my main issue is with my toe, that is still in pain 3 days later. I have to commend the staff on their cooperation as I was having issues with my bank and had to call them to fix it, which took a while, but with all things considered, I feel like I actually got ripped off paying $60 for polish that didn't even last 24 hours and a toe nail that's almost filed down to the skin.
