It's a small store in 99 ranch market but they have most of the good brands that I really like and are popular. They had what I was looking for and good prices. The one of the many hidden gems inside of the 99 Ranch market. It's located inside the store right by the east entrance. Cecilia Cosmetics carries a variety of k-beauty products you have probably been looking for. Some of the brands you can find or PeriPera, Etude House, 3CE, TonyMoly, and the fave shop. The store carries cushions, masks, lip tints, etc. Some of the prices are a little higher than what you would find on Amazon or iHerb but it beats having to wait for it to arrive in the mail. As for the other harder to find Korean beauty products I'm willing to forego the dollar increase. Love love love shopping here! read more

This beauty care store is inside Ranch 99. The owner is really nice and seems knowledgeable when recommending products. Just 4 stars because the prices for the same items are extremely cheaper on Amazon! She may want to consider lowering the prices to stay competitive but I understand that the Ranch 99 rent might be quite high. However, not sure if that will attract many shoppers. Overall, very pleased with the amount of products and variety at her store from makeup, hair dye and moisturizers. I would recommend this place if you're looking for good skin products, you want to touch and test the products and you don't want to wait for shipping. Just be prepared to take a small hit on your wallet. read more

This is such an awesome little shop. It's close to the entrance inside ranch 99. They have a great selection and a huge variety of various masks, essences, sleeping packs, etc. The shop owner was really sweet and knowledgeable and helpful about the products. They also sell a bunch of cute accessories and knick knacks. I usually go to a different Korean beauty store in Riverside, but this store has way more variety and better prices. I love skin care products and like most people who are obsessed I've learned that some of the best products are Korean and Japanese. This store has so much of the stuff that's constantly being raved about online in beauty blogs and on IG, and while some of the products are a bit pricey they are worth it and only ten minutes away as opposed to s+h and 3-5 business days for delivery. On top of that the owner is always ready to help and recommend and talk openly and honestly with you about what you think your skin care regimen needs and what she thinks you need and sometimes an outside perspective is better than your own so I really appreciate everything she's recommended to me so far because it's all helped and been fabulous.
