This is a local food prep company serving the Inland Empire. I first found out about Seize through a coworker who knows the delivery person of this company. I was looking for a way to eat healthier since I've been too busy with full time school, work, married life, two dogs, a rabbit and other commitments I have. I tend to cook from scratch and I haven't been able to commit to the time necessary to make meals according to my standards. Their website is super easy to navigate. For Rancho Cucamonga residents the delivery option is not available. However, you can pick up your order at Self-Made gym. That is what I've been doing. The menu changes every two weeks, and I like that you can get a wide variety of meals. I did have an issue one time, but they took care of it immediately and offered me a bonus to make up for it. I was impressed by their level of customer service. The portions are just right. The key to my weight loss this year has been shrinking my portion sizes and eating to be satisfied. It's helped me lose 15 pounds, along with exercising. I've always worked out but combining it with nutrition has been amazing for my waistline. Seize meals is such a convenient way, with reasonable prices to help you achieve eating healthier without compromising your precious time. I'm definitely a fan. My favorite ones are: Turkey Lasagna (1), Turkey Pasta (2), The Pot Roast & Potatoes (3) & The Loaded Mashed Potatoes were pretty good (4). Some of the meals are slightly salty which I don't mind but others might. I still have some to try which I look forward to because the macros are so good on most of the meals. I feel that this business is so much better than other businesses such as Hello Fresh and anything similar to that. Now, my least favorite meals: Braised Beef with the Polenta (Not a fan of the texture of the Polenta but overall everything is flavorful), Chicken Fajita Bowl (Chicken was so bland & dry and the whole meal does not come together), Get Yo Mac On (No flavor & everything was dry) & All American (It was alright but the sausage was dryyyy). However, the actual meals I ordered for my weekly lunch and dinner were a HUGE disappointment I ordered multiple of the hibachi bowls and they were extremely salty not a bit over salted a horrendous amount of salt that it made my bf and I sick. After a couple months this past week I decided I'd give it a second chance and made sure not to order the hibachi bowls...AGAIN, we received extremely salty food and in all of the meals with beans in them I noticed a weird smell and really bad taste , they were 100% expired and it made me sick AGAIN. Prep Success Meals is that company, they have healthy ingredients, reasonable prices, and their website is easy to navigate.  I  chose 3 meals  to start with, the cheesy beef pasta,  grass fed beef burger, and the garlic butter chicken. I feel the portions are large, I had to split the cheesy beef pasta into two meals as it was a lot of food for me to consume at once and it was very delicious, lots of flavor, meat was tender and the sauce was generous.  All 3 meals were delicious and filling, I felt full after a small portion of the meals.  The burger was very moist and a generous size and the side potatoes had a nice flavorful kick,  while the garlic butter chicken was tender and the rice was light, moist and fluffy sided with  tender/crisp zucchini and the garlic flavor was subtle, not too light or heavy.
