I was looking for a way to eat healthier since I've been too busy with full time school, work, married life, two dogs, a rabbit and other commitments I have. I tend to cook from scratch and I haven't been able to commit to the time necessary to make meals according to my standards. Their website is super easy to navigate. For Rancho Cucamonga residents the delivery option is not available. However, you can pick up your order at Self-Made gym. That is what I've been doing. The menu changes every two weeks, and I like that you can get a wide variety of meals. I did have an issue one time, but they took care of it immediately and offered me a bonus to make up for it. I was impressed by their level of customer service. The portions are just right. The key to my weight loss this year has been shrinking my portion sizes and eating to be satisfied. It's helped me lose 15 pounds, along with exercising. I've always worked out but combining it with nutrition has been amazing for my waistline. Seize meals is such a convenient way, with reasonable prices to help you achieve eating healthier without compromising your precious time. I'm definitely a fan.
