Let's start with the biggest issue: cleanliness. The counter area felt cluttered and messy, with cups and items sitting out, and the overall space just didn't feel as clean or well-kept as it should be for a food establishment. When you're serving ice cream -- something people associate with freshness -- the environment matters a lot. This location missed that mark. The ice cream itself was... fine. For the amount being charged, I expected more attentiveness and pride in both service and presentation. Overall, this visit felt rushed, overpriced, and poorly maintained. I've had much better experiences at other locations, which makes this one especially frustrating.
