Pulled up to try the pop tart limited edition cake . First timer and the woman helping me was the sweetest. Walked me through everything with recommendations, even tho I knew what I wanted . I went to the Beaumont store to order birthday cupcakes for my adult son. i am slightly disabled and walk with a cane. The front door was very heavy to open and I struggled to open it and get into the store. All the while a young lady was behind the counter and apparently just stood there and watched me struggle. After I finally got into the store she could barely manage any effort to help with the selections and prices. The prices seemed a bit high so I decided against a purchase and tried to manage the door to exit, again without any assistance from the purple-haired nose-pierced employee. Thank goodness I live 1.5 miles from this wonderful bakery! The Bundtlets are my favorite size and such a personal treat. I've bought (so far) Lemon, Lemon Blueberry, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Key Lime (OMG!), Red Velvet, Almond Wedding Bliss, Lemon Raspberry. I love these cakes so much that I signed up by email, got a punch card, now have the app. Plus as part of a House Warming Gift, my brother and sister brought me a box full of assorted Bundtinis. So I was super happy! The bakery has the most friendly ladies and Evan, they always seem happy to help. I will be back sometime this week to load up on more Bundtlets! I am so done with the Beaumont location. Never had a positive experience here. Third time. I ordered today online for a bogo bundlet. Ordered used the promo code which was accepted. I got to the store , they said they had no order for me... brought whim I assume was the manager out, I showed her the order with the bogo which was a screenshot but showed time, date ordered, pick up time... wasn't going to honor it. Said I had to show original order but no WiFi in store to bring it up. Wasn't going to honor bogo even tho it showed promo code. Then told me the reason the order didn't come thru was because I was paying cash. There wasn't anything online that said card only or any place to enter a credit card number. The girl had the attitude that I was trying to scam them. She was extremely rude. No apologies only said she could call IT to change the website??? I will go back to Redlands , nicest people, never have had any kind of a problem there!!! It's worth the longer drive even to I live in Beaumont. read more

Sooooo I went to try the key lime, they were out of stock so I paid 6.50 for the lemon one, it was decent. Kept looking online to see when the key lime was in stock, says until 7/14. Today is 6/ 29 I go in, still no key lime I ask when will they have it, she says next year, huh? Wow you just lost my business, very popular item!!!
