    I liked the ambiance of the Yucaipa Dairy Queen given the faerie lights outside and the tables. Indoors the store has a lot of seating. The drive through service looks to be about as fast as walk in service. I enjoyed my ice cream dessert after a long day. This a great store to have an ice cream date or ice cream Social Gathering.

    I was excited to use a coupon I got in the mail for a buy any size blizzard for $1.99. I ordered a large chocolate brownie blizzard. I get up to the window, and he takes the coupon and says "you need to buy two blizzards for this coupon to be accepted." I asked him where on the coupon that it says that (because it doesn't) and he replies with "I'm not sure, everyone gets confused when they try to use it, but you need to buy two." First of all, why wasn't I informed I needed to buy two blizzards in the drive-thru while I was ordering, I mean if "everyone" gets confused? Second, this is a form of false advertising. The coupon clearly says BUY ANY SIZE BLIZZARD for $1.99p. Nowhere on the coupon does it say anything about having to buy 2. So my bf ended up ordering a blizzard to make the coupon valid, instead of the dipped cone he originally wanted. So our below $5.00 dairy queen trip turned into almost $9.00. Thinking of calling corporate and asking because nothing about any of this makes sense.

    Within the last two months I came to the store, obviously it is a hot day and we ordered blizzards. I called The manager right away because you were supposed to be able to hold them upside down, which is not an expectation that I typically hold them to, but the consistency was more like a very watery milkshake. I didn't leave a review then because the manager assured me that when I came back it would be replaced. Here I am, asking BRANDON to Look into it because the manager at the time said he would definitely write my information down. Brandon said that there is no Way this is possible because every single person that has complained has come back within the next day or two for their replacement LOL when I asked for his corporate number And managers info - He said there is no district that they report to, that apparently other entities actually call in to THEM - And that there is no one above him. So apparently he manages two stores and he is also the owner? I find that incredibly hard to believe . Not only is this place always dirty, but you can tell in the pictures how presentable they pass on your orders lol

    Just got three blizzards from this location and they are melted the service was super slow they only flipped one of the blizzards cause the other two where melted fix your service please or hire new people

    The chili cheese dogs are the worst I have ever had, only took 2 bites. Can chili and cold hot dogs. Gross and expensive!!

The young girl bringing out the order was friendly and asked if we needed anything else. I have actually been here a few times and each time has been a nice experience. The staff is friendly and everything is made fresh to order. Yum! One thing that caught us by surprise and honestly was a bit bothersome is that their receipts appear to include a hidden fee. The fee itself isn't much, but that isn't the point -- it's the principle. If you're going to charge a fee for anything, it should be clearly disclosed. I'm posting our receipt below. You can see our order came to $35.77 and we paid $3.13 in tax, which should total $38.90. However, the total charged to our card was $40.07. Just something to be aware of if you plan to pay with a card -- it looks like there may be about a 3% "non-cash" surcharge added to the total.

The burger was cold. My husband said the polish was just ok. The fries were barely warm. The onion rings were hot. The Ranch dressing was like mayo with a tiny bit of seasoning. Not good. I picked up drink and the cup completely folded in half and a large portion of my drink went all over the floor. The top had already popped off numerous times but this time the cup collapsed. Based on all of this I would not return.

He placed the order a few hours beforehand since we both had busy afternoons at work and wanted to make sure it was ready when I got there. Order wasn't ready when I got there and the person who initially helped me couldn't find it in the system. I messaged my partner to see if he placed it at the other location that a few miles down the street and he verified it was the correct one and sent me a screen shot with the address and order number. Another employee found it in the system and remarked that it was in progress for 200 minutes because of when my partner placed it. I told him that my partner ordered it a while ago so it'd be ready at the specific time he chose on the app at check out so it'd be ready for pickup on my way home. The employee told me they'd start making it and a few minutes later the name on the order was called by a woman who I assume is the shift supervisor. She proceeded to show me the receipt for the order and pointed to the time when my partner made the order and told me they'd start making made the order hours ago and ended up throwing it away because it was sitting for a long time. I told her that shouldn't have happened since my partner chose a pick up time at check out, which he knows he did because he had to scroll through to pick the time. She insisted that he must have chosen the wrong time and that it was our mistake but said they'd remake the order anyway, like they were doing me a favor by doing so. I did not like the attitude at all and being called to the counter to show me the receipt and make it seem like this was mine and my partners fault was unprofessional. I worked in customer service for over 10 years and would have been appalled if an employee spoke to a customer like that. I did a google search while I was waiting and apparently it's a known issue with the app pushing place ahead in store orders to be made immediately instead of the time they were specified to be made. This can't be the first time it's been an issue at this location. When I got home, I realized we were also missing part of the order, which honestly feels intentional considering the whole situation. People will come to a business for the product that they sell, but the level of customer service they receive will determine if the customer comes back again. That's something I tried to drill into new hires during my time in customer service. Based on the level of customer service I received today, I do not want to come back to this location and there is a reason why this location has a low score.
