Panera Bread is such a good spot, especially if you're looking for something affordable and filling! I just found out they have a family meal where you can mix and match the sandwiches you want, which is such a good deal. I definitely want to try their breakfast next time! Their food is priced really well, the portions actually keep you full, and the service was great. I also ordered the iced matcha and would give it a solid 9/10 Definitely a good option for a quick, affordable meal! read more

Panera Bread - Hazelnut Coffee Tote - Salad Near Me - Yucaipa, California

Went to try the new salad stuffer at Panera. The salad and the bread were both really great! However, I would much rather buy a more filling sandwich or a much large salad for a similar price for either of them. Overall this panera is great though. They have efficient service and it is very clean. Has tall windows and lots of natural light. Great for meetings, studying, etc. read more

Panera Bread - salad stuffer - Salad Near Me - Yucaipa, California

My wife is a Panera Sip club member for the past three years. She started at the Redlands location and was never really a fan of their lukewarm service. However, when she noticed that this Panera was closer, she decided to try out their drive-through. They were always friendly and efficient even though her coffee order is a bit complicated (large iced coffee with extra half and half and "four pink sugars"). She frequents throughout the day with different orders (Bubly, hazelnut coffee, black iced coffee, diet sodas...pretty much everything). Even if there is a small issue with her order, they are quick to correct it. One day while she picked up complicated coffee order, Lance, one of the dedicated workers, decided to talk with her. He remembered her every time she came through the drive though. She never returned to Redlands since. Overtime, she met different staff members including Ander, Leah, David, Gio, Jo, Ben, Meadow, Michael (manager), Penny, Jocie, and Misty who are all very kind. They make her mornings, afternoon, and evenings keeping her caffeinated during her day. There some days when the kids crave a cookie or sweet treat and we dine in. They always have a clean, inviting atmosphere allowing us to enjoy our treats. My wife has been to different Panera Breads within the area as a Panera Sip Club member. She can say with confidence that Yucaipa Panera Bread has the best hospitality, consistency, and overall quality. read more

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Customer service is the worst! Stand in line 15 minutes waiting for a person to take your order. They can be standing right there and not even acknowledge you. The manger woman is about as rude as they come. I paid for 12 months of sip club. They never have the drink that I like. They have a full years worth of my money, I wont be back. I think customer service and quality is everything, yet this company does not seem to care to take care of their customers! read more

I would like to say service was more than excellent. Very clean and well kept ! Cashier was very friendly and had that charming approach in getting my sip club coffee!! When my bagel didn't come at the promised time she approached me apologizing for the delay and offered a pastry for the wait!! What a service ... so far this location is number ONE !!! read more

Every time I go to the Yucaipa one they mess my order up and if you say anything they give you attitude

I would specifically like to highlight Jocie for her truly exceptional customer service. She consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit to Panera feel welcoming and special. Jocie is incredibly warm and friendly. She takes the time to stop and talk with us and remembers our family. Her kindness never feels forced. she has a way of making you feel like you're being welcomed by someone who truly cares. It's rare to come across someone who combines such genuine warmth with outstanding customer service. Jocie has made such a positive impression on our family, and we always look forward to seeing her when we visit. She is an exceptional employee and an incredible asset to Panera. Thank you, Jocie, for always making us feel so welcomed and valued! read more

Love their butternut soup.. wish it was always available When it is not available I goto stater bbros to purchase the soup. I call e the yu c aipa location. They said was c available. Went down to yucaipa location. Told it was " sold out" I needed 8 of the soups..so obviously they could not fill the order. read more

For a $7 smoothie that is ok at best, they put about 30% ice. Asked them to put no ice and they said they couldn't fill it up if there was no ice . I know there has been a little inflation, lol, but really. They can't fill the whole cup for $7? Talk about taking advantage of people. Panera deserves to go out like a lot of other businesses are. People are just stupid. I think Panera should start charging $10 for the smoothie because stupid people will pay for it. read more

The sandwiches and soups are very good. The salads don't look like the pictures - don't be fooled - they're 95% romaine lettuce - avoid. Services has been pretty good, and the place is clean. read more

The manager stereotyping. I had asked for pepper and the employee said all condiments should be by the soda station. When I told him there was no more over there and if he had in the back, he just cut me off and said that we don't have any. read more

Absolutely delicious! The Mexican street corn chowder is everything I didn't know I needed--creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. You get that sweet corn goodness with a smoky kick, and every bite feels like comfort food with a bold twist. I would come back just for this chowder alone. Highly recommend! The staff here is also quite friendly, which is a definite bonus. read more

I love Panera and we go here often but EVERY time we order from this location they get something wrong. I've let it go the other 15 times because it's just not worth the effort or drive to correct it but it's getting exhausting to pay for food you either don't receive or comes out wrong, like getting meat on a sandwich that asked for no meat or forgetting sauce we paid extra for. This location desperately needs help with organization because the fact this happens every weekend is both exhausting and shows a lack of care on the staffs part that are working on the weekend, which makes me wonder if the work environment is just far to stressful or they aren't being compensated enough/trained enough to care for the customers food. read more

I guess some people like it, I dont understand why. I ate there once about 6 months ago and ordered vegetarian soup. The soup tasted kind of odd, but I ate it anyway. Because I was hungry, the bread was good. I immediately got sick to my stomach, went home and was sick for 3 or 4 days. I assume it was food poisoning. I dont want to go back there, ever. Everything we drive by my husband teases me about how I got sick... read more

What I like about Panera is that you can just sit in there and do your homework and study. It's a very chill vibe in there. The staff are always nice and they welcome you in. I always get their Turkey Bravo and broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich and soup are always good. But I love the orange scone that I purchase and take come with me. It's my favorite. Ordered through the app to dine in the restaurant. App ordering was super easy, even using my rewards for discount. Walked in and approached the registers. There was a girl at the register, no other customers waiting. I stated we had already ordered, pointed to the window saying I believe that's ours, and gave her my name. Nothing, dead stare despite eye contact. A woman comes up to the side of the register and starts showing the same girl something on her phone. The girl engaged and is now talking with that woman, while we're still standing in front of her. Another girl walks up to the register next to this one and says she can help whoever is next (people had now come in behind us). I again state we ordered online and I believe that's our food in the window. She immediately checks and confirms it's our order. The good itself is good as always. But the customer service has not met expectation. Kudos to the 2nd girl for her attentiveness, politeness, and efficiency. read more

What a friendly place. Jocie was more than helpful in the drive thru. Bagels and walnut honey cream cheese are yum! Will definitely be back.

I would like to give our cashier a review. Her name was J odi. She was extremely helpful since my friends and I could not read the menu. It was not yet very busy so she said don't worry, I bring your food when it is ready. She even came over later to check on us. read more

Panera. Panera. Panera. What's going on with your Yucaipa California store? Jose Alberto Dueñas Niren Chaudhary Paul Carbone Marlene Gordon Eduardo Luz John M. Meister Kathy-Jo Payette Debbie Roberts Gregg Waterman I have visited this Panera location on a dozen or so occasions, always on weekend mornings. I have been turned away and refused service by the staff at this Panera, twice. The customer service here is an odd mix of security-guard type oversight mixed with deliberate malicious observance. The same way a security guard watches and oversees workers with an authoritative demeanor, is the same way the staff here treat patrons of color. Panera Corporate office needs to immediately intervene and clean up the management at this Panera location. This morning I spoke to a gentleman inside Panera who shared his unsolicited opinion of the staff at this Panera. This gentleman who I had never seen or met, shared with me how openly rude and condescending the cashier is at this Panera location. He added that he had already spoke to the manager twice and no changes had been made. I have dealt with the same dude and condescending behavior. I never saw this happening where a random person wearing an unfriendly Manchester United soccer shirt drops a lyrical bomb on me where he is sharing the same negative experiences as I had repeatedly experienced at Panera Yucaipa. Coincidence? I think not. Some of you need to stop and speak up if you have had similar negative experiences. If I am wrong also share your valuable opinions. Let the truth reverberate throughout Yucaipa. Unbelievable in 2023 California. Jordan read more

I had an order from another store that forgot all of our cream cheese. 4 regular and 1 walnut. The original store couldn't bother to answer the phone on a not busy Sunday morning. Luckily this location was nearby. I met with Misty who was able to help me out and get me my over $20 in cream cheese. I asked if they would be recovere the cost of the loss from the other store and I was told this store assumed the loss! I do like Panera! Don't come here often, but sometimes I do crave the food. The food was delicious! So this review is solely for the drive through. I placed an order to be picked up at 8:25 on my way to work. I get to the drive through and there are 5 cars ahead of me. The fact that it's supposed to be rapid pick up, it's not. We end up merging with people who are just placing an order. So I've been here for about 15 minutes because there are people in line that just placed the order. Next time I'll just go in and pick up. I just figured it being called rapid pick up would be quick, but it is not. read more

I've been coming here since they opened and with the exception of a couple of months have had a pretty consistent sip club. Today I ordered my strawberry lemonade and sent my son in to pick it up. I always order it right before I go in because I don't like ice in my drinks so before they pour it I ask for no ice (since they removed the option on the app for no ice). My son comes out and said they told him they had to put ice in the drink. Me being a little confused since I'm asking for them to not put something extra in my drink I went inside and asked the guy behind the counter. His response was management decided they can't do no ice anymore. I spoke to the manager on duty who said their general manager, Jonathan Flynn decided they go through too much strawberry lemonade so they have to put ice in it. This is a ridiculous rule since I could go in there and guzzle it down and then ask for a refill. If you don't make enough of a certain drink adjust how much you make and if you're losing money on a drink then stop serving it, don't change your policy to piss your customers off. read more
