There's barely any Arby's left in SoCal, at least near me and I know this is all the way out in Redlands, but I got to visit for an early lunch back when my boyfriend lived there. Lots of fast food on this street, so surprisingly this Arby's still has a stronghold with this in mind, since this is how the ones closer to me got eliminated in the 626. People just don't like deli like sandwiches and it sucks that they don't. I love the greasy curly and crinkle cut fries here, perfect with the tangy Arby's sauce and the Horsey sauce. Strong flavors. Easy to eat slow roasted beef sandwiches that don't skimp out on the meat. Dining area was clean and service was friendly and efficient. A couple other diners, plenty of parking, and no nonsense fast food. We went during the fall and they had their own Halloween decorations around which is a nice touch that makes it seem less sanitized and corpo. Solid location. read more

Went out of my way to come here tonight I was craving the Gyro sandwich. I have ordered it in the past, but it has been a while. I remember it being good but tonight the meat tasted like it had some filler in it. It didn't taste as good as last time and also I was tasting like a sweet sauce in there kind of like the subway, sweet onion teriyaki sauce, and then I wasn't tasting any of the tzatziki yogurt sauce, which I swear it had it in there before I opened up the sandwich and there was a white sauce. I tasted it and it tasted like a sweet mayo I don't like sweetness on my savory food and there wasn't very much onion so the best thing about the sandwich was the bread and I was deciding between three or four different restaurants tonight and picked this one. I am usually a huge fan of Arby's and don't understand why people hate it so much but today I understood they also got rid of my favorite white cheddar mac & cheese, which was super disappointing . I did not order any fries because I wanted the mac & cheese instead I don't know when I will be back. If I do come back I probably will never order the sandwich again unfortunately I loved that. A friend of mine told me about come and join me at Arby's over there on the 1245 W. Colton Ave. in Redlands so I decided to go there again and I had that new box where they at $ 7.95, I believe! It was totally delicious and for that price I recommend it to anybody who wants a great lunch or dinner at Arby's. It's my kind of food place and with Tawnee, She and Nick and employees too run an excellent fast, Food, place! Sometimes only a big hunk of roast beef will do. I had such a moment recently, so Diane and I headed here for lunch. The place was clean; the order taker friendly. The only problem I encountered was an empty Arby's Sauce push button container, which was promptly resolved by receiving sufficient plastic packets of the sauce. Liberally sprinkled with Arby's Sauce, my 1/2 pounder on a Sesame Seed bun tasted great, and washed down with Coke Zero, fully satisfied my craving. A medium order of Crinkle Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. Across from me, Diane liked her Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strips and Curly Fries. Arby's is a national brand chain, and your expectations should match accordingly. The store was very clean, see pic of store inside. While there appeared to be plenty of staff, they were a bit slow to take and process my order. But once taken, it was served promptly. I was in the mood for their Arby's Sauce. This is a tomato-based sauce that is sweet, yet tangy with perhaps Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper. I had it on a Roast Beef slider (as seen in my pic, this slider has only 167 calories). The sauce hit the mark. The roast beef flavor was fairly bland. You can also see the melty white cheese, which was also bland. The slider acted as a really good carrier for the Arby's sauce. They have other sauces, so I'd recommend that you check those out as well. read more

Only does take-out. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss... yet for a restaurant known for "having the meats" it's quite sad. One measly piece of bacon that was broken in half. Not only that it was barely warm. First time at Arbys was very disappointing. Why am I reviewing Arby's, we all know Arby's what could possibly be enlightening? Well, I decided it was time to bite the bullet, or the burger and finally review the completely odd menu item that most true burger lovers would ignore. Arby's has it's niche and so many restaurants specialize in burgers. So why did they add a burger to their huge menu? I still don't know, but I tried the cheeseburger, no bacon. This location used to have really good food along time ago. It's been about 7 to 8 years since I've had Arby's my wife and I decided to give it a try today and I am absolutely ashamed at wasting $23 and some change on this food. The food is just so bad. The staff was great but the quality of the food has gone down tremendously at this location and possibly all of their locations. I didn't even finish my meal. I've lived in the area for 40 years and never went to Arby's. Today I was out running errands and was craving a fish sandwich for lunch, so I googled best fast food fish sandwich and Arby's was #3 (after 2 places that must be elsewhere in the country because I had never heard of them). Anyway, I drove through and ordered one. Service was very fast, the fish sandwich was good, but I was very impressed with the young man at the window who helped me. He is the only fast food worker who has ever asked me if I would like a water cup. I normally order just a sandwich or a burger at a fast food place, without fries and the drink, just to save calories and money. I was just at Arby's (first time) and I had the best customer service experience I have had in a while from a fast food spot. The cashier was great with a smile at all times. What blew us away while we sat there having lunch was how he was so helpful to an older customer that was there and needed his assistance. Not once did this employee seem irritated or frustrated instead he wanted to help this customer as much as he could and was always checking up on him to make sure he was there for anything to assist him. The sandwiches you actually receive don't look anything like the glorious ones in the ads or posters....which are overflowing with MEAT. What you actually get is a lot of bun and very little meat....which is a turn off bait and switch feeling from the perspective of the customer. I'm a fan of the monster Hawaiian combo meats sandwich, curly fries and cookies, but not the single sized sandwiches. And, the prices have gone way up. In the good old days you could get the French Dips for 2 for $5 or $6 dollars and now they are over $6 EACH!.... Last time I was there on 12/7 the only person at the front counter area was the manager and he had his back to me and refused to turn around for some reason. First of all, I know it's difficult to get reliable workers right now. That still doesn't make it okay for me to not let others know about which fast food restaurants are really having issues serving customers. Basically, because I would prefer to know weather or not I'm going to be getting my order in a timely fashion, I feel others would like to know, too. Today, since the drive through wasn't moving after I was in line for over 5 minutes, I decided to get out of line and go inside (bad choice!). There were two of the workers in the dining area, eating. There was one person at the drive through and one in the back making sandwiches & etc. There was one going back and forth between the front counter, the back area, the fryers and the drive through. I walked in and placed my order. There was no other customers inside at that time. One of the employees, who was eating, went back to work. He spoke to the guy running all over and then went over to the drive through area. He then went over to the fryers and began working on orders. He looked at me and asked if I was the one who had the two orders of 5 piece fish meals. I said yes. He began filling my order. The worker who took my order went over and took some of my order from him and put it in a bag for another customer in the drive through. Then he came over and said that they're going to have to redo my order because something happened to half of my order. I told him, that what happened, is that he gave half my order to someone else and the other half is sitting there on the counter. He said it will be a little longer for my order. He added that they will need to cook more fries, too. The thing is, my whole order was ready and they took part of it to give someone else in the drive through making my order have to be redone. In the long run they wasted money for the company because they wouldn't be able to give the half of my fish order to someone else because it was cold and had been sitting out for over 15-20 minutes uncovered. I told the guy who took my order that I wanted my money back and I wanted cash. He decided to put it on my card, he said. I told him that I can't trust that I would get my money back after what they did with my order, so I want it in cash. He said he couldn't now. Then the manager walked in. I told her what had happened and she gave me her phone number if the money wasn't added to my account. She looked at the guy who took my order and asked what was she stepping into? As I started to leave I noticed that my half order was still on the counter by the fryer with the lid still opened. So, my advice is if you absolutely want to eat at Arby's, go through the drive through. read more

The hours listed on YELP ARE INCORRECT!! They do not open until 10:00 am!!! I showed up at 9:30 am -starving-only to find them closed! You must be sure they give you the right size order when you get your food! Several times I have paid for large and don't realize til I get home that they gave me small. Last time I was here I ordered onion rings and they gave me curly fries instead. Again, I forgot you need to check your order before you leave! Also they will not give you napkins in the drive thru unless you ask. Even then they will only give you one napkin! (Unless you ask for more) Also they are careless about the sauces-last time they asked if I wanted any sauce-I asked for no Arbys sauce but 2 Horsey sauce.
