What is it about "Mike's Way"? This is the incredible secret sauce that pulls the sub sandwich together. But first my go-to cold sandwich is the #2 Jersey Shore's Favorite - it's a straight-forward ham and cheese sandwich. BUT, the meat and cheese are hand sliced to order AND the quality is great. Then there is "Mike's Way": the sandwich has mild onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. Staying on the lighter side, we also like the #7 Turkey and Provolone. But we ask for half the oil and it's still incredible flavorful. Unless there is a large take out order in front on you, the staff is consistently quick. These are great Italian subs. The sandwiches are large, so I find the mini is an appropriate lunch size. read more

I order food from here constantly after I get out of dialysis. The last few times I have ordered I always put in the side notes on the app " oil and vinegar on the side" if they put it on the sandwiches to go with the bread become soggy. The last three times I have ordered they constantly forget to put oil and vinegar in the bag. Wow..So my wife wanted a sandwich and I stopped in on the way home from work. Right off the bat, I can see the workers are upset. Yes it's Halloween night but it's only 4:30 pm. The person behind the counter just says you can order whenever, so I order two subs. I can't really hear them because they are wearing masks for COVID so I ask her to repeat but apparently I asked to many times. I kept my cool and waited for the subs. Then I get another worker who wants to know what I want on the sandwich. Once again I couldn't understand and asked her to repeat and she finally said, What do you want! So I ordered It Mikes Way with extra pickles because that was what my wife wanted. I should have watched ..end result, no pickles and dry to the bone. Oh well will not return.... I had a great experience here today. I live in the mountains, so the last time I had a Jersey Mike's was at the new lake arrowhead location. Up there, if I ask them for a California club, they look at me as if I had just asked them to solve a quadratic equation. Here, I walk right up and ask for a California club, and I get a "you got it!" Very refreshing. The girl who was making my sandwich Mike's way noticed a little glob of mayo on one of the tomatoes and promptly discarded it. Great quality management. customer service is terrible. My family and I after moving in 110 degree weather. decided To visit this jersey mikes for much needed food. We are at the counter and the newbie is taking our bread requests. She's already becoming very confused. We are family of 5. So this was too much for her. She turn to the blond employee and asks her to help. She has become overwhelmed. Which is not an issue until the nasty blond doesn't want to help and tries to convince her to do it on her own. They start going over our sandwiches and what we asked for. Shes confused. I try to talk to the ond and she won't speak to me. Look at me. When she finally does she says this is online order. I'm unhappy and step back. And listen to the newbie repeat our order wrong to the blind lady. I back up pissed. they continue making our sandwich wrong. Placed an order not even a week ago for sandwiches in our office and they forgot some sandwiches for my coworkers. So they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich on my next visit (which I paid for technically...they did not give all the sandwiches o paid for) to try and use it today and it's expired! I was very disappointed in the service received. The young lady who was working the meat/cheese line decided it was a good time to clean the slicer. She did not at any point acknowledge me or the customer who was nice enough to allow me to go ahead of him. Initially we were the only 2 customers in line. We waited over 8 minutes while she kept cleaning over and over the same spots not acknowledging any of us customers now, abt 6 in line. The guy behind me left as he could no longer wait he was on his lunch break. I started to leave and the lady finally acknowledged me and took my order. She was abrupt and rude. This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's. I arrived with an objective viewpoint, and left impressed at how fresh and good my grinder tasted. I ordered a Regular #13 Combo, which is Jersey Mike's Original Italian sub. The sub sported Provolone Cheese and several meats: ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. All meats were hand sliced in front of me, so were as freshly carved as they could be. Portions were also generous. Accompanied by a bag of potato chips and a fountain drink, it was a very satisfying lunch. The place was clean, and employees friendly and helpful at a very busy time. Seriously just had the worst service ever today. I walked into the store wanting to order two sandwiches. I could already see that they were working on a big order already, which is fine. However, one of the workers went to take our order, so I gave her the order to one of the two sandwiches I purchased. After I told her what I wanted off the menu, she walked away. I thought she was going to make our sandwiches, but she did not. We waited about 5 minutes until she came back. After waiting, I had told her I had another order. The girl just looked at me and didn't say a word to me. So after waiting another 5 minutes, Isabelle starting making our sandwiches instead because of the large order they were working on. It felt like she didn't want to do her job as a worker there. There are 4 staff in the building that seemed to be working on this big order together. I felt like they didn't want to make our sandwiches at all. We couldn't get even a smirk out of the people that were working there. In the meantime, a lady walked in who apparently had an online order. One of the workers stopped what she was doing, and made her sandwich while we've been waiting awhile for our sandwiches to be started and made. Very impressed with this location. Came in a little early (10:30am), and was before the rush. The sandwich maker put one of the best subs I have ever had together.
