    Tenders and pickles
    Ann T.

Standard hot chicken establishment. Came here with a quick snack with my boyfriend after watching the movies. We were welcomed in immediately and service was efficient. Our order came out quickly, but came out piping hot. Restaurant ambiance is very clean and well lit. Modern and minimal. Some fun black and white art on the wall. Nice contrast with the red logo and lights. We got the: 1) 5 Piece Tenders: -Comes with a choice of sauce, a slice of white bread, and pickles. -We got this as the Nashville Hot. -Pretty spicy but this was still humanly edible unlike when you start scaling closer to the top of the Howling Ray's spiciness. Definitely easier to eat with the pickles and the white bread though. -Moist chicken on the inside, decent breading on the outside. Not that crisp though, but it's alright. 2) 6 Piece Nuggets: -Comes with a choice of signature sauce, a slice of white bread, and pickles. -Not sure why we got 2 types of non bone chicken, but we did lol. -I preferred the tenders over the nuggets since there's a bit more breading to meat ratio on the nuggets. Making it a tad bit drier than the tenders. -We got this in Nashville mild spice. This made it more tolerable and luckily worked out since I mentioned it was a bit drier. I'd skip this in the future. 3) Potato Salad: -A bit light on the taste and not as memorable. It's really creamy but not much in the way of which flavor stands out more, the mayo, the mustard, or the vinegar. I'd skip this too. For the sauces we got the cluck sauce which was a smoky honey mustard and the comeback sauce which is a tangy mayo. Both are different flavor profiles and were pretty good. There's no shortage of hot chicken places, and Cluck is alright in comparison.

The Nashville, country fried chicken sando- no spice cuz they say their homemade spice levels are pretty spicy!?

Honestly, very good. Even before closing, they served me fried chicken that was juicy, crispy, perfectly hearty in a sandwich. The slaw was good! But I wanted more of that comeback sauce! My sandwich was missing extra savory sauce which would've been real nice. Overall though, very good! I'd come back again to try the tenders and mac, maybe try the heat as well!

    Loaded CBR fries

We stopped by Clucks Chicken in Redlands and tried the Loaded CBR Fries, which come topped with chicken, bacon, chives, cheese, and a drizzle of ranch. The portion was generous -- definitely big enough to share -- and the flavors were really good and super satisfying. It's a hearty, filling dish that hits the spot if you're craving comfort food. The only downside was that it leaned a bit on the salty side, so that's something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to salt. Also worth noting: if you want any extra sauces, there's an additional $1 charge. There's some indoor and outdoor seating, which is nice and it's right by the Harkins movie theater and all the stores Overall, though, we enjoyed it and would come back to try more of their menu!

Tried this spot for the first time last weekend and was so happy with my sandwich. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was perfect. The mini size was more than plenty to fill me up. Great service. Casual ambience, highly recommend!

We swung by Cluck Chicken on the way to a movie at Harkins movie theater in Redlands. The service was welcoming, friendly, and had great advice. We tried the 4 piece Croissant Beignets with the carmelish dipping syrup and these were the BEST beignets I have had anywhere. Even better than the Beignets at downtown Disney. Way Way better. They were light and flaky like a croissant and melted In your mouth. The chicken burger I got was good. The chicken patty was huge and crunchy, but I would have liked more sauce on it. My wife got the extra hot and even though she eats spices and hot food, she said the extra hot is very spicy. There is plenty of comfy seating inside and out. I will definitely be back for the Beignets.

    Beniets. So tiny!

First, the food took too long for a fast food restaurant. Although the chicken sandwiches were pretty good I thought the prices were outrageous. It was about $50 for 2 chicken sandwiches, one order of hard, dry waffle fries, one drink and a small order of beniets. ($6 for 2 tiny bite-sized pieces. Rip off.) This was for fast food, not a sit down restaurant! Unfortunately the music inside was incredibly annoying and loud but it was too hot to sit outside. I'm sorry to say it was not worth it for the money. We would have been better off at a full service restaurant for what we spent here.

Found a new Nashville Hot Chicken spot in Redlands today, Cluck Kitchen. @cluckkitchen They had a variety of dry rubs, heat levels, and sauces for everyone. Upon the cashiers recommendation, I went with the medium heat level. I was torn between medium and hot and was advised that the hot is HOT. I'm grateful she steered me towards the medium because it was just enough heat to be enjoyable. While I could have eaten the hot, I would have been crying the whole time. The food is cooked to order, which means that it takes just a little bit longer. The extra few minutes are total worth it, though. The chicken comes out still steaming with every bite. My only beef is that on a 2 tender combo, I wasn't able to try two different heat levels. Both tenders had to be the same. I would have liked to have the opportunity to try one medium and one hot.

Delicious chicken!!! Everything was made to order so it was a slight wait but worth it. We got the loaded fries and the cluck classic chicken sandwich. I'm a huge fan of loaded fries and this was my first time having fried chicken as a topping. Man I have been missing out! First off it's WAFFLE fries, with crispy fried chicken, and thick slices of pickles, vinegar slaw. There's so much dimension to the fries and it was definitely enough to share probably between 3-4 people. The chicken sandwich was crispy, juicy, and well balanced with the lettuce and mayo. Just a classic sandwich that was well executed. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the prices. I feel like $17 for loaded fries is a bit steep, but since it was so good I would order again... Ambiance was nice too. Lots of seating, clean, and a bathroom in the back for customers.

We came in here on a whim after having a bad experience at another restaurant and still being hungry. We got service at the front from Sara and she was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the menu. She was kind she checked on us through out our meal. She was very informative about what we were getting. The food was delicious, but Sarah made the experience 100 out of 100.

I love this place. My teen daughter is super picky and even she gets excited when we eat here. I've made it so we watch a movie every weekend so I can pick up some fried wings. I gotta say, though, I do miss the old giant wing that had the tips on, but the flavor remains the same.

2nd time here a year apart. Parking on a Sat night was terrible but that's not their fault. You have to be patient or walk a bit. Service was good. We ordered and waited about 15 minutes. I ordered the peach lemonade. It was good but too sweet for me. I ordered the chicken in a biscuit this time. The chicken could've been crispier. I thought it would have sauce on it. It was dusted in their hot seasoning. It was fire! I mean it burned. I got the next to the last hottest seasoning and I was burning. The buttermilk biscuit was good. I would've liked more honey, though. I would get this again but not so spicy. My husband got the Nashville Hot sandwich. I feel that the dusting of seasoning was just too much. I wished they would've offered sauce like they did last time but now they charge 0.85 cents for them. The best item we had was the croissant beignets with caramel sauce. It was so good!! It was crispy, fried goodness!

Small venue that offers chicken tenders, nuggets, sandwiches among a few others. My wife and I ordered the 3 tenders (not the meal). When we asked for the flavors on the side, we were told it would be an extra charge of $1.50! Doesn't make sense. The sauce (flavor) would be put onto the chicken. What's the difference if it's on the side. Our order took 19 minutes. Found out that the "cook" made all three the same flavor. Nothing special about the flavor or the service. Won't be going back

They were amazing! Everyone in the family loved their sandwiches. Truly the best sandwich I have had in years. I am not even a sandwich person (hence why I had not stopped in before). I'll eat them, but they are not usually on the top of my list in terms of food choices (especially on a cold rainy day... which it was). But now, this place is definitely my top 5 restaurant in town. Everything in the sandwich (meat/veg/sauce/cheese) were fresh and crisp. THe mayonnaise and mustard were just enough to enchance the other flavors, and did not overpower everything else. The flavor and textures were perfectly balanced. I chose plain rolls and they were incredible, a little chewy on the outside, and pillowy soft on the inside, but not soggy where the meat/cheese/veg were. The prices are also very reasonable, and in this economy, we can all appreciate that! I will most definitely be back ASAP. In fact, I will probably eat the sandwiches first and bring the bowls to work the next day.

I understand things happen but the lack of follow up is why I'm placing this complaint. 3/21 my kids were exhausted from a tournament and wanted bk subs. I tried calling but I figured they were just busy as they often only have one employee. I was excited to see that I could order online. So I placed my order so it could be ready by the time we were in town. Got there and there was a paper on the window to go to loma linda, however I was already charged and my kids were exhausted I didn't want to drive from the direction I just came so I called and a representative who was very nice and tried handling it and was more professional than the owner I just spoke with. I left my information for the manager to call me. It has now been over a week and my credit card was still charged so I called. The manager told me he told the employee to tell me I have to go to doordash "if I call back" so why do I need to inconvenience myself again because the manager wasn't willing to call me to rectify it. The manager interrupted me while speaking, but was upset when I reciprocated that behavior. The owner told me to look up DoorDash and how they are a third party and why I need to deal with them. Which I don't need to look up as that is common sense. But I am putting this here so the manager can see he could look up on how to turn off DoorDash when they randomly close or are out of the country etc. I am very disappointed. All of this over 2 sandwiches. If I was called or the approach was different I wouldn't be leaving this review. "Yes, restaurant owners can turn off or pause DoorDash when closed using the Merchant Portal or tablet by selecting "Pause Store" or adjusting "Special Closures/Hours". Partners can also pause orders for specific time periods (e.g., 30 mins to 2 hours) or set a buffer to stop orders shortly before closing"

Let me tell you, if I didn't have health issues that, I would have slathered my sandwhich with that sauce. I had to ask what the "meat" was made with because some vegan meats I'm not able to digest easily. He said mushrooms. I eat mushrooms very often I also eat meat here and there. I would have never guessed my panini had mushrooms. The sandwhich was delicious. It had a side salad with quinoa, beets, arugula, feta, and a dressing. That salad was actually good, I don't even like feta but I ate it with the salad. Don't get me started on the coconut water. I tried to get on the coconut water bandwagon and I never could because they all tasted bad to me. Welp... not this one. I can say I have a new craving. Comes in a nice glass bottle and tastes great.
