This place does not disappoint. As you can tell, I do come here every so often. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. This visit I had the Nashville Mild Chicken with slaw and pickles. The fries are nice and crispy and I asked for a little honey bourbon sauce to be drizzled on the fries.. Topped off with an ice cold root beer.. I love root beer and this brand is far better than anything you can buy in the store. thank you for another great visit. This place is worth it the visit.. Trust me.. read more

Wing Zone - The menu area they have awesome hot sauce for sale as well!!! - Chicken Shop Near Me - Redlands, California

The chicken and waffles is definitely one of the best dishes I've tried compared to the ones I have tasted in the past. The combination of sweet and savory were complimented by the beautiful presentation. It is also nice that they have Stubborn Soda available at the soda dispenser. My friends ordered the bomber fries which was a large portion of cheesy fried goodness. We were recommended to try their chicken sandwich and coleslaw - perhaps on a future visit. I was also informed that they also make the own hot sauces and marinated garlic for purchase as well. The staff are friendly and it really added to the overall positive experience. read more

Dine in 12/26 - Came in and was warmly greeted by the owners and staff . We stopped in because I had heard nothing but great things about this local wing spot in redlands . We ordered a few things on their menu and was able to try their custom sauces too. I absolutely loved their wings .. which were made fresh to order not frozen just to clarify . I tried their lemon pepper tajin dry rub & Korean bbq . Plus a side of Mac and cheese and their bomber fries in a new flavor they haven't released . Overall , the place was busy and amazing customer service and great food made to order. After coming here I am not sure if I would ever go back to basic wings like BWW... this place has been the best experience and most phenomenal customer service and cleanliness overall ive ever encountered. They definitely raise the bar high and I hope other restaurants do the same . This place is a must try for me for wings traditional or boneless and other amazing food ask for their secret menu too. read more

We love wings and this place is seriously the best! The owners are amazingly helpful and take pride in their service and food! This is our favorite place to get a Nashville Chicken sandwich and whenever we have people over. Their catering is superb! Also, spices and rubs are made in house, so not nearly as many preservatives as you'll find at other chain places. read more

Wing Zone - Buffalo and Korean BBq Bone In Nashville Hot Big Fries - Chicken Shop Near Me - Redlands, California

It was Wednesday so I was able to order one of their specials. The chicken sandwiches come with an order of free fries.I ordered two . You can choose any of the flavors that they offer . I went with Louisiana Lemon Pepper and Honey Q. They use two chicken tenders on a potato bun. It also comes with pickles on top. The chicken was evenly sauced, the tenders were juicy, a little salty ...maybe the lemon pepper? Fried food is best eaten the original day, but I had to refrigerate some of the sandwich and it was still ok reheated the next day. The fries were a 10/10 .They were thick ,long ,and they arrive in a drink sized cup. They also offer seasoned fries. I had an additional order of lemon pepper and they were good to dip. All fries survived the ride home and were still crispy . Service was fast and friendly. There was seating to eat there, but my order was to go. It looked like all the tables were bussed and ready for customers. read more

Trying first time Chicken Wing menu from Wing Zone. Redlands is neighbor city where I live, but this place located further away. I chose bone-in wing (dry - cooking type), as you will be given 2 options in terms of cooking style, dry or tender; with BBQ Chipotle Sauce. I should have chosen the tender one, as the chicken turned out 'too dry' and not enjoyable, the sauce also to my opinion is too sour. Nevertheless fries was so tasty also the drink selection is quite interesting. Everyone who worked, from glass-kitchen and cashier, was friendly, They greeted all customers in and thanking them when they are out. read more

This place is absolutely magnificent with the friendliest staff I have seen in a long time. The owner is a very attentive and welcoming to everyone that I saw enter the restaurant. As we were having our engagement for our boss, which is leaving and moving on to better opportunities. I could not have asked for a better environment to give him our best wishes and spend one last afternoon together. The food was absolutely amazing and I will be back for more the wings or so meaty and flavorful. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Wing zone in Redlands was disappointing in the food department. Customer service was top-notch. The inside is quite small but well maintained. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately their food is meh... Wings and chicken tenders lack flavor big time, plus all the sauces and dry seasonings really miss the mark by a mile. We love coming to this place. Other wing places in the area can't even compare to this place. The staff is always so helpful the owners seem to be there all the time and they put a lot of time and effort into prepping wings fresh. A Must-Visit for Wing Lovers in and around Redlands! Since you're a fan of buffalo wings, Wing Zone in Redlands is an absolute must-visit! Their wings are simply delicious, with a variety of great dry rubs that will leave your taste buds dancing. The customer service here is top-notch, with the owners, Julian and Big T, being incredibly approachable and friendly. Say hi!!(Check out Big T's comment below...pretty interesting story!) Pro tip#1: One of the standout features of this Wing Zone location is their gourmet hot sauce, "Big T and Julian's Hot Sauce." It's produced locally and adds an extra kick to your wings that you won't find anywhere else. Just make sure to request it when you order because it's off menu and this is the only shop that has it! Overall, Wing Zone offers a fantastic dining experience for individuals, couples or families with amazing fresh and hot wings and exceptional service. I stopped by with my cousin who lives nearby. The employee had excellent service and went over every single flavor and the way they group their flavors to us and another party. We both got 6 piece wings and shared the funnel cake fries and fried pickles. We ate there - the ambiance is very causal like a fast food spot, so it's comfortable enough to eat there. We really enjoyed our wings but really loved the funnel cake fries and the fried pickles. Fried pickles were my favorite, I love French fries and I prefer these. I recommend trying both if you love fair-type food. read more

First off, I should clarify that this Wing Zone is under new and improved ownership since May of this year. If you tried this location out before May 2024, come back and try again. As everyone else is saying, the owners here are very nice and patient. They seem to care about the quality of the chicken, as they stated they make sure their chicken is never frozen. I ordered a medium spicy Nashville Hot sandwich and garlic parm fries. The garlic parm fries were fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with the right amount of seasoning on them. The medium spicy on the sandwich wasn't super spicy, but the fry and quality of the chicken was good. In addition to this, I was offered a sample of the Mac and cheese. It had a nice creaminess to it, and a distinct flavor that I couldn't exactly pinpoint (probably due to hotness of the forthcoming mentioned hot sauces), but it was good. If you dine in they also offer a number of hot (and I mean hot) sauces that they apparently manufacture. There's about 5 to try, but my two favorite were the garlic one and the raspberry one. These legitimately had me sweating, but I also enjoyed the flavor. read more

I loved this place. I think I'm obsessed and I don't think I can ever go to another hot wing chain restaurant. My friend and I ordered a variety of different food. Everything was delicious, but my favorite were the actual hot wings. They are so fresh, meaty and not oily! Also, the owners were very nice and helpful as it was our first time there and weren't sure what to order. I will definitely go back to this location, but I'm curious to try other locations to see if they are just as good as this one. I think Wing Zone is a nice addition to Redlands. I got the 8 piece combo ( comes with fries & drink) $15.99, and funnel cake fries (additional). Everything was pretty tasty and I loved that there were so many options for the wing sauce or seasoning. The fries were cooked to perfection, very flavorful and wasn't oily. The funnel fries were pretty good as well, wish they had a strawberry dipping sauce to go with it. But still tasty. The staff were very friendly on arrival and helpful with any questions I may have had. I would definitely come back and try some other items off the menu. read more

I usually dont write reviews, but once you try this place. You'll know why it's almost at five stars. To begin, the staff here are VERY friendly and passionate about their wings. The restaurant is always clean, and it's always a big plus when the kitchen is spotless (unlike other wing restaurants). The wings here are as fresh as they get and for a reasonable price. I usually love getting the Nashville Hot (mild) bone-in with tart tots (salt and pepper). For all you wing lovers, please give this place a chance. You won't regret it. read more

Wing Zone is a new restaurant in the North end of Redlands. The menu is simple, wings, boneless or classic, tenders or a sandwich. Choice of seasoning on your chicken, choice of side, sauce and drink. Price point: 6 wings with a side and a drink $13.99. 8 Wings a drink and a side: $15.99 Portions are not large, wings are not extremely well seasoned. Fries are crispy but not flavorful unless you're adding a seasoning. Pluses: Food comes out really fast, staff are all helpful, kind and welcoming. Wings are crispy, they serve Stubborn soda in their self-serve drink fountain. Parking is limited in front but plenty near the grocery store. The dining room is small and seating is limited. For the price point, I do not feel the quality or portions are deserving of 4 stars. The wing market has some stiff competition and in my humble opinion there is some room for improvement. read more

Great meal! Great service! Love the aviation theme and place was super clean! Owners were super friendly

Enjoyed some wings here a few times. Except yesterday I had the weirdest of dining experiences. So I normally order my wings naked (plain) with no sauce. And ask for the buffalo sauce (I think they call it something bliss here) on the side. This allows me to control the amount of sauce I'll have on my wings and give my kids some plain wings. Well yesterday the Adrien Brody look a like employee was charging me for sides of buffalo sauce because I asked for naked wings, and sauce "on the side". I told him I just want the free sauce that comes with the wings. He made a great attempt to clarify. "So you want them tossed?". I said, "no. I just want the same amount of sauce you would toss the wings in, poured in something so i can have the sauce." Adrien tells me they charge for that. I tell him I've never been charged for sauce because the sauce is already included with the meal, I just want it on the side. Mr. Brody says if someone's done that they shouldn't have. I told him everyone has, including the owner. If I were just a little smarter perhaps I could've been proven wrong had he pulled up my previous orders, I mean he knew I'd been there before and welcomed me after I gave my phone #. So I assume there's record of my orders. Whatever. It gets better IMO. So I decide to double down on my stance to fight this vicious buffalo sauce imperialist. I tell him look, you decide what you want to do. My order is ready. You can give me the sauce I'm due that should be included in the meal, I'll pay and we're done. Just measure out the same amount of sauce you would've used on the wings and put it in some small containers like they have in the past. Or give me my card back and you can keep the wings. Guess what Adrien did.... He looked me dead straight in the eyes, and handed me my card! Lol! He called my bluff!!! Freaken Adrien stood by his laurels and gave it to me alright. I asked Adrien, are you sure? He said "yes, we don't give free sauce here." I didn't know whether to laugh or cry! Well I did neither and took the next best option! I got mad! I told Mr. Brody, you don't give free sauce but plenty of others do including the owner. And I'll place a call to the owner to let him know how you just threw away a meal over sauce. Adrien politely replied, "please do." So I did. Left Fern a message and no reply. So here I am redeeming myself from such embarrassment. This was like an episode out of Seinfeld (The Soup Nazi episode) or an SNL skit (the John Belushi Cheeseburger Cheeseburger skit). So I did take my business elsewhere. I also requested the same exact order as I did at Wing Zone. They accommodated the order, I asked if they would charge for the sauce, the guy says no it's already part of your order. So it's included. I told him the Seinfeld/SNL story I had just encountered. And before I was halfway through my story, the Wing "Hero" purveyor assisting me with my wing addiction wisely asked, "you walked out right? That's just weird..."agreed my fellow Jedi. Totally agreed. read more

I tried this the first week it opened. I love Wingstop so I really hoped it could compare. I tried the dry rub lemon pepper and the Louisiana lemon pepper original wings. I enjoy crispy wings so I asked for the extra 4 min so they were well done. This worked for the wet sauce, I wouldn't do it again with the dry rub. It's a small location but they do have in restaurant dining. I would order to go and enjoy at home! read more

MY GODDD!!!! I've been here a couple times and every single time it has been absolutely amazing. Wing zone absolutely leaves other wing shops in the dust. The wings are always super juicy, the boneless are huge, sauced up, and cooked perfectly. I live 1 hour away but whenever I want wings I make the trip to wing zone, that's just how good it is. Me and my family ALWAYS get the tajin lemon pepper on our tots and wings, the atomic lemon pepper, and honey BBQ. Such a great variety in sauces and rubs. The owners are super friendly too!
