The chicken was evenly sauced, the tenders were juicy, a little salty ...maybe the lemon pepper? Fried food is best eaten the original day, but I had to refrigerate some of the sandwich and it was still ok reheated the next day. The fries were a 10/10 .They were thick ,long ,and they arrive in a drink sized cup.They also offer seasoned fries. I had an additional order of lemon pepper and they were good to dip. I chose bone-in wing (dry - cooking type), as you will be given 2 options in terms of cooking style, dry or tender; with BBQ Chipotle Sauce. First off, I should clarify that this Wing Zone is under new and improved ownership since May of this year. If you tried this location out before May 2024, come back and try again. As everyone else is saying, the owners here are very nice and patient. They seem to care about the quality of the chicken, as they stated they make sure their chicken is never frozen. I ordered a medium spicy Nashville Hot sandwich and garlic parm fries. The garlic parm fries were fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with the right amount of seasoning on them. The medium spicy on the sandwich wasn't super spicy, but the fry and quality of the chicken was good. In addition to this, I was offered a sample of the Mac and cheese. It had a nice creaminess to it, and a distinct flavor that I couldn't exactly pinpoint (probably due to hotness of the forthcoming mentioned hot sauces), but it was good. Enjoyed some wings here a few times. Except yesterday I had the weirdest of dining experiences. So I normally order my wings naked (plain) with no sauce. And ask for the buffalo sauce (I think they call it something bliss here) on the side. This allows me to control the amount of sauce I'll have on my wings and give my kids some plain wings. Well yesterday the Adrien Brody look a like employee was charging me for sides of buffalo sauce because I asked for naked wings, and sauce "on the side". I told him I just want the free sauce that comes with the wings. He made a great attempt to clarify. "So you want them tossed?". I said, "no. I just want the same amount of sauce you would toss the wings in, poured in something so i can have the sauce." Adrien tells me they charge for that. I tell him I've never been charged for sauce because the sauce is already included with the meal, I just want it on the side. Mr. Brody says if someone's done that they shouldn't have. I told him everyone has, including the owner. If I were just a little smarter perhaps I could've been proven wrong had he pulled up my previous orders, I mean he knew I'd been there before and welcomed me after I gave my phone #. So I assume there's record of my orders. Whatever. It gets better IMO. So I decide to double down on my stance to fight this vicious buffalo sauce imperialist. I tell him look, you decide what you want to do. My order is ready. You can give me the sauce I'm due that should be included in the meal, I'll pay and we're done. Just measure out the same amount of sauce you would've used on the wings and put it in some small containers like they have in the past. Or give me my card back and you can keep the wings. Guess what Adrien did.... He looked me dead straight in the eyes, and handed me my card! Lol! He called my bluff!!! Freaken Adrien stood by his laurels and gave it to me alright. I asked Adrien, are you sure? He said "yes, we don't give free sauce here." I didn't know whether to laugh or cry! Well I did neither and took the next best option! I got mad!
