We hadn't been to Eureka since they moved to the new location, and OMG, the new location is BANGING. Such a vibe! The music was great, the atmosphere made me want to stay and hang out all afternoon, and apparently Tuesdays are also half-off wine days?! I got a 9 oz pour for $8.25. EIGHT DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS. That is unheard of, and it was really yummy. Honestly, I did not want to leave. Unfortunately, my husband had to go back to work, and I was sitting there wishing he would just take the rest of the day off and hang out with me. The lunch specials are also a great deal at around $13. I had the al pastor fish tacos, which were really yummy. I feel like the "al pastor" part was mostly the seasoning and pineapple, but they still had great flavor. You can also add a third taco for a 3 bucks, which is nice. My husband got the ahi poke bowl and OH. MY. GOSH. It was SO GOOD. Whatever sauce they put on that bowl needs to make its way over to the fish tacos! That would be my one critique. The sour cream on the tacos actually took away from the flavor a little bit for me. Swap that out for some of that delicious sauce from the ahi bowl, and I seriously think those tacos would go from five-star to TEN-STAR status. I swapped my fries for the Brussels sprouts, and those did NOT disappoint. Super delicious! The sauce settles toward the bottom, so give them a good mix and you're golden. And then came dessert... The bourbon barrel cake. I was basically fainting over how good it was. Absolutely delicious and such a perfect way to end lunch. Our server, Ellias (with two Ls!), was awesome too. Super attentive, friendly, and took great care of us the entire time. Five stars for the food. Five stars for the atmosphere. Five stars for the service. Even though we came in before the lunch rush and it wasn't packed yet, the place still had such a great energy. It didn't need to be busy to feel like a vibe. Definitely coming back to try some of the other lunch specials, and probably another Tuesdate because apparently $8.25 glasses of wine are now part of my Tuesday lunch-date plans. Great experience all around. Five, five, FIVE!

Since it was Buffalo Trace Thursday, I asked Avery if the bartender could make me an off-menu "Cowboy Spritz." I explained the ingredients (which features Buffalo Trace bourbon), and he didn't hesitate to make it happen. The bartender, Eileen, made the absolute best rendition of a Cowboy Spritz I've ever had--exceedingly better than expected, completely delicious, and so refreshing. Wingstop Review - Redlands, CA (Lugonia Ave) Our first cafAI stop: Wingstop in Redlands on Lugonia Ave, where Braeden took our order with incredible enthusiasm. At first, his demeanor gave the impression that he might be the franchise owner, but it turns out he's just a very happy employee who genuinely takes pride in his work. Braeden's outstanding customer service set the tone for a great experience. We requested saucy wings, emphasizing that we wanted them well-done, and they delivered! The wings were perfectly sauced--not overly dry, but just the right balance of crispy and flavorful. The wait time was reasonable, as expected for freshly made wings, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was decent, with occasional touch-ups needed. If every employee took as much pride in their work as Braeden, dining experiences would be consistently better everywhere. Kudos to this Wingstop team! Score: * Customer Service: 10/10 * Wings: 9/10 * Cleanliness: 8/10 * Overall Experience: 9/10 We recommend this location for fresh, saucy wings and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

I recently visited Wingstop and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and the service. The wings were perfectly cooked crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. I tried a variety of flavors, from the classic Lemon Pepper to the bold Mango Habanero, and each one was spot-on. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. They even took the time to recommend new flavors ! As a Yelp Elite, I always try to give balanced and honest feedback, but this visit was…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I came in during a slow period. The restaurant was not busy at all, especially compared to the other Wingstop a few miles away. With only a couple of people inside, I expected a smooth experience. Instead, those same customers ended up witnessing everything that happened. I ordered a combo that includes a fountain drink. When I went to fill it, I realized that out of roughly fifteen drink options, every single one was out of order except Coke. I do not drink Coke, so I asked if I could get a refund for the drink portion. I was told no because it was part of the combo and they could not refund it. That explanation made no sense. If the store cannot provide what I paid for, I should not be the one absorbing the loss. The drink station itself was not clean. The counter was sticky, there were spills everywhere, and it looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Considering the store was not busy, there was no reason for the drink area to look like that. Then came the wings. I ordered a flavor that is still listed on their menu, only to be told it is discontinued. If it is discontinued, it should not still be advertised. I chose another flavor, but the wings came out overcooked. They were dry, tough, and not enjoyable. Between the broken drink machine, the refusal to refund the drink I could not use, the discontinued flavor still listed on the menu, the overcooked wings, and the lack of cleanliness, this visit missed the mark completely. The staff was not rude, but they were not empowered to offer solutions or correct basic issues. Elite Tip: Check the drink machine, confirm your flavor, and take a quick look at the drink station before ordering. This location has consistency and cleanliness issues that can turn a simple meal into a frustrating experience.

Was told it would take 15 min for the 20 for $20 meal we had got. Ended up being almost 45 min. The first 20 min no one was even in the kitchen. The female walked off to the back, and then a male staff came out and started making orders once more people walked in. We originally wanted to eat there due to being on lunch from work but due to how long they took we asked them if we can get it to go instead. When the male worker took our food back to bag it, the female worker got upset and said "are you serious". Yes we are serious. I don't know what was up with the female staff member but she just had the worst customer service and attitude. Mind you we were the only ones on there to get food. The food: NAE Chicken Plate comes with a shredded cabbage salad and a half of an orange, along with a sizable amount of grilled chicken and your choice of white or brown rice and steamed veggies. Mini NAE Chicken Bowl comes with your choice of rice and mixed veggies and a much smaller portion of grilled chicken compared to the plate. It's a great size for kids or for those with smaller appetites. Mini Half and Half Bowl comes with your choice of any two meats: I chose steak bulgogi and organic tofu. My Thoughts: Bowls were very basic, standard run-of-the-mill rice bowls. The meats are marinated but not sauced. Sauces are added by the customer. The Magic Sauce is essentially teriyaki sauce. Wasn't very sweet, had a saltier profile. My preference would have been to be more on the sweeter than the saltier side. I also tried the hot sauce and the jalapeño hot sauce. They were both very vinegary, not very spicy, but along with the magic sauce I thought it was just okay. I did not receive the sweet sesame dressing that I ordered on the side nor was any on my salad so unable to review. The chicken was very fatty and had a few pieces of gristle here and there, so it made it very unappetizing to eat. Used the magic sauce for additional flavor but it was just too salty for my palate. The steak bulgogi was tender and lean, not fatty at all, which I liked. It had a light marinade flavor in the meat that was noticeable and tasty. I preferred the steak over the chicken. The tofu was terrible and I normally like tofu, but this one had an odd chewiness to it that wasn't appealing. It was also very dry and flavorless. Would not get again. The steamed vegetables consisted of broccoli, carrots, and cabbage. Very very bland. No oil, butter, or seasoning. Again, tried it with some of the magic sauce but it was just too salty for my liking. The food didn't WOW me and I expected more from the sauces, but was slightly disappointed overall. I probably won't return to another Flame Broiler for another 10 years or so.
