I don't know what it is about these wing places. They must be running on the narrowest of margins. That's too bad. Don't take it out on customers. Here's the facts that have caused me to be a victim of the chicken wing conspiracy: 1. They did not have the original hot sauce I ordered online when I arrived at the store. 2. The order took approximately 15-20 mins longer than stated online. I know the aforementioned issues can happen. That's ok. I accurately ordered one ranch online when I wanted to. That's an extra $1.59 or so. When I asked for an extra ranch they charged me. Ok...but there was a slight miscommunication on whether I was given my life altering 2nd ranch. So when one of the two employees was bringing me another ranch, I informed her I already had two but would take the 3rd since they didn't have the sauce I originally wanted. She smiled and walked away. Not in a rude way. But in a way that made me decide I won't be patronizing this place again. I guess I'll stick to BDubs not too far from home as well. read more

Found chicken feathers on our wings last night. We ordered wings to celebrate my niece who just graduated and found this wing with feathers still attached to the wing. Went there with my kids and waited more than 45 mins to get our order and after we went home it was missing a meal from what we ordered. Called them and they said we gonna refund in 7 days . Never got my money back and everytime I call they tell me call tomorrow for the GM. Didn't expect a place like this will have the worst customer service ever. read more

Came in here on a busy day with 2 guys in the kitchen. Even though they were swamped they had a smile on their face working and greeting customers coming in. Even with customers being rude the gentlemen kept their cool non stop smiles and apologizing for the wait. Another gentleman came in to help the other two out and get shit done. I've never seen such an amazing group of guys working their butts off smashing out orders , smiling and keeping their cool, reassuring customers that their order would be out soon. When our food was ready it was brought out with a smile and an apology, it was delicious.........WHOEVER OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR THE MANAGER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.... Did an online order on boneless wing Tuesday ordered 20 total wings, 5 were in a separate container and there was supposed to be 15 in the second container. As I open the container that was supposed to have 15 I realize they shorted me 5 of the bbq wings. Please provide Irene with proper customer service lessons. Came in 11/10/23 for some wings. Got home and my wings were ridiculously small. I called the restaurant and a male employee answered the phone and after explaining the situation he offered to remake my food. When I got to the restaurant Irene came over and asked what was wrong with my order and I explained once again, she then took the wings. I also asked for my large fries to be remade as they would cold and hard by the time I got home again. My name was called about 10 mins later. I was given my wings and a regular fry not the large I had paid for. When I asked Irene if she could correct this she looked at me and said I remade the fries you didn't eat even though the fries were given to me like that. Sumaya was a huge help she took the food out the bag and asked if it was correct I felt like crying she was so kind and polite with her soft-tone voice.
