Do not go here. We waited in line for 20 minutes and another ten minutes to have our sandwich made. Took the gift card. Ran our gift card over and over again. No apology. Didn't care. Just that their wifi is down. Yet, we can pay with a credit card. That system is not down. Hmmm... No sign on the door stating no WiFi and can't accepted gift cards so they misrepresented themselves. I told her she could go ahead and finish with the customer before me but she wanted to check me out simultaneously. I relayed that I had just left the hospital from delivering my baby and I was unable to stand any longer and requested a refund and was told to continue waiting because the refund would take the same amount of time. I ordered on my Jersey Mike's app. Simple and convenient. Came to pick up. I've never been to this location. I usually go to the one by In N.out in Rialto, CA. Upon entering, i was greeted by a very friendly young lady. She was preparing our sub sammy's. Everything was super clean and well maintained. I then got to chatting with all the ladies working, and they were so freaking sweet and super welcoming. I absolutely love the vibe they got going on @ this location. It's definitely my favorite Jersey Mike's location now! Sub Sammy's were made with love, and they were delicious. I definitely recommend trying this location. My work likes to use this place for food for meetings. There are so few vegetable options for sandwiches at Jersey Mike's in general, and every time I have placed an order for something special (no cheese or onion, or add something like avocado or jalapeños to the lettuce, tomato and bell pepper that are their usual veg), they just don't do it. If you have food allergies or strong dislikes for certain items, don't eat from here unless you can watch them make it. read more

I actually frequent this place and up until today no real issues other than having to wait longer than promised....But, today was NO BUENO!! I placed an order online (as I usually do) and my wife went to pick it up. It was ready on time (Yay, 5 stars), but when she got home 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong (Boo, minus 4 stars). Missing Mayo, pickles and avocado, and when we tried to call the number said it was not accepting calls (not sure why that was happening, tried 3 times - no worky) We drove back to the store and I explained what happened to the guy working in front, he apologized and said they would remake them (ok, plus 1 star). I showed them the sandwiches in the bag and he said we could keep them. (I thought, that was nice, and maybe that was how they tried to recover the situation...plus another star). If you are doing the math back to 3 stars. A couple minutes later the manager told him to get the sandwiches back from us......okay, that is fine, but are you gonna try and give me my same sandwiches? At this point fresh is my expectation. The manager came out and said they need to take the sandwiches back. She did not apologize for the error or anything, and when we said we tried to call but the number would not go through, her only answer was "no, it works, I've been taking orders". Hmm, okay, I guess I was lying. (minus 2 stars). It was pretty hot outside, she could have offered maybe a free soda while we wait for our food--again?? You know, because of your mistake??? This was our first visit here in over six months. We had a gift card and came in before the lunch rush. I am gluten free and the employees must use clean equipment for my sub. I ordered a favorite of mine the #13 Italian. It has pepperoni, salami, ham, cappacilo, prosciuttini and provolone. My son had the #9. It had roast beef and provolone. This is for the staff that was working today 6/30/24 you did your best given the amount of chaos I just witnessed. Around 11:45 - 12pm this poor staff had to contend with very inconsiderate sports team parents that decided to put in multiple orders overwhelming the POS system as well as the staff. It had to have been around 45 sandwiches coming in at once with every possible modification you can think of. They forgot something in my order but I was able to keep my patience knowing it wasn't them. A nice young man made my missing sandwich & made sure I knew they didn't forget I was waiting. To the rude parents next time plan ahead and cater for your sports team, that was really rude & self centered of you to do that during the lunch rush to them and everyone else waiting, planning ahead is apart of parenting. read more

I visited this store yesterday evening 7/27/2023 @ approximately 5:30pm. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The employees acting like robots; unfriendly & rude. While the guy was making my giant sub sandwich, I asked for fresh lettuce, because the lettuce at the bottom of the pan looked wilted and old and was not fresh! He stopped and looked @ me and said nothing. I asked him again for fresh lettuce. I don't want that old wilted lettuce. He then looked @ the girl next to him to his right, who was slicing the meat. She ignored it. Pretending she didn't hear. Now, i am thinking she is the supervisor. I then repeated myself to her. She responded "umm, if I do that, this whole line has to wait". Which was about 4 people. I said "well, you are going to have to do it anyway". Both employees ignored my request and kept working. They literally didn't care. He did not even put ANY lettuce on my sub sandwich, by the way, NONE! As I was paying for this, the other guy @ the register said "sorry for the inconvenience". Inconvenience? This isn't about inconvenience. This is about customer service. Jersey Mikes is very expensive and i would like my sub sandwich made to my liking, which it was NOT. I won't be going back there!
