QUIET DENNY'S OFF the 10 FW! I stopped by for lunch after a doctor's appointment and was in need of a Loaded Veggie Omelette. Alabama St.'s Denny's makes their omelettes with green beans which surprisingly worked! I was super satisfied and happy, the veggies were cooked thoroughly and my fruit bowl side hit the spot. A multigrain pancake stack was also requested, loved it. Lucila was our server, she provided amazing customer service and attention. My Dad's side salad came out ahead of time, so she brought out my side of fruit early so I can Join the feast. Very sweet. The Denny's needed better AC, but overall we were comfortable. The first time came to this location, surprisingly inside is nice but not too big like the other Dennys. But the vibe inside is very cozy and nice. I got the Jr grand slam and its fresh and good. I really appreciate that they separated the meat and eggs at the bottom and the delicious french toast on top in a different tray. Awesome!! My boyfriend and I came in on June 22nd. When we came in, our server, Juan, was quick to sit us down and ask if we wanted any drinks or appetizers. We ordered an appetizer along with our entrees. I came to this Denny's to eat and unfortunately the service was horrible. When our server came to take our order, we also ordered coffee. We waited almost 25 minutes and still had not received it. After waiting that long, I asked one of the hosts if she could bring the coffees. She said yes, but when she brought them, she had a very obvious attitude. When my friend asked for a water, she brought it over and slammed it on the table with the same rude attitude. I understand that restaurants can be understaffed and busy, but that is not an excuse to be rude or disrespectful to customers. It's very unfortunate that the employees don't wear name tags because this host definitely needs to work on being more respectful and professional. Came to this Denny's after a long day at Universal Studios, we decided to stop on our way home and we were so happy we did. Upon entering we were made to feel welcome, right off the bat we were treated with politeness and respect. We were seated immediately and our order was taken in a timely manner. The food came fast and was cooked to perfection and still hot. The server John was amazing. So respectful and sweet. Went above and beyond, he met our needs with great customer service. Seems to enjoy his job and dealing with customers. I hope this place knows what type of great employee they have. If I could give him more than five stars, I would give him 10. Sadly this establishment brought me nothing but pure anger and disgust, I brought my family to get breakfast at this dennys and i can only say my server was the only positive part of my time. They brought us our food and my son had cold eggs while their bacon was far from acceptable, i asked for crispy bacon and they completely disregarded it for my son, and that's not even half of the issue. Came in on Friday morning & we were seated right away. My initial impression is that the location was clean and very welcoming. Our server was very friendly! We ordered a Southwest Skillet and an eggs Benedict w/ a side of pancakes. I was slightly disappointed that the shredded cheese wasn't melted on top and the cheese on the edges were sizzling. I felt like the skillet was rushed when it came to adding the cheese and putting it on the warmer. The eggs benedict was extremely delicious and I really enjoyed it. The pancakes were good, but our server forgot our butter on top as well. Just a few small things wrong here and there, but overall good customer service, delicious food, and decent prices. This was our first time here. We came on a Friday morning around 8:30. We were seated quickly and got our water fast. Our waitress, Lucy, was awesome. She was friendly and polite.
