QUIET DENNY'S OFF the 10 FW! I stopped by for lunch after a doctor's appointment and was in need of a Loaded Veggie Omelette. Alabama St.'s Denny's makes their omelettes with green beans which surprisingly worked! I was super satisfied and happy, the veggies were cooked thoroughly and my fruit bowl side hit the spot. A multigrain pancake stack was also requested, loved it. Lucila was our server, she provided amazing customer service and attention. My Dad's side salad came out ahead of time, so she brought out my side of fruit early so I can Join the feast. Very sweet. The Denny's needed better AC, but overall we were comfortable. Today I ordered a senior omelet. $10.99 The Hashbrowns serving were the size of a Mc Donald's hash bowns. The whole meal was served on a 8 inch plate. What? The English muffin was so old and stale I could pound nails with each peiece. It tasted like croutons in a salad. I would have sent the muffin back but my waiter not once check on my meal or needs. It tool my waiter 15 minites to just bring me a glass of water with lemon, 45 minutes to get my breakfast. I ask for jelly and he never broght it. I had to ask another waitress and she brought it rigjt away. I had to get his attention to give me more than one napkin used to wrap my fork knife and spoon. He never checked on me once. Worst service ever. Terrible value for a senior meal. This kid waiter David either needs some training or to be let go. Serious this place sucked. I asked him how much for 3 eggs instead of two and he said the upcharge is $5. I just purchesed 2 dozen eggs at Stater bros for for .99 cents a dozen. This place is a joke. I usually write great comments but this Dennys and its customers deserves better management. It was 12:10 PM when I went in and my breakfast came at 12:45. Unacceptable. I left a $1 tip to send a message. I doubt anyone will even notice. I got my car trailer hitch witing at Uhal store next door faster than they can make an omelet. They told me my car would be ready in an hour. Uhaul called and said my car was ready just as myousy breakfast came. Get some help here! Someone needs to manage the staff much better. At least try. I have orderd this breakfast for over 15 heada at other Dennys. This was the worst ever and the service too. I should have demanded a refund. read more

We always come to this Dennys, but the service we were given today by Jenna was phenomenal! She interacted well with my four-year-old son and made it playful for him was very patient and checked in on us often. The first time came to this location, surprisingly inside is nice but not too big like the other Dennys. But the vibe inside is very cozy and nice. I got the Jr grand slam and its fresh and good. I really appreciate that they separated the meat and eggs at the bottom and the delicious french toast on top in a different tray. Awesome!! I came to this Denny's to eat and unfortunately the service was horrible. When our server came to take our order, we also ordered coffee. We waited almost 25 minutes and still had not received it. After waiting that long, I asked one of the hosts if she could bring the coffees. She said yes, but when she brought them, she had a very obvious attitude. When my friend asked for a water, she brought it over and slammed it on the table with the same rude attitude. I understand that restaurants can be understaffed and busy, but that is not an excuse to be rude or disrespectful to customers. It's very unfortunate that the employees don't wear name tags because this host definitely needs to work on being more respectful and professional. Came to this Denny's after a long day at Universal Studios, we decided to stop on our way home and we were so happy we did. Upon entering we were made to feel welcome, right off the bat we were treated with politeness and respect. We were seated immediately and our order was taken in a timely manner. The food came fast and was cooked to perfection and still hot. The server John was amazing. So respectful and sweet. Went above and beyond, he met our needs with great customer service. Seems to enjoy his job and dealing with customers. I hope this place knows what type of great employee they have. If I could give him more than five stars, I would give him 10. I gave this 5 Stars because it one of the best Denny's I have been to. Very clean and maintained. Greeted nicely when we arrived which is unusual for others I've been to. We ordered a Southwest Skillet and an eggs Benedict w/ a side of pancakes. I was slightly disappointed that the shredded cheese wasn't melted on top and the cheese on the edges were sizzling. I felt like the skillet was rushed when it came to adding the cheese and putting it on the warmer. The eggs benedict was extremely delicious and I really enjoyed it.
