Food we had was: Drunken noodles with chicken. 9/10 chicken was thinly sliced and flavor was on point. Salid fried rice: 7/10 rice had a lot of hot tomatoes and I wasn't a fan of that. Garlic pepper beef: 5/10 cold, chewy. Appetizer platter: 6/10 everything was dark as it was fried in old dirty oil. I could taste the grease. Green that tea: 7/10 it has a lingering taste I can't put my thumb on but it was ok. The walls are dirty probably from splattered food but it for some reason bothered me. We are so excited to have found Thai House. We recently moved to the area and after one visit both my husband and I agreed it will be on our regular restaurant rotation. The food is great and the menu is vast- we tried the beef drunken noodles and chicken pumpkin curry. We cleaned both plates. Medium spice was perfect for me (I like a hint of spice but not enough that it becomes the main event) my husband thought he would have enjoyed a little more. The atmosphere was welcoming and thoughtfully decorated and the outdoor patio looked like it would be magical on a warm night. The size of the restaurant is pretty impressive for a Thai place and would be good for couples or large parties. I recently visited Thai House in Redlands on a Friday night around 8 p.m. craving some Thai food and remembered how much I enjoyed this place when I first tried it for lunch. Dinner had a completely different vibe. The restaurant was busy, which was great to see, and the parking lot was completely full. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted right away and quickly seated. Our table was already set up with menus, and we were looking forward to taking our time, relaxing, and enjoying the evening. However, I felt like the service was a bit rushed. There was a young woman and a gentleman helping us, and the gentleman in particular kept coming back asking if we were ready to order and whether we had enough time to look at the menu. I usually like to ask for recommendations and what's popular, but when I asked, the response was basically that there were too many popular dishes and asked what I wanted instead. We decided to start with an appetizer and continue chatting, but we were approached again about ordering before we were really ready. We eventually ordered the Pad See Ew and fried rice, and both dishes were delicious. I always ask for the chili peppers on the side, and they never disappoint. The food itself was very good, and the lively Friday night atmosphere made for a great experience overall. While I wasn't a fan of feeling rushed by the servers, I still enjoyed the evening. Thai House has great vibes on a Friday night and is definitely a place I'd recommend for a date night or a family dinner. I've heard so much about this place as soon as I moved into Loma Linda. The service is Incredibly kind. When friends and I were celebrating a birthday, the staff noticed and provided icecream with a candle on top! The items on the menu are wide and varied. The spice level can be adjusted from 1-5. Even 1 (mild) is quite spicy. I ordered a papaya salad and the fried rice that's considered to be a Favorite. I've been coming here since 1988, and it's where my passion for Thai and spicy food truly began. Their tom kha gai soup is simply the best, setting the standard for how I judge other Thai restaurants' versions and even how I prepare it at home. For 35 years, we've made it a tradition to make it and enjoy it on New Year's Eve. This visit was no exception; the tom kha gai was outstanding. The broth stood out with its pure white color, which is a rarity since most places serve it with an orange hue. The generous amount of galanga added a wonderful aroma and that signature flavor that I love. And a lot of chicken too. Best of all, they DO NOT put tomatoes in it. So many Thai restaurants add tomatoes. I like tomatoes but not in my tom kha gai. And of course we had steamed jasmine rice as well and Thai iced teas. Yum! The service has always been phenomenal and I'm always amazed at how quick the food comes out, even if they are crowded. read more

Thai house is decent Thai food especially for the area. The pad see ew and the rad nah are good, they use Chinese broccoli. Pricing is lil higher end for Thai food, but it's fine. They give a portion of rice with each noodle entree so I calculate that into the price. I just tell myself it would be $2-3 dollars cheaper and justify it by using the rice later to make fried rice at home. It would probably be a better menu move to make each dish cheaper by $2-3 and just not include the rice but again someone might really enjoy the extra rice. Thai tea is good here, I usually ask to get more tea than milk/creamer since I don't really like drinks too sweet. The other menu options aren't as good, like the pad Thai always misses the mark in different ways, sometimes it's too soggy, sometimes it's not flavor balanced, so I don't order it anymore. The green and yellow curry are decent. Service could use some improvement. They are not mean and are friendly, there are just long periods of waiting times between ordering and getting food, or adding additional items. It just takes awhile to get someone over to the table, so if you want something try to remember it all at the beginning. They're also kinda cheap on napkins, like we had a party of 4 once and asked for extra napkins and they brought out two. Not a big deal, just kinda interesting. The restaurant has been here for a very long time and the interior design is proof. It's just a normal Thai restaurant with expected decoration. Overall, it's good, perfectly decent Thai food. I get take out here whenever I don't want to deal with orchid Thai (better food but way worse service than here). read more

Awesome! We celebrated a birthday here and it was just fantastic!!! The chicken chow mein lunch special was outstanding! I loved the dressing on my house salad and all the veggies were super fresh and crispy. The tofu spring rolls were ridiculously amazing- huge and both the peanut and sweet and sour sauces were delicious . My Thai tea was very sweet but it was refreshing and they have the cool little ice cubes for their drinks. The fried rice was on point. Overall it was a fantastic experience. The beef was cooked well and the basil flavor came through. However the dish lacked the distinct char flavor and the rice noodles were clumped together as they were jammed into the take out container. The sauce was also a bit too sweet.
