This is hands down our FAVORITE Chinese food place of all time! The food is so flavorful and decently priced - you get so much food! The service is great and the food is always ready on time when we pick it up. My absolute favorite is the wonton soup because you get all kinds of goodies and fresh veggies in it and it's so comforting. We also love the orange chicken, sesame beef, the boiled fish in chili sauce (it's very spicy but sooooo good with rice). If you want something sweet they also have some smoothies with boba. I ordered take-out for a small family gathering and this place did not disappoint. The containers for our orders came in aluminum foiled steam pans pipping hot. We ordered several different dishes: Honey walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, and house chow fun with chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and juicy, the prawns used were large and the nuts added to the dish were a nice touch, Mongolian beef was also flavorful and well made, and the chow fun dish reminded me of Pad See Yew in its use of wide flat noodles but the Chow Fun had a nice smoky flavor, wasn't spicy, and the beef was tender. As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. Been awhile I updated review here ! With Under the new management the Lunch Specials are from Monday thtough Sunday now till 3 pm! We were served ice cold water in a stainless cup which they used to clear plastic glass! What an upgrade and classy!!! Soups ( hot sour or egg drop) are only served with the dine in lunch specials which comes with chosen dish , rice and an egg roll ! Our specials came in generous portion! Hubby chose the Fried pork snd fried bean curd and veggies while I ordered one I never ordered ala carte ... sweet and sour pork!!! They were all flavorful and just seasoned right!!! For the price and food - everything is a 10/10. Service is so kind and direct. My family (my parents, my two younger siblings, and I) have come to really enjoy visiting Red Chilli to grab a family dinner. We purposely order more for food the upcoming week too when the schedule becomes busy. Well, I am pleased to report that ceramic dishware and silverware are now in use here for on-site dining. And real teacups are now employed instead of Styrofoam containers to hold hot tea. The cooking here was always superior. Now the trappings of a serious restaurant have caught up to it. This time we began again with Wonton Soup. The broth was very flavorful and the wontons, with mild sausage inside, delectable. Although several vegetables were included, Snow Peas were noticeably missing. Diane again ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp, and this time the shrimps were exceptionally large in size, and the walnuts beautifully glazed with a sweet, sugary coating. I chose Mushroom Chicken, which featured Button Mushrooms and very lean white meat chicken. And House Chow Mein with beef, chicken and shrimp and soft noodles was a triple treat. Service was swift, friendly, and accommodating. Diane quickly received requested extra Honey Sauce for her Honey Walnut Shrimp. And, leftovers including soup were graciously packed and wrapped up for us to take home at meal's end. The only thing preventing this dining experience from rating five stars was an empty paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom. XXXX-1/2 stars overall this time around! read more

This is by far the best tasting Chinese food I've had I ordered the lunch special beef and broccoli and my daughter ordered the honey walnut shrimp and we were both very impressed with the flavor, portions, quality and freshness of the food. We started eating at this restaurant a few months ago. My Aunt recommended it. Unfortunately they haven't kept the same quality of dishes. We ate lunch there recently. Food is delicious and always made fresh. The General Tso's chicken is a must. The Thai tea for the most part is great but can sometimes be a hit or miss to be honest. The house chow mein has a slight smokiness that keeps you wanting more. The orange chicken tastes fresh and sweet. Mongolian beef is delicious. You have your usual Chinese dishes but the freshness elevates this place to the next level. Food is good at a fair price. We were use to eat here very often. But today we bought some food to go and by the time we got our food I did ask for some chili sauce the one that have oil added. The lady didn't like our request and also I asked for the regular chili sauce(little packages or bags) and she told me NO! She had a really bad attitude. She was really rude with us. We usually buy food here for six to eight people but we're planning not to comeback to this restaurant never again. Found a bug in my food I ordered noodles from this restaurant and was really disappointed. After eating some, I noticed there was a bug (looked like a cockroach) mixed in with the food. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. I stopped eating immediately and told the workers, but the experience already ruined my meal. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food safety and cleanliness because this should never happen. I also plan to report this to the San Bernardino County Health Department for inspection. read more

This was the best Chinese food I've had anywhere in the Inland Empire. Our favorite used to be Chef K in Temecula, but they changed ownership and dropped their pan fried dumplings. First time here, we weren't prepared, we thought it was like other takeout Chinese food places. But it is an actual sit down restaurant. Thankfully they do takeout and have a little seating area to wait for your order, so you're not taking up a table that a dine in party can sit at. We were seated with the server pointing at the booth and then walking away. We waited a long while before a menu was given. We wished to order an appetizer to be there before the meal, but it seemed like we were being rushed. We ordered and the soup was brought out quickly and it was tasty . When the main course was ready, it was delivered to the table piece meal instead of all at once. I liked the That meal was hot and pretty good, but we never got refills on water, no one checked in and we had to ask for a to-go box. I've heard about it for years but finally stopped at Red Chilli on a whim. You can dine in or order takeout, but since it was almost closing time, I did takeout. They have numerous tables and the interior was clean. All food is made to order and that makes it so worth it. The staff was friendly, though I get the sense of mild impatience if you don't know their menu. I ordered veggie egg foo yung, chicken fried rice (no veggies), orange chicken, and sautéed green beans. It was ALL good! The egg foo yung was hefty but appropriately light (IYKYK!) and filled with recognizable chopped veggies, plus the gravy was flavorful with garlic and green onions. The fried rice was tender and a good mildly seasoned flavor, though I wasn't a fan of the very pale chicken "pieces". The green beans were great. Now, let's talk orange chicken. My hubby is an orange chicken snob, but not of the fine dining spectrum. He only eats orange chicken at one fast food spot. I made him taste Red Chilli's because that's the kind of wife I am. Lol! I'm writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. However, after waiting over an hour in the lobby, my order still wasn't ready. While waiting, I observed a woman who appeared to be either the owner or manager bussing tables and then handling straws, cups, and used napkins without washing her hands. I also saw her using her bare fingers to grab items like bowls of soup before serving customers. This was very concerning from a food safety standpoint, and I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. read more

We got the egg drop soup and let me tell you it was the best I've had in a very very long time. Our next course was the appetizers. We ordered the chicken wontons came with a basic soy sauce still very good. I ordered the Hong Kong crispy noodle chow mein. There were so many large shrimp, beef, chicken, fresh vegetables. The sauce was a light sauce, which tasted very good. my daughter ordered the Taiwan rice noodles. It had a slight curry flavor had shrimp, bell peppers, red onion, and a couple other types of vegetable that in itself was very tasty. It could've used a little bit more of a sauce. They were kind of dry but still very good. The places is cute. It's in a strip mall so it's not very big but it does hold a decent amount of people we were seated at a booth, which was very cozy.
