There's a reason i never come here and i should've listened to my gut. Firstly, my sister in law found a wire in her bowl from a wire sponge which are ILLEGAL to use in food service (specifically for this reason), there was a hair in my broccoli beef. There was no flavor, everything was bland or tasted the same. Definitely not worth the $44 i paid.

Best Chinese food in town... tasty and flavorful. They have other options other than what's out on the steam table, their cook to order menu options consist of chicken, beef, shrimp & tofu choices that comes in a large a la cart and combo plate. My favorite is their wonton soup and shrimp fried rice... even on a hot day you will crave that soup haha The place is small so it's not for larger groups but they have a little space for dine in. It's giving mom & pop vibes! Great customer service, always friendly & welcoming. Definitely recommend to try this place If you're ever in the area.

Don't confuse this Panda Bowl restaurant with the other Panda ????? restaurant - they aren't the same. This is much smaller place in the shopping center anchored by McDonalds on Lugonia towards Greenspot. On this evening, November 2021, they don't have inside dining. Also they charge an extra $.69 for credit and debit charges (this is stated at the cash register). Their entre options are limited. Also the separate kitchen had a difficult time keeping up the orders, there were many customers waiting. As you can see in the pics, our bowls looked good. The Orange Chicken had as much quantity as could be placed in our bowl. We had mixed vegetables instead of rice for both bowls. The mixed veggies were over-cooked and soggy. There was a fair amount of residual water in the bottom of both bowls. The orange glaze lacked flavor, but was mildly sweet. There were big pieces of chicken which was tender, but didn't have very much flavor. Just as the chicken pieces were big, so was the amount of coating. The coating was spongy. The other bowl was the Mushroom Chicken. While there was plenty of mushrooms, there wasn't very much flavor to them or the chicken.

Cream cheese wontons, veggie egg rolls, candied sweet and sour sauce, fried rice, and chow mein.

They are always so kind and the food is always fresh! We love their chow mein, orange chicken, and especially their cream cheese wontons and egg rolls. They give you a candied sweet and sour dipping sauce for the egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Their chow mein is one of our absolute favorites! We make the 20 minute drive to come here every time. Thank you for always being so friendly and welcoming!

That's how the chicken came no I did not spit it out the lady was extremely rude to my gf.

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. Overall, it's a great place for large groups and celebrations.

When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception. (She was white and had unique, colorful, round glasses)

As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well executed........we cleared every plate. What really stood out was the service. Honestly, I don't always expect standout service at Asian spots (and I say that as someone who is Asian), but this place went above and beyond. There were multiple servers helping throughout, bringing food, refilling drinks, checking in, and everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. As someone who waited tables for years, that level of service really stood out. They even brought us complimentary egg tarts since they were closing soon, which was a nice touch. You can also watch the dumpling makers through a glass window, which adds to the experience and gives off slight Din Tai Fung vibes, but without the long drive. I've grown up in the area and have branched out to living all over california. However the sense of entitlement the locals here have is insane. China Town Fast Food has delivered good tasting AND affordable Chinese-American food for quite some time! The portions are the best bang for your buck in the Loma Linda area, and the staff is also very nice. There are language barriers to some extent and a plastic wall that could make it hard to hear for both the customer and the server, but pointing fingers at the food and putting extra emphasis on enunciating my words have always helped, and if they can't hear, both the customer and the server can go to the side to hear each other clearly. The place is also small and can easily get packed during the rush hour. There are usually only TWO people in the front and a cook in the back, so I believe it's very key to have patience for when you go out during these hours. In all forms of service whether it be food, retail, etc. please remember that they are still human and working at a pace that tries to accommodate for us. In hours closer to closing, it does slow down and it does get quieter, I believe those are the best times to go when it's not so busy. Food wise, I'd highly recommend getting their Orange Chicken and House Special Fried Chicken. The orange chicken has a nice bit of sweetness, tangyness, and crunch to each bite and the House Special is just that... it's SPECIAL! Freshly fried chicken, usually about a 10-15 minute wait. Paired with a side of a garlicky, green oniony, shoyu sauce helps create just the perfect bite when combined with some rice. Their teriyaki chicken is also very delicious with a beautiful char on the outside. It's not your typical, Seattle, Japanese-esque teriyaki chicken, but it will taste very good! I hope this review helps with all the negative feedback I'm seeing and introduces you all to a classic spot to check out. Enjoy the food and have a great day!
