We came here for a late family dinner, and it was my first time. There are so many great Thai restaurants in SoCal, but Orchid Thai might just be the best when it comes to authentic flavors. Everything was perfectly balanced -- the spice and sourness were spot on. I honestly can't remember the last time I had Thai food this good; it felt like being back in Bangkok! Prices are very reasonable too. The only downside is the location -- it's quite a drive out in the Inland Empire -- but it's absolutely worth the trip. 100% recommended!

Massaman curry. Potato, peanuts, chicken in a delicious sauce, served with rice.

Great experience, it is in a strip mall near autozone. Was greeted upon arrival. Waitress friendly and helpful. Gave suggestions and helped me pick the musaman with chicken.Think that is the spelling. Was really good, but hot, you can get it milder. Another person came to check on us, he advised adding the rice to the sauce to help with heat. Which worked well. Thai coffee was very good and finished with sticky rice and mango. Great meal, good price, wonderful service.

Today is my 2rd time to visit this restaurant. Again food was really delicious, quick! Service was wonderful. Keep it up Thai Orchid, love to eat here . Picture of a really server, didn't get het name but 5 starts for her

We ordered a couple of dishes and only one was truly good. Service isn't the greatest but I think people come here more for the live music on Friday nights. Won't be coming back anytime soon, but if I did, I would over the chicken wings.

The waitress annoyed with me when I mentioned egg rolls look a little too burned. She said the vegetables had to cook through. Okay...

Waitress needs a reality check. Told her egg rolls a little burned and she said vegetables need to cook through....ok

Such amazing food as well as service, we went twice in the same week since we loved it so much! Everything we ordered was delicious: panang curry, pad see ew, drunken noodles, Tom Kha, cream cheese wontons, orange chicken, thai tea wirh delicious boba and Singha beer. They have such excellent service too, our server was so fun and kind!

Just make sure you order entrees and dessert altogether, otherwise you'll have to wait until a waiter is available, they're always so busy! Tight spaces and not enough lots. Though you can park around the block along the public road. 10/10 imo. And we'll always return, especially to try other menu items.

Don't let the location fool you. The flavor speaks way louder than the storefront. The fan favorites? They actually hit. * Pad Thai - perfectly balanced, not overly soggy, not drowning in sauce. * Pad See Ew - smoky, savory, that wok flavor you're hoping for. * Drunken Noodles - intensely savory, spicy, and slightly sweet. Stir-fried with Thai basil, garlic, and chilies. The yellow curry was solid too (creamy and comforting) but just a little sweeter than I prefer. That's personal taste, not a flaw. Now here's the real mic drop: my wife isn't even a Thai food fan... and she enjoys coming here. That alone tells you everything. If you can win over someone who normally says "I'm not in the mood for Thai," you're doing something right. Moral of the story: stop sleeping on this spot. The cocktails were tasty and presentable. Food is a decent size and shareable. The crab fried rice and beef pad see eww didn't have that much protein but it's alright since there's equal veggies mixed in. Chicken wings were good but I would pass on the egg rolls, it was gritty and dry in my opinion. Mango sticky rice is not bad, your typical dessert like other places. Prices are still somewhat reasonable, and the food was pretty decent. No major complaints there. That said, aside from the food, the restaurant itself has some room for improvement. The chair we sat on was old and didn't have any cushion, and the table and chairs felt a bit sticky, which took away from the overall experience. Just a delicate balance of every flavor. The tom kha soup was also superb - again, not overly spicy or sweet, very warming. The ingredients were all super fresh, crisp vegetables and tender beef and chicken. And OH the fried tofu!!! How do they get that breading so fine!? What a texture ! We rarely get desert but we were seduced by the black sesame mochi in ginger tea - and I'm so glad because it would have been a terrible shame to miss this extraordinary treat! Soft, crunchy, lightly sweet, deep umami and even the ginger tea was wonderfully rich. EDIT: I was so thrilled with their delicate flavors, I forgot to mention the presentation - above and beyond what I've experienced in other Thai restaurants, especially for pad Thai. Everything was thoughtfully presented, arranged to highlight colors, on lovely flatware. I can't wait to come back and try literally EVERYTHING on their menu!!
