The man who took our order was so nice, sweet, and patient. I was giving really confusing instructions about what I wanted to order him and he waited and confirmed every order before inputting it to the computer. not only that he was very accommodating and really hooked up my cousin's fries with a delicious In-N-Out copycat of animal style fries. Everything was made fresh. My burger is delicious, cooked well and seasoned well and not greasy at all like you might find at other burgers spots. As a whole, I already like nice guy burgers, but this location is really winning me over for favorite nice guy burgers spot. I think this place is still developing and has great potential. Showed up today to try it out after discovering it on google maps. We asked the nice gentleman at the counter how long they've been open and he said just 2 months! friendly and attentive guy btw. I ordered the double cheese burger and fries. I liked the size of the burger a lot and I think the price is very fair. I will say that the patties didn't seem that seasoned. Overall the burger was pretty good! Fries had no seasoning on them and seemed like just your average fries. As far as the inside, they are definitely still in the works of decorating, i believe. The flooring in the entrance seems a bit dirty and might just be the remnants of the previous sushi restaurant. I hope this place has great success. I think if you're in the mood for a greasy burger, you should definitely consider giving Nice Guys a try instead of hitting up jack or mcdonald's. One thing i think needs to change, is the photos of the fries on their Michelin Burger menu are very seasoned looking fries. But the actual fries you get, are just plain. read more

Some of the best hospitality I have had, we were greeted at the door, Christian the kid who took our order was as nice as could be and the owner or manager came over and was so personable and kind! The place is cute, large and very clean. The burgers were AMAZING! I guess the difference between the Michelin and classic cheese burger is the sauce. Went at like 12 in the morning because I wanted a burger but not in n out and the food was pretty alright. Ordered the Michelin Double which includes their own sauce instead of mayo and had every topping with the burger. Personally felt like they had too much veggie in the burger and the tomato made the bun soggy ash. My boy had to eat his burger with a fork because it started falling apart. The fries were whatever, under salted and not as crispy as I would've liked. If you want a smash burger late at night would not be a bad choice but food wise it is alright. Then when I got home I looked up reviews, just in the reviews alone I would have never tried. But then I seen something about Halal. I had no idea what this meant, but I thought maybe I tried a meat I had no idea about. Took a deep dive into that, well that shouldn't have changed the taste of the patty. So the fries are soft which I'm not as big a fan of but are my husband and daughters favorite, they are good though cut perfect and give a nice option. Hot dog is really good big and is only place I've been where mayo is an option off the menu. Bun is lightly grilled so isnt hard so score on that. Burgers are literally the best smash burgers I have had in the area. You can taste the seasoning in the meat the cheese melts perfectly. The guy who takes the orders at the window is always so nice and friendly and even at 12am makes it feel like he is energetic and happy to be there. I know that it COULD BE a great burger, but I give this visit only 2 stars because my burger tasted like salt was spilled on it and they served it to me anyway. So I read all the great reviews of this business. I was really looking forward to trying their flagship double cheeseburger.. it's Saturday night at 10 PM and they only have two people working, why? I entered the drive-through and the car in front of me waited 15 minutes. We tried the Redlands location today and found the food delicious. I don't know if the bad reviews were for this location because we didn't experience anything close to what they are complaining about. The meat on my Michelin Burger was very tastey, and the burger did not get soggy. The fries were lightly salted , which is fine with me, and most were firm or crisp. My wife had the Hot chicken sandwich which they prepared protien style at my wifes request, and it was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, which is hard to achieve with breast meat. It looks like they may still be working on the dining room since it still has some of the decore from the BBQ place that was there a few years ago. The gentleman that took our order also brought out the food, AND worked the drive up window AND brought boxes for our leftovers, all with courtesy and a smile. More sides would be welcome, but we'll be passing up In-N-Out to come here in the future. read more
