    High desert sub
    Catherine Z.

The sub was fantastic and so was the service. I got the High Desert sub, which has chicken, bacon, ranch, with other standard sub components. Added garlic butter to my sourdough upon recommendation by the employee, and I'm so glad I listened! It tasted so good, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area and need a quick bite

My first time to this place and it didn't disappoint! The guys behind the counter were really cool and the kiosks made everything quick. I'll have to come back to try their horchata or cream soda. I got the pastrami and the turkey, avocado, lettuce, etc and they were yummy definitely coming back! By the way, the owner is ex army so they have flags for the various branches and definitely want to support our soldiers!

Recommended by the construction team. I tried the six inch BLT sub. Bread is freshly baked onsite, bacon crispiness is just right. I added olive oil and vinegar. Veggies are fresh. I liked it a lot. A limitless slow on the service. The place has a few tables inside, typical of sandwich shops.

The pictures do not do this place justice. I got a 12" sub and should've gotten a 6" sub. SO GOOD! The sandwiches are huge and the bread is fresh. Each sandwich has "the essentials" but you can opt out of anything you want. The space has some little booths and tables with chairs for dining in, and there is an outside table too. Service was great, but not in the way you'd think; there are kiosks to order at. It was my first time going here (not my last) but a nice employee walked me through how to use the kiosk which was simple but I had to use a paper menu to see the descriptions of what was on each sub. I got the Cali veggie with the spicy spread and all of the essentials!

Great place. Guys are willing to assist you with any questions with the menu and with ordering. Especially with ordering it's all electronic no cash only card. You order from a tablet and there's a card reader there as well. I ordered the pastrami and the pastrami was great. I just wish there was a little bit more pastrami in it but still good. I also ordered the sourdough bread toasted, and it was nice and soft and crunchy. While I was ordering a customer yelled out get the sourdough toasted, so I did. Either way when you order the sourdough, it's gonna come toasted. Everything is self serve, if you add chips, cookies, and soda, you grab all that stuff yourself. You also clean up your own mess. Workers there are there to assist you and make your food.

Okay so after hearing from a few friends of this spot I decided to finally try it let me tell you when I walked in they immediately helped me out you order from a kiosk and they helped me so well the service was 10/10 the owner was there and he was such a great person I'm months or a month late on the review but let me tell you this sandwhich spot is a 20/10 !!!! He also gave me a drink on the house he wanted me to try a fountain drink forgot what flavor but man was that also a 20/10 I need to go back already I definitely will soon and it's a nice quiet area of grand terrace you must check it out !!

Worth it. Nice staff, a little confusing ordering and only enormous 32oz drinks, but the sandwich alone is 5 stars.

Also, there is indoor and outdoor seating but it's limited so if you have a large crowd, try to plan ahead or order your food to go. When we pulled up there were about 6 cars in front of us. The line did move slower than usually so I'm not sure what the delay is/was. There are a lot of food options and not only burgers. They have a variety of salads, serve breakfast all day, and have dinners you can order. I love that they give you the choice of fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, or a salad without charging you extra. Most places do. The service was great and please don't take offense if they read your order back quickly. This place can get really busy. The cashier read our order back perfect. Tonight we ordered 3 meals. A Pastrami Burger Combo w/ Sprite, Chicken Tender dinner w/ Pink Lemonade, and the Mechanic (Pastrami Steak Sandwich) combo w/ salad and Unsweetened Tea. The total was $58. We always order our fries extra crispy. It's the way to go for us. The Mechanic was really good. I would definitely get it again. It was seasoned to the max, actually a little too seasoned for my liking but I assure you, that's just my preference because I'm not big on salt. This was my first time having their pastrami in a sandwich and that's what was heavily salty to me. The bread and the fresh veggies on the sandwich helped cut through it a little. My side salad was delicious. I love that they use English cucumbers and put shredded cheese on it. My significant other tore his pastrami burger up and said they have the best one locally. My teenager loves the bread from the chicken tender dinner. Sadly they forget her Ranch for the tenders. Overall, it was yummy!

We were hungry, tired, and impatient at that point. One of our friends mentioned they had been here a long time ago, so we figured, why not? Best decision. We got seated right away, the server took our order, and within minutes the food started coming out. I ordered the Triple D, and wow, those crispy, crunchy edges were absolutely on point. The meat inside was juicy and soft, making every bite better than the last. The bun deserves its own shoutout: super soft, never soggy, and somehow held everything together perfectly. The burger looked like it was about to fall apart the entire time, but it stayed intact from the first bite to the very last. I was genuinely impressed. My brother ordered the Yellowstone with a bison burger, and he loved it so much he's already planning his return trip. The place has plenty of TVs, and they were showing one of the marquee football games of the night, which makes it a great spot to come back to for playoff games. Burgers come with sides like fries, onion rings, tater tots, and other solid options--but honestly, the burgers are such divas that you don't even want to be distracted by anything else. They demand (and deserve) your full attention. For dessert, I had the Cap'n Crunch milkshake, and it was excellent. Hate to sound like an old person, but I really appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet and just perfectly balanced. Overall, I loved the food and can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Loud Burger is officially on my "go back" list.

The first small disappointment was finding out they don't offer mushrooms. As a big mushroom fan, especially on a hot sandwich, that was a bit of a letdown -- but not a deal breaker. I ordered the D'Loaded Cheese Steak, which honestly would've been perfect with mushrooms. When I opened it up, it looked absolutely delicious. The flavor definitely delivered -- I won't deny that at all. It was very tasty. My main issue was the texture and structure of the sandwich. It came out extremely hot and very wet. The bottom of the bread was completely soaked, which made it difficult to pick up without it falling apart. I just wish the bread had held up better so I could've enjoyed it without the mess.
