The employees are not knowledgeable about federal service animal laws, and I strongly suggest they get properly educated and trained. I was told that it is "the law" to show certification for my service animal, which is completely incorrect under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There is no legal requirement for service dog certification or paperwork. Businesses are only permitted to ask two questions: whether the dog is required because of a disability and what task the dog is trained to perform. Being misinformed and treated this way made us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against, and we ultimately chose to leave. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their staff are properly trained on ADA guidelines so this does not happen to anyone else. read more

Far from home and in the area to handle some work. Needed to find a place to eat and this brunch spot was great! Right off the freeway with plenty of space to park. Seated ourselves and was served immediately with nothing but great service and a friendly attitude. Food was DELICIOUS and came out fast. Even after the drive home, the temp on the steak was good (medium rare). Pancakes were soft and fluffy, with a nice, chewy texture. It was packed with plenty of butter and syrup, too. Just one small thing: The corned beef hash had a lot of potato in it. I know that it's a hash, but I feel like the ratio was off and could definitely use more beef to even it out. I have been coming to Goodys for over 20 years and don't know how I just barely am reviewing them. I always get breakfast because of their quality and portions. Top that off with a good cup of joe or fresh squeezed orange juice and it doesn't get much better. When you first pull into the parking lot and see the truck stop don't worry because you're in the right place! Catered to the working class they offer affordable, fresh and well prepared food that's served quickly. Inside their decor is simple with clocks of different states for truck drivers to think of home. They have TV's at their counter seats and viewable from the open floor plan tables and booths. I highly recommend their eggs Benedict which is my go to and their Baja plate (chorizo and eggs) rivals any Mexican restaurant. Plan on coming hungry and leaving stuffed. I never knew this place existed. I own the mechanic shop off Waterman in Redlands and have been in the area for over 20 years. I've always driven by this place, but never eaten there. Thank God I decided to listen to my brother who told me I need to try this place out. We've only had breakfast and it's always been outstanding. The service is amazing. This place is disgusting and overpriced we got the supreme breakfast combo which was very sad looking with soggy strawberries. My children shared the children's French toast combo and both had more food individually than the "supreme" combo alone. This place is dirty, bathrooms were gross with dead roaches on the floor and dirty dishes. This place needs to be re inspected because there is no way they have an A. Goody's is the flagship of a small truck stop south of the 10 fwy at the 215/10 interchange. The food is perfect comfort food, the type you would expect to find at a good truck stop while traveling. It's local for me which makes it even better. For breakfast I've had the huevos rancheros & Machaca and eggs as well as the country fried steak. All were delicious but they really do the Mexican food right (make their own beans, rice, salsa, and guacamole). They serve bowls of their house chili so I went for their chili burger (open faced) with fries so I could do chili cheese fries and the chili burger of course! The chili was really good!
