It's nice to have a place with options for healthy food. The salad mixings were fresh and my husband had a delicious turkey Panini. Removing one star because the ambience was quite miserable. We decided to eat indoors and found that next time it's best to just pick it up to go. One of the workers was on break and was having a very loud FaceTime conversation in the seating area. The machine that beeps when I guess orders are coming in, and the fan that goes off every time somebody opens the door all added to a rather uncomfortable dining experience. But, food was good and fresh, so we will rely on takeout in the future. read more

I came in today 08/17/26 to buy a turkey avocado panini, and as I took a few bites out of it, I realize it didn't taste well, so I came to the counter to let the worker know that the avocado was brown and the spring mix lettuce was wilted, and brown where the white is supposed to be, she then asked me if I want a new sandwich. so I was going to pick one out until she started asking all the customers to try the avocado to make sure that it doesn't taste bad before she makes their sandwich, so at that point I was like forget it just give me my money back. I can't believe you're doing this in front of all the customers. She then refused to give me my money back, I then asked her name. She refused to give me her name, she said I didn't need her name, because, she said I almost finished the whole sandwich, and clearly I did not. I only took a few bites out of a whole sandwich. I told her "your customer service and how you treat people is horrible, and if the product doesn't look well then you shouldn't serve it to your customers" She kicked me out of the restaurant because she refused to give me my money back. I politely asked if my sandwich could be remade, but the employee refused. I'm sorry, but I don't expect to receive this kind of customer service anywhere--even at Subway, I've received better service. After all, how can you go so wrong making a salad? The staff preparing our three salads seemed distracted and disconnected. While most ingredients looked fresh, many had a wilted, tired feel. We ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, Caesar Chicken Salad, and Caribbean Superfood Salad -- and to our surprise (and disappointment), the chicken in all three had the same strange Mediterranean-style seasoning that clashed with every flavor profile. Today we decided to try out this place and high hopes due to the reviews. I called in our order of the kalamata tuna sandwich, the turkey avocado and tomato basil soup. The soup was ok and was thrown off by the small chunky tomato bits. The kalamata tuna sandwich was undersized with tuna and to top it off there was a long dark hair and a second shorter white hair in the tuna. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't remember the person who made our food wearing a hair net. I'm not a type to complain about wrong food orders sometimes but I definitely do not enjoy finding multiple hairs in my food. The first time we came here we just wanted something quick and light to eat, but boy did we stumble on a gem! We tried the Cesar wrap which was amazing and had delicious moist chicken, the perfect amount of dressing, and a wonderful crunch that makes it stand out among others. We also had the broccoli cheddar soup. It was hot but not scalding which was perfect for toddlers or just to eat right away! The Chinese chicken salad was nicely stacked with chicken and filling with the perfect flavors. The food was so fresh, delicious and filling that we absolutely had to return. We live in the high desert but when we're in the neighborhood, we have to now make it a point to stop here for lunch. Bite Better Salads N More is a straight-forward salad bar (with some sandwiches). The staff was quick and efficient, and the salads comprised of quality ingredients that were fresh. As you can see from my pic, I posted a close up of their salad bar and a representation of their ingredient selection (which was plentiful). Their interior is open and clean, see pic. Getting into and out of their parking can be a challenge - plan ahead and have patience. They pack their food containers to the max, see pic. (Considering it's a salad, this is great!) Today we opted to try their signature salads, instead of a build-your-own: Caribbean Superfood Chicken Salad and The Fabulous Falafel Salad. The Caribbean Superfood Chicken Salad had a good quality of diced chicken, see pic. The chicken was tender and fresh which was very mildly flavored. I have no know idea if this salad had Superfoods or not, but I did like the variety - they added flavor and texture. I'm calling out the nice scoop of avocado: fresh and creamy. What pulled all the ingredients together was their Caribbean mango vinaigrette. This dressing was mild, not particularly tangy, not particularly sweet, not particularly fruity, but yet a combo of the above. Uncharacteristically of me, I ate most of it. The Fabulous Falafel Salad had all the mixings of a Greek themed salad including the lemon tahini dressing, see pic (check out the fresh lettuce). The lemon tahini dressing was mild: hitting the notes of citrus and sweet. The falafel bites maintained their crunchiness but had a very mild Greek flavor. The humus was plentiful and was also mildly flavored. Overall it was a pleasant salad. We ended with a cup of their Creamy Lentil Soup. You can see the various pureed veggies bits in the lentil soup. It was soothing and mildly flavored. Overall, this is a good plant based (all the way to Vegan) meal alternative. Their serving sizes are large, and they were quick and helpful. read more

I found this place next to my job and my best friend had recommended it. I had their turkey sandwich & lentil soup . The sandwich was delicious but their lentil soup lacked flavor & it had way too much Blk pepper & it wasn't thick enough or creamy . It was okay though.. I probably wouldn't try it again not unless they added some flavor to it & offered some toaster croutons of a side of crackers it was just really watered down. I'm so happy that there's finally a salad bar here in Redlands! They have plenty of healthy options to choose from, and on top of that, their food is fresh and delicious. I went with the build your own option, and was able to pick as many toppings for my salad as I wanted. They have so much to choose from! You can also add a protein of choice for an added fee, which I didn't do this time, but next time I'll try the falafel. The green cilantro dressing is super tasty, and added the perfect touch to my salad. Definitely recommend trying it! The service here has been phenomenal the past two times we have come here for lunch. It's a small quiet location with a small parking lot but there is usually spots open and easy to get into. The inside is very clean with a few tables to eat at and a little Bar top that looks out the window you can eat at as well. The staff is very friendly and is always very quick to make our orders. The food has so much flavor it's insane! The turkey is juicy and pairs well with the avocado they put on the panini. The soup was pretty good as well and you get a decent sized portion for 5$. So far the grilled cheese is a definite go to split with our salad or sandwich, very simple but very good. "Bite REAM" Beware NEWPORT BEACH Prices! The prices of this place have gotten to be insane! When they opened a salad was $12 with everything. Now it's $14-$16 without chicken. They barely put any dressing or hummus. An extra scoop or cup of dressing is additional! 3 salads and a grilled cheese is almost $70... unheard of for even Redlands. I'd rather go to Panini kabob or make my own salad at home. Quality is good but the price is extreme. read more
