Do not come if short on time. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Literally thought the first time was a fluke due to coming at 5:30pm to 6. This first visit there was no line to order, only a couple tables taken, but saw a few DD drivers pick up orders. This time it was lunch. This time tables were more full but no line, just like before. Both times the wait for food for a quick service restaurant was longer than should be expected. That first time I did not mind the clock but did have to ask where my order was. Today, again I had to ask, this time minding the clock, I asked at the 20 minute wait time. My food was not ready for 25 minutes after order and paying. (Also of note, the party that ordered their food 15 min after me was delivered at the same time as mine) This is worse than a sit down restaurant nearby. While the food here is good, great even, not sure it's worth the wait. read more

Enjoyed a delicious lunch here that had my taste buds singing. I ordered the gyro plate, which comes with two sides. They have so many innovative, unique salads. It was hard for me to choose. The manager, Isaiah, was taking my order and kindly offered me a taste of the quinoa and lentil salad. It is a real winner. I also ordered the house salad which had lots of veggie goodies along with a nice amount of feta. The GYRO meat was well seasoned and very tasty. I had it with the garlic sauce, which was done with the right ratio of garlic, cucumber, and yogurt. Our meal was brought to our table by ALIANA. She continued to check on us and was very attentive. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away and has a lovely outside patio, which is covered and makes you think you might be dining on a Greek island. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and very clean. I am looking forward to returning and trying other selections on their menu. read more

The food is very inconsistent. Fires cold rest hot or vice versa. Never comes out all hot and freshly made. Tables are not wiped down frequently but plenty of staff standing around talking behind the counter. Today witnessed Michael behind the counter provide food and drinks to his friends who came in clearly not paying since it was very much clear that he told them to hide the bag. Seems like an inconvenience to keep the tables clean and drink area wiped down and stocked. Watched a customer refill the lids and straws because none of the employees had and at least 3 of them walked by while the customer was doing their job. Other Luna locations are not like this so I'm not sure why this Redlands one can't get it together. read more

Ordered a plate meal of shrimp, & sides of Greek salad, chickpea medley with garlic feta. It was so good! I did add on a 2nd shrimp skewer and it was grilled perfectly! The garlic feta gave the chickpea medley a needed kick & was a great complement. I had a half off deal ordering online that made it all a great deal! I usuallly get the Luna bowls, but this was great with choices for sides. Store was busy my husband said, but he didn't have to wait to pickup. Staff he said were helpful! read more
