Do not come if short on time. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Literally thought the first time was a fluke due to coming at 5:30pm to 6. This first visit there was no line to order, only a couple tables taken, but saw a few DD drivers pick up orders. This time it was lunch. This time tables were more full but no line, just like before. Both times the wait for food for a quick service restaurant was longer than should be expected. That first time I did not mind the clock but did have to ask where my order was. Today, again I had to ask, this time minding the clock, I asked at the 20 minute wait time. My food was not ready for 25 minutes after order and paying. (Also of note, the party that ordered their food 15 min after me was delivered at the same time as mine) This is worse than a sit down restaurant nearby. While the food here is good, great even, not sure it's worth the wait. read more

My first time eating at luna grill. We ate here on a Wednesday for lunch around noon and it wasn't too busy. I ordered the grilled lemon chicken plate with hummus & mediterranean salad. The chicken, hummus, pita, & salad were delicious. I didn't think the salad was that great, I was deciding between two of them. I didn't care for some of the ingredients. Next time, I would try the koobideh kabob and another salad. My friend had the pita with salad. We definetely beat the rush, about 1 pm it was packed and there wasn't anywhere for people to sit. I usually like the food from Redlands location, but the last two times my salmon was burnt into charcoal. This time there was no lemon wedge. I don't plan to return. I will try to cook my own fillets at home. I have to say, The young lady was very helpful to help us find which foods/sauces have dairy in them. I don't like the idea of farmed fish, but tend to avoid cooking so eating something already prepared is easiest for me, hence my patronage of your restaurant.
