    Pick Two!
    Anita W.

I've been to this Panera several times. Visited last week after a doctor's appt nearby. Chose the Pick Two and got the Broccoli Cheddar soup with half a Mediterranean Salad. The amount of toppings on the salad was great. The service was good and the gals making the food were really nice when I asked for an extra dressing. This is situated like most Paneras but it seems like they have less full booths than others. They also have a drive-thru! Will return.

Went in to get dinner. The kiosk were occupied so I went to the counter. It took a few minutes for someone to come. My daughter and I placed our order. While I was waiting, I went on the app and saw i had a birthday reward. I went back to counter and got the cookie.

The Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains Salad is one of the best fast food-like salads that I've ever had! I got the full portion and was starving, and left Panera completely full. The pumpkin seeds and the dressing complemented each other nicely. You can never go wrong with banana peppers in a salad, yet so few have them. The chicken was good quality (no grisly or chewy pieces).

Their food has become poor quality the last several times I have been here. I always do a you pick 2 with a half sandwich and soup or salad. I have noticed the sandwich is usually stuffed with a filler of thick lettuce and maybe a tablespoon of the actual chicken salad. Today my Ceasars salad was old soggy lettuce. Not worth the cost. I'm done going to Panera

    My last purchase here !

I would like to bring to Panera bread coperate attention. That I don't appreciate dinning in your restaurant in San Bernardino on hospitality lane and I'm shaking while trying to eat my meal . On 3/5/2026 I went in for breakfast at 8:47 am and the temperature must be set to freezing 59 why can't the manager set the temperature to accommodate the dinning guest !!!! This is so ridiculous that I pay money to eat here and I can't even enjoy my purchase cooperates need to step in and correct this !! I will not be coming back to this location ever!!!! The manager dose not consider paying guests.

    Harvest Medley Chicken Salad!

DELIVERED - I have to say though, that this salad is AMAZING! I loved the combination of flavors, very fresh! Thanks Panera! - Harvest Medley Chicken Salad! Wooooo!!

Paid for a bowl... got " a CUP"!! Black bean soup... It tasted great but I was really hungry and sharing with my hubby.. Felt JIPPED !!

Dissatisfied...... Paid for a "Bowl" But got "a CUP". . Was sharing with Hubby .... Felt like a couple tablespoons. Flavors and texture were GREAT.... Serving was WAY too small... STILL HUNGRY!!

I bought the harvest chicken salad medley at Panera. When I home there was no chicken so I called them and said you forgot to put the chicken on my salad and the general manager accused me of lying. I was so upset and I have been buying food at Panera for years. This woman needs to get fired. Why would I say there's no chicken when there's chicken what is she trying to insinuate she's despicable her name is Cynthia.

    Sandwich, fruits

The sandwich was good. I always go there for my tuna sandwich, service is also very good and the location is nice. However, today I went and they ran out of chips, they had a fruit side as a replacement (more expensive) and the fruit was old. I'm thinking if I'm going to spend 18 dollars for a small meal at least serve fresh fruits.

The menu is basically a "pick your Asian craving" situation -- Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai -- all in one spot. Perfect for when nobody in the group can agree on what they want. I've tried multiple dishes and here's the honest take: everything's been good... just not "cancel-my-plans-I-need-this-again-tomorrow" good. I'm still waiting for that wow factor dish. But to be fair, nothing has flopped either. It's consistent. It's affordable. It hits the craving. Not elite. Not legendary. But solid enough to earn 4 stars. Would I come back? Yeah. Am I dreaming about it? Not exactly. And sometimes that's perfectly fine.

Squeeze of lemon gives it a pop of flavor and brings down the heat. I also had the ramen, not the tonkatsu or the miso, I forgot the name. But it's one of the 3 most popular ramen. Clear broth. It was fantastic! The broth was delicious, the noodles were soft and tasty, I hadn't tasted noodles like that before. I ordered pork as my protein and honestly, that elevated the already delicious dish. The pork was charred, either by intention or accident but it transformed the ramen. Most other ramen shops have boiled pork, this had a great char that changed the flavor of the pork and ramen. The price is reasonable and I would come back here. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was very attentive, and gave you space as well. They gave suggestions and brought out the spice tray to add as much as you'd like. The Serrano chili salsa in there was delicious. The ambience reminds me of Japan. Wooden chairs and table, very reminiscent of some of the ramen shops in Japan. The place looked clean, even if the exterior looked a tad bit questionable. But that's the great thing about socal eateries. You never know what hidden gem you'll find. Overall, I would return and I would recommend.

Service was friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout. Overall, it's a really reliable spot if you're craving ramen. I'd come back and try more of the menu.
