First time at this Panera. I was in the mood for something more healthy for lunch so I came here. Plenty of comfy and varied seating inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food, I picked the pick two, was good and filling. I especially liked the Asian Sesame Chicken salad: the dressing was great and the cilantro (I am all in with Cilantro) was a great add. The heated BBQ chicken sandwich was great. You can order in person or at a kiosk if you don't want to talk to anyone, but they are nice here so don't be shy. read more

Keep in mind, this review is for my order ahead order only. I scheduled my order to be ready for pickup at 12 pm. I got there at 12 pm and still had to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be ready, it was an order for a take two soup and salad. People who walked in and ordered got served their food much earlier than I was. There were multiple other order aheads that we're running over 30 minutes behind. The workers behind were definitely yelling at some of the customers for inquiring how much longer they would have to wait for an order that was placed well ahead of time. I get being busy, and a few minutes of delays are totally understandable, but over 30 minutes, is ridiculous. On top of that, the location was definitely dirty and there was a bunch of food on the floor because all the trash cans were overflowing. All in all, will likely not come back to this location given the service and lack of cleanliness. Sad because the take two deals are such a steal for lunch, but it's not worth the delays and poor service. read more

I've been to this Panera several times. Visited last week after a doctor's appt nearby. Chose the Pick Two and got the Broccoli Cheddar soup with half a Mediterranean Salad. The amount of toppings on the salad was great. The service was good and the gals making the food were really nice when I asked for an extra dressing. This is situated like most Paneras but it seems like they have less full booths than others. They also have a drive-thru! Will return. read more

The Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains Salad is one of the best fast food-like salads that I've ever had! I got the full portion and was starving, and left Panera completely full. The pumpkin seeds and the dressing complemented each other nicely. You can never go wrong with banana peppers in a salad, yet so few have them. Panera is not what it used to be, quality wise and they removed a bunch of my favorite items. But above all else, DO NOT go through the Panera Drive thru if you have a limited lunch break or need to be to work on time because you will be trapped in the drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes with only 1-2 cars ahead of you EVERY TIME! This happens every time I've came! However, today I went and they ran out of chips, they had a fruit side as a replacement (more expensive) and the fruit was old. I ordered a Panera Duet via the kiosk and my order was ready within 10-15 mins. The tomato soup was delicious and creamy and the 1/2 tuna sandwich was ok. I wish the serving of tuna had been a bit more but overall I was really satisfied. The indoor dining area was clean but was very busy by 12 pm noon and within minutes was at full capacity. Dishes were picked up as they were left behind and overall I had a great experience. The ambiance is what you'd expect, background music at a reasonable level, lots of conversations and kitchen noises but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm glad I didn't let the previous negative reviews stop me from coming. This store is capable of serving a decent and quickly delicious lunch! Great job Panera! read more

Our family ordered pick two: Margherita pizza bread & chicken with rice soup Turkey and cheese sandwich & chicken rice soup Turkey avocado no bacon & Asian chicken salad Came with either sour dough bread, chips or small apple. They had no almond Napa chicken salad for the sandwiches which my hubby and I love. Didn't have any rewards to use today. Total was a little over $42 for a family of three and that's without drinks. Today I was thinking of giving a 4 star rating for my visit but to my dismay the store looks like the floor was not swept or mopped or something !! My husband and I entered the place around 630 am and the cashier didn't acknowledge us she even moved her head away from us as we were approaching .... you know what if it wasn't the coffee subscription I'm not planning to come back this branch. I haven't seen Franklin who was really the only one who helped my husband apply for the coffee subscription and was very cordial and friendly with a very genuine personality. The restroom wasn't ready too for the day. They provided 3 big rolls of toilet paper (just put on the handicap bar on the wall ) that was suppose to be in the empty dispenser , as I was reaching the roll , one rolled down and fell on the floor but while I was trying to catch it I hit my left elbow on the bar !!Ouch!!! To my dismay too there were no paper towels to dry my hands ...my husband said also the men's room didn't have towels either. What's going on with this newly opened branch ????? I'm really very dissatisfied with the cleanliness or the maintenance of such new store. Food has been always great and delicious , I always get the quiche they are delicious !!! Got a gift card. Tried it out today. Apparently they ran out of steak at 2p.m. so got a turkey cheddar. That was literally a sandwich they served at middle school with a bag of chips for $12. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY OVERPRICED AND TRASH. I normally would not leave a review but it is not worth the money at all. Subways foot longs hit harder than this sandwich. smh. So disappointed. Good food, no difference from other Panera's. Staff are nice. Food came as ordered with some customization. Inside is nice and clean. The car pickup line is not very efficient... it's the same line as the drive thru so if there're several people ahead of you with onsite order, you'd have to wait for all those people before you can pick up your food that's pre-ordered. read more

I waited for 20 minutes just for the girl at the window to tell me that they can't give it to me through the window because of a "rule" so when I finally got out of the line and went in a different girl told me I could've just gone through the drive thru. I usually don't come to this Panera location in San Bernardino, CA, but I think I have to change it! I came today, January 05, 2024, and I was surprised with the outstanding service I received! The young lady at the register is new, but the service I received was very professional. The kitchen personnel likewise were outstanding, tracking down even the bread, if I liked the middle of it, or the hill! Now that is what they usually don't care about at other locations.
