I came here on a Monday night and it wasn't too busy. I got a large bowl with brown rice and two scoops of salmon and one scoop of tofu and one scoop of tuna. I added cilantro, edamame, green onions, etc... to my bowl alongside cucumber, seaweed salad, and crab salad. I just chose Paiso as my sauce and it was mixed together and I topped it off with fried onions. Which brings me here today:) This location in particular is probably the most consistently clean, fresh & cold with good service. It's literally my favorite so I know that you can walk in at any point on any day & get all the things. Like today, the one guy who works here is here on Super Bowl Sunday just being great. Of course he's got the game on his phone (let's be human people) but he's still doing everything he's suppose to with a pleasant tone asking everyone if they want to try the new Matcha;) I credit the owner for finding this guy...speaking of the owner, she is in the back hustling everything. I love this place, love the food, but today the service was pretty bad. So this was my husband's first time at this location, I was so excited to show him, and there was no line. It was just us two, so it was great for him to take his time. But APPARENTLY that's not allowed here and young lady behind the counter was looking very impatient as he was trying to decide what to do. Even for choosing the sauce there was just this awkward atmosphere, and it felt so uncomfortable... for picking the sauces. They have a lot of sauce options, which is not a complaint from me, I love variety, I just don't appreciate a weird vibe when we're trying to have fun with creating our dream bowl. Also, in the past when I've come here they have been reasonable about their portions, not too much not too little and she was very mission oriented it seemed on giving us barely one spoon of each thing that we ordered. Poor is expensive, so when she was barely giving us a spoon of corn, edamame, even the fish, it was kinda horrifying. There were a few times where I asked her if she could add just a little bit more and she did in fact add and I quote "just a little bit more." The cherry on top for the whole situation was when she was mixing the food, a pretty sizable piece of fish fell out of the bowl onto the counter and when she was done mixing, she throws that little piece away. Mind you, it was a piece that we're being charged for. So I asked her if she could replace the piece that fell out since we're being charged for it and we would like to replace that piece. I must have insulted her family legacy, as she gave me the biggest silent treatment and stink eye. If this is how it's gonna be from now on, I'm not coming back and I love this place. I've been here several times and have told people about it, but I don't have to anymore if this is how services is going to be delivered. And just so you know we just left so we were there at 5:45 PM on a Thursday, September 24. So whoever was working there, you can find out and hopefully they can get some training. read more

This place is... lame :( I used to love coming here after the gym for a Poke By Weight bowl which was pretty cheap. About $12 for 3 scoops of fish. Basically, you leave the carb off the bowl and just get fish and sauces and toppings and it was quite a bit cheaper, and the fish was all very fresh. Tell me why right after I started telling my friends about how awesome this place was for letting you do that did the prices started creeping up? I kept going for a time but once it hit about $15 pre-tax for a bowl I started to feel stupid as I was going without the base but not really saving any money. They also stopped letting me use the loyalty stamp cards the last few times, saying that poke by weight doesn't count, even though it did for multiple months, and also now Pole by Weight is basically the same price as a normal bowl anyway. Management can't keep hiking up prices and expect people not to leave when there's tons of competition among poke restaurants. So I'm no longer a customer here, unfortunately. Also do not get the albacore. I'm warning you. I threw up after eating it. It smelled and tasted really weird but I didn't want to waste money lol. read more

Like many other eateries during COVID, there were many people ordered their food online, but Poke Bar is open for dine-in if you prefer. I could've ensured it was right before leaving, but by the time I got back to work and realized it was wrong it would've been too late to go back.
