Which brings me here today:) This location in particular is probably the most consistently clean, fresh & cold with good service. It's literally my favorite so I know that you can walk in at any point on any day & get all the things. Like today, the one guy who works here is here on Super Bowl Sunday just being great. Of course he's got the game on his phone (let's be human people) but he's still doing everything he's suppose to with a pleasant tone asking everyone if they want to try the new Matcha;) I credit the owner for finding this guy...speaking of the owner, she is in the back hustling everything. (I don't really know what to say when Every. Single. Time. I see this lady, she's working harder than 3 Californians on a might-as-well-be-summer day.) I can't forget to shout-out all the beautiful girlies who made the consistency actual happen--like the owner's daughter, I think her cousin (only because I think I heard someone else reference them being cousins maybe), the petite cutie with all the gold & the most amazing nailsssssss! I came here on a Monday night and it wasn't too busy. I got a large bowl with brown rice and two scoops of salmon and one scoop of tofu and one scoop of tuna. I added cilantro, edamame, green onions, etc... to my bowl alongside cucumber, seaweed salad, and crab salad. I just chose Paiso as my sauce and it was mixed together and I topped it off with fried onions. My 2nd time here and I got a medium bowl for $15.20. Everything was fresh and still in stock at 8:15 pm. My only complaint is that they were a little heavy on the spicy mayo sauce, but I didn't specify, so at least I'll let them know next time. I wish we had this place in Redlands although I don't mind the drive. Today the two ladies present were super nice. Kindness and positivity were definitely felt. My bowl was packed with cucumbers and adémame along with brown rice and salad. I chose two salmon protein and I tried their OG tuna for the first time. So worth it. This place is the best I've had out here in the grand terrace/ Loma Linda area. Their spicy salmon and spicy tuna are the perfect level of spicy for me. This place is... lame :( I used to love coming here after the gym for a Poke By Weight bowl which was pretty cheap. About $12 for 3 scoops of fish. Basically, you leave the carb off the bowl and just get fish and sauces and toppings and it was quite a bit cheaper, and the fish was all very fresh. Tell me why right after I started telling my friends about how awesome this place was for letting you do that did the prices started creeping up? I kept going for a time but once it hit about $15 pre-tax for a bowl I started to feel stupid as I was going without the base but not really saving any money. They also stopped letting me use the loyalty stamp cards the last few times, saying that poke by weight doesn't count, even though it did for multiple months, and also now Pole by Weight is basically the same price as a normal bowl anyway. Management can't keep hiking up prices and expect people not to leave when there's tons of competition among poke restaurants. So I'm no longer a customer here, unfortunately. Also do not get the albacore. I'm warning you. I threw up after eating it. It smelled and tasted really weird but I didn't want to waste money lol. read more

My family and I have visit this poke bar very often as it's local and have pretty good fresh poke. I had came in on a lunch break and one of the ladies accidentally gave me the wrong protein. I could've ensured it was right before leaving, but by the time I got back to work and realized it was wrong it would've been too late to go back. I came in today and I believe the manager was there and she was kind enough to accommodate the mistake and provide excellent customer service to correct the issue. Which I really appreciated. My first poke bowl was a very interesting combination of all edible pieces of proteins and veggies. I'm not a fan of raw fish so I played safe with cooked shrimp and slices of octopus meat.
