I'm going to start with the positives: Great parking in the plaza. Clean environment with great sitting. Great customer service. Awesome gentlemen. Never seen anyone else working there. Prices are higher than other places. Thinly sliced cucumbers seemed to have been defrosted. I get it. Better to save them than go to waste but then they don't taste the same. I like the variety in toppings. Sauces were good over poke bowl. I regretted only mostly the cucumbers and radish. Way too cold (frozen cold) The spam musubi was also a bummer. Needed more seaweed wrap and the sauce could have been packed separately and optional. It was too sweet and strong while also super messy. My sensory couldn't hang. I also would have preferred eel sauce on the side to dip my musubi in. Between the price, poke bowl portion, and drowned spam musubi I wouldn't make the drive to this location again. I will say, the toppings for the poke bowl like carrots and shredded seaweed and crisp onion and crisp garlic were great to top off bowl with. read more

Very average, honestly I like the one in Yucaipa better. The Yucaipa location has more protein options and doesn't charge you extra for the "basic" topping. The quality of the proteins weren't bad either, but I just feel that again, Yucaipa's quality is better and smells "fresher" when you can smell and taste fish in sushi, odds are it isn't fresh. The ambiance/decor was beautiful, but most people just grab bowls to go these days. The service was nice, but we did feel rushed. She kept saying, anything else and is that it over and over again. Plus I got excited because it's my birthday in a few days and I wanted the red velvet cake they were advertising but they didn't have it. They also don't have fountain drinks, if you want soda you need to pay for the bottle, might as well walk next door to staters and get it cheaper then. Overall it's not bad, we just didn't want to drive to Yucaipa so we figured we'd try this location. read more

While looking to satisfy a tofu poke bowl craving, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant near my home after doing a Google search. Prior to visiting the restaurant, I visited their website and discovered their online interactive allergen and nutritional menus. On their website in the allergen and nutritional menus, the perspective customer can customize the menu based on food allergies or restrictions, lifestyle options, or nutritional goals. As a vegan who is watching my calorie and fat intake as well as having a hubby with a severe nut allergy, this interactive guide is fantastic. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by an friendly employee. I liked the layout of the store and ordering was quick and efficient. I appreciated that when I asked for question about which sauce was the best, the employee offered me a same of the two sauces. My tofu poke bowl was made quickly and was delicious. Hubby decided to try a lemonade with boba pearls and commented that it was delicious as well and was surprised to learn that they use fructose to sweeten their drinks. Lemons Shark Poke looked clean when I came in and I was welcomed by the manager. I had a pleasant experience in person and my poke bowl was delicious. However, I recently ordered from them and noticed the quality of the poke was not as good as I remembered. My DoorDash delivery was quick, but Lemon Shark slightly got my order wrong with the toppings. I did notice that the freshness of the fish wasn't its best. I had been to this location one other time as well as the one in Yucaipa and had pretty positive experiences both times but unfortunately my last visit to this location the other day was not the best. The worker was so awesome especially as she was the only one working and a small crowd was in line behind us. She was super patient and kind with my boyfriend as he decided on his bowl. He had the salmon and shrimp in his bowl and felt fine. I'm not much of a fish person so I only had shrimp and spicy shrimp. My bowl started out fine the first few bites but then I took two bites that tasted pretty bad and didn't want to continue eating the bowl. I'm not sure whether it was the spicy shrimp or something else in my bowl but it just did not taste fresh. I was nervous to eat the rest of it so we ended up leaving when my boyfriend finished his and I didn't want to be someone to complain or be dramatic. When we got home, my boyfriend starting eating some of my bowl because I didn't want it and found a hair in the food, I think it was a false eyelash or eyelash extension? Gross. I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst stomach ache and got super sick. I think it has to be from the bowl. My boyfriend and I are not looking super forward to returning anytime soon even though they do have a lot of sauce and topping options. They were out of avocado which was a bummer but okay, and there were no napkins in the container by the silverware. The mango and krab did not look super fresh. The tables were also sticky and dirty. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Bluewater and will be taking my business there next time when craving a poke bowl. read more

The food is always fresh and tasty! The workers are very kind and helpful, occasionally you'll see the owner working and he's great. The atmosphere in the store is nice and they always keep it clean (even the bathrooms). This is my FAV poke place because the ingredients are so fresh and flavorful. Plus they have fresh mango and pineapple on the menu. Other places use canned pineapple but they don't and you can tell lol I'm there at least 2-3 times a week especially in this heat! Just had the most amazing lunch with the hubby at Lemon Shark Poke in Highland. We ordered the Aloha Bowl and Maui Heat Wave! All ingredients were fresh, crunchy and the perfect combination of sweet, savory and spicy! They are very flexible about changing the premiums bowl options on the menu and are very helpful if it's your first time there. The restaurant is clean, modern and small but has plenty of wall to wall seating. They have appetizers, bubble teas, mochi, macarons and lots of yummy stuff we will definitely try next time we go! as soon as we walked in there was one person working behind making all orders. Not only was the service lacking so much but the dishes such as the fish that was meant to be kept cold was room temp and the "fresh" produce was either brown or soggy/slimy. They had a very very small amount of toppings and jus things to chose from. Aside from our two bowl we orders we placed an order for a misubi and received it like 20 minutes later. I understand he is alone and making all orders but he needed to be more organized on time management. This isnt completely his fault but also management for leaving him alone especially during rush hour. I came expecting a decent plate but im extremely disappointed.
