Pretty solid Thai spot. My girlfriend and I ordered takeout so we could stay in and catch up on our shows, our food was ready super fast, and everything was delicious. Honestly, it's better than most Thai places in the area. The orange chicken was really good (and not that Panda Express-style orange chicken some places serve). The drunken noodles are to die for, and the panang and panang curry are excellent too. Service is amazing, they always treat us like valued customers, even though we only come in every now and then. Also, don't skip the Thai tea,so good. Thanks, Thai Kitchen, for being my favorite Thai spot around Riverside. Before this place, I didn't even consider Thai for dinner because most nearby places are kind of subpar. Highly recommend! read more

Food/Service Quality - food was so flavorful, the first time I ever had a soup/ watered version of green curry but it was amazing. Packed with thick blocks of veggies ( I opted for the tofu ), it came with a small side dish of white rice. We also shared an order of pad see ew and the chafed coloring with soy sauce sold me. Whenever I see light naked noodles I know to expect a flavorless meal that's been watered down. This was such a tasty experience in the IE. I have tried SEVERAL Thai places and NONE could come close to oriental cuisine that used to be behind toys r us on magnolia. 5/5 Speed & Efficiency - wait wasn't long, sat us down pretty quickly, came and took our order and provided water. Environment & Vibe - Clean, small and cozy. We showed up on a day they had their friend playing music (jazz versions of popular rock classics). It was a nice touch to our meal that's made it enjoyable. 5/5 Staff & Interaction- staff were very friendly and offered us a Thai tea to go 5/5 Value for Price - With tip for two we paid about $50 which is standard these days- but worth it since the food was actually really good. Service was extremely fast and the water refill was flowing! The manager/owner is absolutely hilarious and loved serving us, gave us some good recommendations and some good laughs as well. I would give this place a "riverside five" it's not the best but it's the best you will find anywhere around here. I got a sweet and sour chicken plate, beef green curry, and a Thai tea. The curry was very good and came with a side of rice. It was not spicy but had a deep flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was very large and nicely crunchy. Although it kind of seemed like chicken tenders in sweet and sour sauce, it was still pretty good. The Thai tea came out fast and was very sweet. The only thing I did not like with the food was everything felt just slightly too sweet. The service was very fast despite the front being ran entirely by one person. He was very kind and took the time to explain the menu and asked the kitchen to modify some food for us. I love the fresh food at Thai Kitchen! I had a party for 50 people that needed catering. Thai Kitchen is super helpful. They told me how many pans of food to order, made suggestions on what to order, they toned down the spices, and made a few vegan and gluten-free dishes. In the end, I ordered fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, cashew chicken, drunken noodles, yellow curry, and orange tofu. The order automatically comes with white rice. I arranged for the pick up of the food. The pans are sturdy, the food is hot! My guests kept raving about the food. They went back for seconds. At the end of the day, I was bummed that there wasn't any orange chicken, curry, or drunken noodles left over for me, lol!! My friends and family are enjoying what is left. My friends and I came out to celebrate my belated birthday lunch and I was craving Thai cuisine so we came here since it was nearby. We were seated right away since there wasn't people at the time, and we got the lunch special (served thru 11 am to 3 pm). That consisted of a soup, egg roll, a choice of the lunch options they have, and your choice of a soda, Thai tea, or Vietnamese coffee. The total was $15.99! I got the drunken noodles, and my two friends got the yellow curry and spicy basil. And our server was very nice and friendly! He gave us another Thai tea and Diet Coke refill and to go. We enjoyed the food, 10/10 experience for going to this Thai restaurant for the first time. We will be going back again whenever we're in the area :D read more

I was greeted kindly coming in. I was surprised at how there's no line compared to the restaurant next to it, but this became a little gem of a Thai restaurant! We had boba drinks and they were kind enough to let us keep it. The ambience was cozy! Like a night pub but make it Thai food hehe The food was super good and came to our table fast! Made me wish i lived closer to it. The fried rice isn't oily so it became addicting to eat. Fried tofu was super nice and crispy and the sauce isn't the usual thick red sauce but this was light. We tried this little place for the first time. Clean and quaint inside. Service was great, food was great and their Thai tea delish, especially since they use non-dairy cream! Score for lactose intolerant peeps . We has orange chicken, sweet n sour chicken and egg rolls. Egg rolls were the appetizer. 6 of them came out piping hot and fresh. Chicken entrees tasted fresh and chicken wasn't overcooked or hard. They were coated with a thin panko breading with sauce on top. It actually stayed crunchy that way! The thai tea was smooth and still creamy with their non-dairy cream they used. I couldn't tell the difference. AND they offered refills on the tea so we took a 2nd serving to go. Try it. I give this place a solid 5/5. I've only tried one dish--the Pad See Ew with chicken--which is my go-to at most Thai restaurants. It's consistently good here, which keeps me coming back. I haven't dined in, only picked up my orders, but the restaurant itself is a small, nice spot--simple and nothing out of the ordinary. I know prices everywhere have gone up these days (it's 2025, after all), but that's not what I'm judging here. For me, it's all about the food, and this dish has always hit the mark. My new favorite Thai place. Since Bann Thai has been closed for a while I've been searching for a new place to call my favorite. Thai kitchen emerged like a second book in a trilogy. We tried the phad see ewe and spicy basil served with egg roll, soup and drink. Both dishes were delicious everything hit the spot. The spice was perfect to our liking and we enjoyed the familiar flavors we were craving. Wonderful service, hospitable, attentive and welcoming. It's a nice space, clean and festive with the Christmas season. There's also a screen in the back section to watch the game. The map on Yelp may lead you astray so look on maps to find your way. 10/10 experience. I called ahead to see if they would accommodate a party of 7. They have a relatively small dining area, but one of the head honchos there promised he would do his best. Upon entering we felt welcomed, even though our party took up quite a bit of space. We ordered standard Thai fare: pad thai, pad see ew, tom kha, couple egg rolls, broccoli beef. Everything was EXCEPTIONAL. Really good. Straight gas. You will not go wrong with anything you order here. We finished the dinner with a few orders of mango sticky rice. I still remember the taste of the first bite, too good. It's a cozy little spot on the corner of a commercial plaza off Barton. The operators are wonderful people. Our first time here. Our usual go-to is Thai Bowl Cafe in Loma Linda and when we arrived saw that they had a Health Dept "B" grade in the window. As we were sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out where else to go, the cook came outside with his gloves still on and smoked, touched his face/picked his nose, then went back inside the kitchen with same gloves still on his hands. Definitely will not be going there anymore. Anyways, found Thai Kitchen on Yelp and it had great reviews. Rolled up to the spot and it had an "A" in the window. Score! We sat down and ordered. The ladies working there were friendly. Place is kept clean. There were many diners eating inside and lots of pickup orders while we were there. What we ordered: Spicy Fried Rice: 8/10 - son enjoyed it but medium spicy wasn't hot enough for him. He also requested no bell pepper and it was still in the dish, but no harm no foul. I tried a little and thought it was very flavorful. Spicy Eggplant: 8/10 - eggplant was a little soft, but the whole dish was very tasty. Again, medium spicy was not hot enough. My son enjoyed it though. Red Curry: 9/10 - Ordered medium spicy and I could see the pepper flakes and diced jalapeño in the broth. Very tasty. It is not very thick, more like soup, but the flavors were incredible. Would definitely order it again. Chow Mein: 8/10 - I didn't want a full order, so I saw that they offered it as a side for $5.99. Still a large enough portion for 2 to share without any leftovers to take home. I took a lot home since I was the only one eating it. Very good flavor. Thai Tea: 8/10 - no free refills. It was good. The first one they brought out had a lot of milk (non-dairy creamer) and just a little tea, so I asked the waitress if she could top it off with more tea and she did with no issue. Finished it and ordered a 2nd with request for more tea than milk and it was delicious! I like my tea on the strong side. Overall: Everything was well seasoned, flavorful, friendly staff, and nice ambiance. You can tell they have pride in their establishment which is also witnessed by receiving a great health score grade. I was at work when a co-worker went here. I ended up trying his food, but too spicy, even at mild. I went back 3 days later, got the drunken noodles with no chili peppers at all - perfect!! For $13.99 I got the lunch special which came w/a bowl of soup, a home-made spring roll, a good size order of drunken noodles w/pork and a can of coke!!! All the hot food was still red hot by the time I got back to the clinic. Nice touch the coke and utensils were placed in a separate bag so the coke stayed cold, and hot food was not chilled. We were supposed to go to the ramen restaurant next to Thai Kitchen restaurant but the line there was very long and we didn't have much time for lunch. So, we decided to go to Thai Kitchen restaurant instead. We were greeted and seated right away. It's a clean small cozy place but not crowded. They have Lunch Specials priced at $15.99 each. We ordered beef green curry, beef yellow curry, and chili beef. They were all delicious. It's our first time to order green curry and it was great. We've had yellow curry before at other restaurants and this did not disappoint. We ordered iced Thai coffee with our meals. Their iced Thai coffee was really good. Pong (the owner) was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us extra Thai coffee to go. Thanks Pong! We're glad we stumbled upon this place. Tried this restaurant while on vacation in California. It's located in a small strip mall in Grand Terrace. There is plenty of parking and the service was friendly and prompt. I tried a few different items - the crab rangoon, bbq pork fried rice, pad see ewe and wonton soup. My favorite was the crab rangoon, likely made in the store as it tasted fresh and there was the distinct taste of the crab and cream cheese. Frozen versions often have a blended taste and is indistinguishable. The wonton was fair, not memorable but not horrible. The fried rice was solid with flavorful pork and rice fried perfectly. The pad see ewe was a solid version of it. The noodles had the right amount of taste and the chicken was moist enough. I also ended with a mango sticky rice for desert. Amazing!
